Definitions
- the present invention relates to a storage station for a plurality of stackable trolleys, especially shopping or baggage carts, with it parked, stacked dolly, the Have deposit locks and interconnected are by placing one with an adjacent one in each deposit lock Transport trolley connected via a coupling link Plug part is locked by inserting a Deposits released into the corresponding deposit lock becomes.
- Generic storage stations are in diverse Refinements known. You have in generally via a starter plug with which the first transport trolley of a stack is connected.
- the has storage station known from DE-OS 3603619 cannot prevail in practice, which is primarily related to the fact that they Installation of special deposit locks, which on the Coordinated with a central key are required on the corresponding transport trolleys.
- a conversion of a conventional storage station without limitation of the stack length to one according to the DE-OS 3603619 therefore regularly fails because of the required replacement of the deposit locks financial expense.
- Another generic storage station for a predetermined number of trolleys is under known as "Endomatic".
- Endomatic Here are in the area of the intended ends of the stack of trolleys at the level of the sliding devices of the Transport trolley guide profiles provided. The light one The width between these is exactly the width of the Transport trolleys matched to this height.
- Each Guide profile are two feeler levers and a locking lever pivoted. The locking lever is included mechanically coupled the two feeler levers. Is the Transport trolley stack so long that the last one is stacked Presses the trolley onto one of the two feelers, so the locking lever remains swung out and should open in this way the entry of another transport vehicle prevent in the appropriate stack.
- the essence of the present invention is therefore that in the locks of the dolly locking plugs are shared with each Transport trolley only one plug-in segment, i.e. a part the plug part is connected via a coupling member. Only when that is connected to a dolly Plug-in segment with another plug-in segment, which on a strand running in the stacking direction the storage station is attached to one complete plug-in part and this assembled plug in the deposit lock of the stacking dolly introduced and there is locked, the deposit is released.
- a dolly two Plug segments are needed, namely the first, attached to the strand of the storage station Plug segment and the second, at the rear Transport cart of the stack fastened plug-in segment, is a seamless stacking of the Transport trolley ensured in the storage station.
- strand with it attached plug-in segments to be made narrow can, for example as a wire rope or as a chain, not even increases the width of the storage station, if this is from a conventional Construction to one according to the present Invention is converted. This is one of the essential ones Advantages over the "ENDOMATIC" storage station and similarly constructed storage stations.
- a handle part and a closing part includes.
- Each plug-in segment in the present case Use coming split plug parts thus includes in generally a handle portion and a lock portion.
- first and second plug-in segments corresponding centering means on the for example in the form of interlocking grooves and cones or knobs and recesses in the Handle parts of the plug-in segments to be executed can.
- centering facilitate that Users of the dolly assembling the two plug-in segments to each other to a functional full plug-in part.
- the closing part of the assembled plug-in part can in particular a - known as such - S-shaped cross section exhibit; however, the present invention can be in the same way in connection with different - for example flat - shaped locking parts of the Use plug-in parts. So the plug-in parts in particular also two flat locking part segments to be placed on top of each other include.
- the first and second plug-in segments as such or their handle parts can for better Marking must be colored or colored. This facilitates those users who are familiar with the invention System are not yet familiar with Understanding.
- the first and the second plug segments can be carried out identically, like this below is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. In this Trap compared to the case where the first and second plug-in segments executed differently are, albeit with only minor, cost advantages to count. However, if the length of the Connectors with which the first plug-in segments attached to the string of the storage station, exceeds a certain level, the risk of misuse of the storage station by two adjacent first plug segments to one complete plug-in segment are assembled, with which a parked trolley is removed from the end of the stack (only) on the strand is connected. In this respect, the decision is made about whether identical or different first and second connector segments are used, too after - from the placement of the deposit locks to the Transport trolley dependent - length of the connecting links for the first plug-in segments.
- Another preferred development of the invention is characterized in that the strand is detachable Strand holders of the storage station is attached. This enables the staff of the appropriate Self-service market or other legitimate People, the entire stack with each other and with the String of connected transport carts of the storage station to remove and move to another place if the strand has previously been released from the strand holders has been.
