Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Bewehrungskörben (2, 3) für Rechteckrohre (1) aus Beton, wobei die Bewehrungskörbe aus einem Gitterwerk von an den Kreuzungspunkten miteinander verschweißten Längs- und Querdrähten aus Stahl bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsdrahtabschnitte (5) in ihrer dem herzustellenden Bewehrungskorb (2, 3) entsprechenden Konfiguration an einem Rahmengestell (9) gehalten und gemeinsam längsverschiebbar geführt sind und daß Querdrahtabschnitte (6, 7, 8) in wenigstens einer stationären Bestückungsvorrichtung (27) von einem Draht bestimmter Dicke abgelängt, gegebenenfalls abgewinkelt und sodann in bestimmten Längsabständen an die Längsdrahtabschnitte (5) angelegt und dann mittels einer selbsttätigen Schweißvorrichtung (28) angeschweißt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmengestell (9) um eine zu den Längsdrahtabschnitten (5) parallele Drehachse drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmengestell (9) vertikal ausgerichtet ist und daß die vertikal stehenden Längsdrahtabschnitte (5) im Herstellungsablauf angehoben und dabei von oben nach unten mit Querdrahtabschnitten (6, 7, 8) bestückt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmengestell (9) im Wesentlichen einen oberen, in gleichbleibender Höhe angeordneten Lochrahmen (13) und einen unteren, anhebbaren Aufnahmerahmen (18) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmerahmen (18) mittels einer in seinem Inneren angeordneten Hubvorrichtung in stets horizontaler Lage programmgesteuert in Schritten anhebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Krananlage vorgesehen und dazu eingerichtet ist, den teilweise fertigen Bewehrungskorb zu ergreifen und in der letzten Phase des Herstellungsablaufs programmgesteuert in Schritten hochzuziehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krananlage (21, 24) dazu geeignet ist, den fertigen Bewehrungskorb vom Rahmengestell (9) abzunehmen und ihn gegebenenfalls mit einem zuvor hergestellten Bewehrungskorb (4) anderer Weite zusammenzufügen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bestückungsvorrichtung (27) auf der Ebene des Lochrahmens (13) angeordnet und dazu vorgesehen ist, von wenigstens einer Drahtrolle (31) über einen Richtapparat (30) Draht abzuziehen, diesen bedarfsgerecht abzulängen und den erhaltenen geraden Querdrahtabschnitt (6) in Querrichtung an eine Seite der Längsdrahtkonfiguration heranzuschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bestückungsvorrichtung (27) zwei Biegevorrichtungen (32) enthält, um den Querdrahtabschnitt vor dem Heranschieben an einem Ende zu einem Querdrahtwinkel (7) oder an beiden Enden zu einem U-förmigen Querdrahtbügel (8) zu verformen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegevorrichtungen (32) je eine Radiusschablone und einen mit einer Biegerolle bestückten Biegearm aufweisen, die nach dem Biegevorgang soweit abtauchen, daß das Heranschieben nicht behindert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bestückungsvorrichtung (27) zwei Drahtrollen (31) mit Draht unterschiedlicher Dicke zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei wahlweise von je zwei Drahtrollen (31) gespeiste Bestückungsvorrichtungen (27) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Rahmengestells (9) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine in einem Fahrbereich (34) in zwei zueinander senkrechten Richtungen geradlinig bewegliche Schweißvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die einen Querdrahtabschnitt an einer Seitenfläche der Längsstabkonfiguration anschweißen kann, wobei diese Schweißvorrichtung von dem Rahmengestell (9) zurückfährt, um diesem und der Längsstabkonfiguration für eine 90°-Drehung Raum zu geben, und anschließend vorfährt, um einen Schweißvorgang an einer anschließenden Seitenfläche auszuführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine radial verfahrbare Schweißvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, wobei der Vorschub der Schweißrolle auf dem Querdrahtabschnitt durch deren Relativbewegung gegenüber dem sich drehenden Rahmengestell entsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Schweißvorrichtungen (28) an entgegengesetzten und nicht mit einer Bestückungsvorrichtung (27) belegten Seiten des Rahmengestells (9) vorgesehen sind.
