Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure for the filling opening of a liquid container with a sheet pile rifle that fits into the round opening made of soft elastic material, which has a flange-like outer contact part, a circumferential sealing the edge of the opening Sealing section, a circumferential one that grips behind the inside edge of the opening Has rest area and a central opening and in their sealing area and rest area a coaxial reinforcement ring made of hard plastic is embedded is.
- DE 33 45 619 C2 proposes that To build a bungie out of a soft part and a hard part, that the Soft tissue surrounds like a cage and at the openings between the cage bars is penetrated by the soft tissue.
- the flange-like outer investment section the soft part is stiffened with a flange on the hard part, and outwardly projecting snaps are provided on the hard part.
- a disadvantage of this sheet pile rifle is its complicated structure, the one Injection molding of the hard part first and then injection of the soft part in a second stage.
- the fact that hard and alternating soft parts over the circumference of the sheet pile can on the Edges in between may experience a tightness problem.
- DE 42 19 571 C2 relates to a closure with a pressure compensation valve for the filling opening of a liquid container with one in the round Opening matching sheet pile rifle made of soft elastic material, the one flange-like outer abutment, sealing the edge of the opening receiving circumferential sealing section, one the edge of the opening has a circumferential rest area and a central opening, and with a manually adjustable valve member that is in the central opening a sealing closed position and a pressure equalization position occupies in which the interior of the container communicates with the environment.
- the closure comes for containers in the form of barrels, small barrels (party barrels) or cans for use in which liquids, in particular Drinks that are filled without pressure or under pressure. It's specifically about Party kegs for beer.
- DE-C-296 830 relates to a closure with a pressure compensation valve for the filling opening of a liquid container with a sealed into the filling opening, the sheet pile can, which has a central opening and has a lateral pressure compensation channel, the mouth of which is above of the liquid level in the fully filled container, and with a manually rotatable valve element that is in the central opening limited from a clearly specified locking position can be rotated to a clearly defined pressure compensation position, in which there is a flow path from the inner mouth of the pressure equalization channel to the top of the bung open it opens in the locked position tightly sealed inside and out.
- the object of the invention is to provide a closure of the type mentioned to create with valve function, its bung sleeve with hard plastic is reinforced, but has a homogeneous soft surface and under construction is so far simplified that a production in two-plastic injection molding technology is possible.
- a Manually adjustable valve element of a pressure compensation valve in the Central opening of the bung is a sealing closed position and assumes a pressure equalization position in which the interior of the container communicates with the environment, and that the reinforcement ring spans the circumference is radially corrugated and therefore in thickness varying over the circumference is covered by the soft, elastic material of the sheet pile.
- the valve member at least one handle for turning and / or pulling out.
- the recess is an extension that the flattened Grip to reach under.
- the closure has a tamper-evident protection that shows whether already actuation of the pressure compensation valve has taken place or not.
- valve member provided with a highly bendable handle, which with bars is attached to the valve member, the first time Tear up.
- the closure known from DE 42 19 571 C2 has one Sheet pile with alternately larger and smaller axial Ventilation grooves on the wall of the central opening and a valve member with alternating larger and smaller axial Ventilation ribs on the outer jacket.
- the valve member has closed positions, in which matching grooves and ribs in Are engaged, and pressure equalization positions in which not matching grooves and ribs are engaged.
- Subject of a preferred embodiment of the invention is a perfectly hygienic, simple and safe too operating closure that enables pressure equalization to bring about when the container is full.
- the bung has a side one Pressure equalization channel, the outer mouth of which above the liquid level in the fully filled container located.
- the valve member can be stop limited from a clearly specified locking position into a clearly specified pressure compensation position and back fverstellen.
- the valve member opens in the pressure compensation position a flow path from the inner mouth the pressure equalization channel to the top of the bung, which it locks in the closed position, covers the outside and tightly sealed inside and out.
- valve member an outer flange that fits into a recess in the sheet pile fits.
- On the bottom of the recess is one of the Central opening provided groove leading to the outside.
- the Valve element has a jacket groove that is in the pressure compensation position the inner mouth of the pressure equalization channel the groove on the bottom of the recess connects.
- the flange of the Valve member out of round. It snaps into the locked position and pressure compensation position with a radial projection on the outside of the sheet pile. The projection covers in the closed position the outer end of the groove on the floor the recess.
- valve member scored across the circumference.
- the bungie has one Cam that picks up the notch and at its ends comes to a stop at the setting angle of the valve member limit and the closed position and pressure equalization position pretend.
- a ramp which in the direction of rotation from the closed position to the pressure compensation position drops. Thanks to this ramp, the preload the seal at the inner mouth of the pressure equalization channel gradually degraded when you open the valve member from the closed position to the pressure compensation position rotates. This opens up the possibility of a gentle, gradual one Pressure equalization, and especially a careful one Release pressure, for example, before the first tap of Beer.
- closures described below are used to the filling opening of a liquid container tightly close.
- containers are barrels, Small barrels (party barrels) or cans in which liquids, especially drinks, unpressurized or filled under pressure are. It is especially about party kegs for beer.
- the filling opening of such containers is during the filling process circular hole at the top.
- a bung 10 made of elastic material, the on the outside essentially rotationally symmetrical to its central axis and has an outwardly projecting flange 12, with which it rests on the outer wall of the container.
- the Bung 10 is sufficient with a substantially conical Rejuvenation section 14 into the container.
- the surface line the taper section 14 is curved in an S-shape.
- an annular groove Sealing section 16 is formed, in which the edge of the Filling opening when driving in the bung 10 under Sealing occurs.
- the diameter widening of the sheet pile rifle 10 inside in front of the sealing section 16 forms a circumferential Resting area 18 with a circumference everywhere same hook profile.
- the bung 10 is in the area of the sealing section 16 and Rest area 18 by a completely embedded therein Reinforcement ring 20 made of hard plastic stiffened. On a stiffening of the sheet pile flange 12 is for reasons the structural simplification.
- the reinforcement ring 20 has a circumference everywhere same hook profile. It is coaxial with the bung 10 arranged and radially corrugated over the circumference. The reinforcement ring 20 thus has four radial displaced by 90 ° Bulges 22 on which the overlap with the soft Plastic material of the bung 10 is thinner than in between.
- the container has one of separate filling opening of the filling opening. there it can be a bung hole with a tap fitting or the like is tapped, or an integrated in the container Activate tap.
- the bung 10 is provided with a manually operated pressure compensation valve.
- the removal opening is created above the liquid level a negative pressure in the container.
- the container can be vent by means of the pressure equalization valve in order to Relieve negative pressure.
- the bung 10 has a central opening 24 in which the Valve member 26 of the pressure compensation valve is seated.
- the valve member 26 is accessible from the outside for valve actuation. It optionally takes place in the central opening 24 of the bung 10 a sealing closed position or a pressure equalization position one in the inside of the container above of the liquid level in it with the environment communicated.
- the Bung 10 a continuous axial central opening 24, which is graduated in diameter so that it is narrowed from the outside in.
- valve member 26 has a flange 32 on the outside, which in a Recess 34 on the outside of the flange of the sheet pile 10 fits.