- This development of the invention is with particularly advantageous in such self-service markets and the like. Can be used where the trolleys at different Locations (e.g. in the entrance area of the Self-service market) are delivered and delivered (e.g. on the parking lot).
- the strand provided within the scope of the invention for example can be designed as a wire rope or chain.
- a strand in the sense of the present Invention come further rails, pipes, rods or the like.
- the strand is flexible is formed, for example as a chain or as Wire rope, so he can turn according to yet another preferred development of the invention in one Guide tube must be included.
- a corresponding one The guide tube is slotted to one side Pass through the first plug-in segments with the To enable connecting connecting strands.
- a Appropriate guide tube firmly in the storage station be mounted while the recorded in this Strand is releasably attached to the guide tube.
- Fig. 1 shows diagonally from the front-right-top three push handles 1 of stacked in a storage station, Transport trolleys designed as shopping carts. On each push handle 1 is known as such Way a deposit lock 2 mounted. Every deposit lock has an opening 3 on its front, in which, in order to find the corresponding dolly in the Storage station, a plug-in part 4 can be inserted, which via a coupling element 5 connected to a prior transport trolley is. Is the plug 4 completely in the corresponding Deposit lock 2 inserted and locked there, the deposit is released. To that extent, this corresponds to Fig. 1 system shown the generally known State of the art, so that further explanations can be dispensed with.
- Each plug part 4 is composed of two plug part segments together, namely a first plug-in segment 6 and a second plug-in segment 7. The deposit release only occurs if one from the first plug segment 6 and the second plug-in segment 7 put together complete plug part 4 in the relevant Deposit lock 2 is inserted and locked there.
- a strand 8 which according to the 1 and 2 is designed as a square tube 9.
- first plug-in segments 6 via flexible connecting members 10 (e.g. wire ropes) attached.
- the distances correspond between the individual connecting members 10 essentially the stacking depth of the trolleys.
- the second plug-in segments 7 are via coupling links 5, in particular designed as chains 11 can be with the respective pre-existing Transport trolley connected.
- the square tube 9 is - by the operating personnel - detachable on appropriate holders of the storage station attached. This enables the operator to a full stack of each other and connected to the strand 8 trolleys from the Move the storage station to another location.
- FIG. 2 shows the system according to FIG. 1 obliquely from the top left, being on a representation of the sliding devices 1 the dolly with the one on it mounted deposit locks was dispensed with. The Details of the system and its function are revealed directly from the above description of the Fig. 1.
- the system illustrated in Figures 3 and 4 differs differs from that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 alone by a different configuration of the strand 8 on which the first plug-in segments 6 are attached.
- the strand 8 is formed by a chain 14 of the first plug-in segments 6 via flexible Connectors 10 attached at regular intervals are.
- the chain 14 is in one in the storage station firmly mounted guide tube 15 added.
- the guide tube 15 is slotted on one side; through the Corresponding gap 16, the connecting members 10th out of the guide tube 15.
- the chain 14 is - by the operating personnel - detachable on the guide tube 15 attached. If the attachment is released, the chain 14 is pulled out of the guide tube 15 be a stack of one another and with the Chain 14 connected dolly of the storage station refer to.
- FIG. 3 shows obliquely from behind-top-left.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate that in the context of present invention the first and second Plug-in segments - different from those in FIGS. 1 to 4 - can also be carried out identically. Every plug-in part is therefore made up of two identical plug segments put together.
- Both the connecting members 10 the - not shown - strand attached first Plug-in segments 6 as well as those via coupling links 5 connected to an adjacent trolley second plug-in segments 7 each have one Centering knobs 16 and a corresponding groove 17th
- 5 and 6 favors the automatic separation of the two Plug part segments of a plug part from each other Uncoupling a dolly from a dolly stack; the plug-in part from the deposit lock pulled, the two plug-in segments fall apart, without corresponding action by the user of the relevant trolley requirement.
