Definitions
- the present invention relates to a storage station for a plurality of stackable transport cars, especially shopping or baggage carts, with in it parked, stacked dolly, the Have deposit locks and interconnected are, by in each deposit lock one with a neighboring one Dolly connected via a coupling link Plug-in part is locked, by inserting a Pledge released into the corresponding deposit lock becomes.
- DE-OS 3603619 known storage station has can not prevail in practice, however, which is primarily related to the fact that they Installation of special deposit locks on the Coordinated with a central key are required at the corresponding dolly.
- a conversion of a conventional storage station without stack length limitation to such according to the DE-OS 3603619 thus fails regularly with the required exchange of deposit locks connected financial expense.
- the essence of the present invention is thus that in the mortgage locks the dolly too locking plug-in parts are shared, with each Dolly only one male part segment, i. a part of the male part, is connected via a coupling member. Only when connected to a dolly Plug-in part segment with another plug-in part segment, which at a running in the stacking strand the storage station is attached to one assembled complete plug-in part and this assembled plug-in part in the deposit lock of stacked dolly and introduced there the pledge is released.
- strand with the thereto fastened plug part segments be made narrow can, for example, as a wire rope or as a chain, does not even increase the width of the storage station, if this from a conventional one Construction to such after the present Invention is converted.
- This is one of the essential Advantages over the "ENDOMATIC" storage station and similarly constructed storage stations.
- the invention System does not work with mechanical locks, there is no danger that the storage station and / or dolly while trying the latter with Violence in the locked storage station to be pushed in, damaged and / or injured wedge.
- the invention prevents System, unlike that for storage stations according to DE-OS 4131263 and EP 0301940 B1 and the "ENDOMATIC" system applies, too, that two or more Dolly away from the storage station be joined together. After all prevents the inventive system also that by Throwing a single pledge into the pawn lock of one Dolly, not the back of a pile is, several interconnected Dolly at the same time taken from the storage station; such is for example at the storage stations according to DE-OS 3603619 possible.
- each plug-in part as from the state of Technology ago known, a handle part and a closing part includes.
- Each plug-in segment of the present to Use coming divided plug-in parts thus includes in in general, a handle part segment and a closing part segment.
- first and second male part segments mutually corresponding centering means, the for example, in the form of interlocking grooves and cones or pimples and depressions in the Be executed grip parts of the male part segments can.
- centering facilitate the Users of the trolley assembling the two plug-in segments to each other to a functional complete plug-in part.
- the closing part of the assembled plug-in part can in particular a - known as such - S-shaped cross-section exhibit;
- the present invention can be in the same way in connection with differently - For example, flat - designed closing parts of Use plug-in parts. So the plug-in parts in particular also two flat, alsfacturde closing part segments include.
- the first and the second male part segments as such or their grip parts can for better Marking be colored or colored. This facilitates such users who with the invention System are still unfamiliar, whose Understanding.
- the first and the second male part segments can be made identical, as below is explained in detail with reference to the drawing. In this Trap is compared with the case that the first and second plug-in segments executed differently are, with - albeit small - cost advantages to count. However, if the length of the Terminal members, with which the first male part segments attached to the strand of the storage station, exceeds a certain level, the danger of a improper use of the storage station by two adjacent first plug-in segments to a complete plug-in segment are joined together with which a parked trolley away from the end of the stack (only) on the strand is connected. In that regard, the decision is directed about whether identical or different first and second male part segments are used, too after the - from the placement of the deposit locks to the Dolly dependent - length of the connecting links for the first male part segments.
- Another preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the strand releasably on Strand holders of the storage station is attached. This allows the staff of the corresponding Self-service market or other authorized Persons, the entire stack with each other and with the Strand connected transport cart of the storage station to remove and move to another location, if previously the strand detached from the strand holders has been.
- This development of the invention is with particular advantage in such self-service markets and the like. Can be used where the dolly to different Places provided (e.g., in the entrance area of Self-service market) and delivered (e.g. the parking lot).
- strand can be designed as a wire rope or chain.
- a strand in the sense of the present Invention also come rails, tubes, rods or the like ..
- the strand flexible is formed, for example as a chain or as Tightrope, so he can according to another turn preferred development of the invention in one Be included guide tube.
- a corresponding Guide tube is slotted on one side to a Passing through the first male part segments with the Strand connecting connecting links to allow.
- the Meaning of the above statements may be a corresponding guide tube firmly in the storage station be mounted while recorded in this Strand is releasably secured to the guide tube.
- Fig. 1 shows obliquely from the front-right-top three push handles 1 of stacked in a storage station, Transport cart designed as a shopping cart.
- a push handle 1 On Each push handle 1 is known as such Way a deposit lock 2 mounted.
- Each deposit lock has at its front an opening 3, in which, to the corresponding dolly in the To connect storage station, a male part 4 can be inserted, which via a coupling member. 5 connected to a transport trolley in front is. Is the male part 4 completely in the appropriate Deposit lock 2 inserted and locked there, the deposit is released.
- Fig. 1 illustrated system the well-known Prior art, so that for further explanation can be waived.
- Each male part 4 is made up of two male part segments together, namely a first male part segment. 6 and a second male part segment 7.
- the mortgage release takes place only if one from the first plug-in segment 6 and the second male part segment 7 joined together complete plug-in part 4 in the relevant Deposit lock 2 introduced and locked there.
- a strand 8 which according to the Fig. 1 and 2 is designed as a square tube 9.
- the first male part segments 6 via flexible connection members 10 (e.g., wire ropes).
- the distances correspond between the individual terminal members 10 while essentially the stacking depth of the trolley.
- the second plug-in part segments 7 are via coupling links 5, in particular formed as chains 11 can be with the respective one ahead Dolly connected.
- the grip parts of the first male part segments 6 and second male part segments 7 face each other corresponding centering means, according to FIG. 1 and 2 are formed as a groove 12 and pins 13. Become the two male part segments 6 and 7 to the male part. 4 joined together, the pin 13 engages in the groove 12 a and fixes the two male part segments to each other, what the handling of the assembled plug-in part facilitated.
- the square tube 9 is - by the operator - detachable on corresponding holders of the storage station attached. This allows the operator to a full stack of each other and with the strand 8 connected dolly of the To move storage station to another location.
- FIG. 2 shows the system according to FIG. 1 obliquely from the left to the top, being an illustration of the sliding devices 1 the dolly with the it mounted deposit locks was waived. The Details of the system and its function result directly from the above description of the Fig. 1.
- the system illustrated in Figs. 3 and 4 distinguishes itself from that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 alone by another embodiment of the strand 8, on the the first male part segments 6 are attached.
- the strand 8 is formed by a chain 14, at the first male part segments 6 via flexible Attached terminal members 10 at regular intervals are.
- the chain 14 is in one in the storage station firmly mounted guide tube 15 was added.
- the guide tube 15 is slotted on one side; through the corresponding gap 16, the terminal members 10 occur out of the guide tube 15 out.
- the chain 14 is - by the operator - detachable on the guide tube 15 attached. If the attachment is released, can the chain 14 pulled out of the guide tube 15 be a stack of each other and with the Chain 14 connected storage carts of the storage station refer to.
- FIG. 3 The above explanations of FIG. 3 apply in FIG the same way for Fig. 4, the in Fig. 3rd shown system obliquely from the back-up-left shows.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate that in the context of present invention, the first and second Plug-in segments - unlike in accordance with FIGS. 1 to 4 - may also be identical.
- Each plug-in part is thus made up of two identical plug-in segments together.
- Both via terminal members 10 at the strand - not shown - attached first Plug-in segments 6 as well as via coupling members. 5 connected with an adjacent dolly second male part segments 7 each have one Centering nubs 16 and a corresponding groove 17.
- 5 and 6 favors the automatic separation of the two Plug-in segments of a male part from each other Decoupling a trolley from a trolley stack; becomes the plug-in part of the deposit lock pulled, the two plug-in segments fall apart, without it being an appropriate action by the user of the relevant transport vehicle requirement.
