Definitions
- the invention relates to a hoist for receiving, suspending and transporting a dinghy carried on a yacht, with an essentially horizontally projecting boom, which has a free end and a fastening end, a hoist rope with a load hook, the hoist rope coming from the attachment end of the boom to one on the Boom provided, or relative to the boom fixed fixed deflection guided and from this is deflected below, and at least one relative to the boom movably arranged, interacting with the hoist rope Deflection.
- G 81 01 588.7 is a hoist of the type mentioned known. This has one for receiving a dinghy Boom on which a fixed deflection for a hoist rope is attached is.
- the deflection movable relative to the boom consists of a pulley. This is together with the load hook provided on the bottom block of a pulley.
- the the lifting rope coming from the fixed deflection wraps around the pulley the bottom block about 180 ° and is at one end on the boom attached. Thanks to the pulley principle used with two load-bearing rope cross sections on which the load of the dinghy hangs, the rope force in the hoist rope is halved, which must be used to lift the dinghy.
- a transport position close to the yacht is used for transport aimed for the dinghy. So this will be so as far as possible towards the yacht at the bottom of the boom established.
- the well-known hoist points to the bottom of the Cantilever additional flanges against which the dinghy is against moored with its side rims.
- the G 81 01 588.7 is an inflatable boat. The dinghy is initially on a straight load path has been pulled up and is in the position shown in contact with the flanges. These have the inflatable boat little shifted towards the yacht in the final transport position, in which it set against the flanges of the boom is.
- a hoist with the characteristics of the The preamble of claim 1 is known from G B 391161
- the invention has for its object a simple manufacturable and manageable safe lifting device for taking up, Launching and transporting one carried on a yacht To create dinghies with which one in front of a bathing platform dinghy lying in the water taken over them and in a transport position close to the yacht is movable.
- the object is achieved in that on the free end of the boom a swivel is provided over which a pivoting arm hanging downwards is pivoted is that the movable deflection on the swivel arm arranged and together with this to the boom upwards is pivotable that that led down by the fixed deflection Lift rope is guided over the movable deflection and from this hangs vertically, and that the load hook one has a stop interacting with the movable deflection, the slipping of the load hook over the movable Redirection prevented.
- This measure makes it very easy to handle and manufacture and safe hoist, in which the Load path on which the dinghy when taking out of the water and when moving into water is moved from a vertical Section and a circular section.
- the complete load path is advantageously by simple Obtaining or slackening of the hoisting rope almost automatically. No further drives are required to make the movements to control.
- the proposed hoist is because of the simple mechanics particularly safe, low-maintenance and simple manageable.
- the hoisting rope To a dinghy hanging from the hook on the load hook lift, the hoisting rope must be hauled in.
- the dinghy will be there initially on a vertical load path at the bathing platform lifted over out of the water until the load hook stops abuts the movable deflection of the swivel arm.
- By the swivel arm then becomes further hauling in of the hoist rope
- the boom is pivoted upwards until the dinghy touches the Boom creates.
- the load hook and the dinghy on a circular path across the bathing platform to the Yacht swung out.
- the movable deflection preferably has one on the Swivel arm on a rotating pulley, over which the hoist rope is led.
- the hoist rope can thus be used with little resistance redirect.
- the fixed redirection is also a matter of course advantageously provided with a rotating pulley. In this way, the efficiency of the Hoist.
- the hoist has one Swivel arm on which a pulley with several rope pulleys is provided.
- the hoisting rope is guided over all pulleys.
- the advantage of the proposed pulley solution is So the main thing is that it slants upwards to the Fixed deflection led rope during lifting respectively Lowering the dinghy on the vertical section of the Load path with a much lower force on the swivel arm pulls as in the first version without pulley.
- the number of pulleys used for the pulley should not, however, be chosen too large since the profit is on Outreach decreases with increasing number of pulleys however, the length of the hoisting rope to be obtained according to the Number of pulleys multiplied. Have in practice Pulleys with two to three rollers proved to be useful.
- a pulley with three pulleys and triple-reeved Rope has proven itself for a certain stroke triple cable length must be obtained.
- a locking device for locking the swivel arm is provided.
- the locking device can have a bolt which is pivoted upwards of the swivel arm both the boom and the swivel arm at least partially penetrates such that the swivel arm can't swing down.
- the rope drum can be driven by a motor.
- a manually operated Rope drum can be provided.
- the rope drum has an electric one Gear motor on. This can be protected inside the Rope drum can be provided. Such a gear motor is very low maintenance, and there is only an electrical connection needed to operate the hoist.
- the Boom at least in the area in which the swivel arm is pivotable above, a U-shaped profile open at the bottom has and the swivel arm in the swung up state has a height that is approximately the height of the legs of the U-shaped Profile.
- the swivel arm can preferably up to can be swiveled upwards into a position parallel to the boom be and in this position between the legs of the U-shaped Profiles disappear.
- the swivel arm simply points for this one between the pulley of the movable deflection and the swivel joint arranged between the pulley Rope pulley on.
- Rope pulley by means of the lifting rope guided on its underside can be raised far up to the boom.
- the hoist 1 consists of one on one Yacht 2 attached, essentially horizontally projecting Boom 3, a free end 4 and this opposite has a fastening end 5.
- a bracket 6 is arranged on the boom 3, which is on the deck 7 the yacht 2 is attached.
- a hoist rope 8 with a load hook 9 is coming from the fastening end 5 of the boom 3 to one provided on the boom 3 fixed deflection 10. Of this is the lifting cable 8 deflected obliquely downwards.
- a pivot joint 11 is provided, via the one hanging down swivel arm 12 rotatable is articulated.
- the Swivel arm 12 At the hanging end of the Swivel arm 12 is a movable relative to the boom 3 Deflection 13 arranged and together with the swivel arm 12 can be pivoted upwards towards the boom 3. That of the fixed redirection 10 downward-directed hoist rope 8 is movable over the Deflection 13 guided and depends vertically from this.
- the Load hook 9 has a cooperating with the movable deflection 13 Stop 14 on the slipping away Load hook 9 prevented via the movable deflection 13.
- the movable deflection 13 is in the present embodiment with a rotating pulley 13a and the fixed deflection also provided with a rotatably mounted pulley 10a.
- the dinghy B is initially on a vertical Load path 15 on a bathing platform 16 on the transom 17 of the yacht 2 is attached, pulled upwards.
- the tender B is on a circular Load path 18 to the boom 3 pivoted upwards.
- This Transport position is shown in dashed lines in Figure 1.
- a force plan is shown, which on the Swivel arm 12 shows acting forces.
- These are in detail the rope force Fs1, which is essentially due to the mass m of the dinghy and the low weight M of the light-weight swivel arm, which is simplistic attacks in the center of gravity of the swivel arm.
- the rope force Fs1 works equally in the vertically hanging one Piece of the lifting rope 8 and in the diagonally upwards for fixed deflection 10 guided piece of the lifting rope 8.
- This rope forces Fs1 of the two pieces of lifting rope acting on the movable deflection 13 can be combined into a resulting force R1.
- the resulting force R1 acts as in FIG. 2 see almost in the horizontal direction and pulls the swivel arm 12 far to the transom 17 of the yacht 2.
- FIG 4 is the force plan for the construction according to Figure 3 shown. From this plan of forces it is easy to see that the cable force Fs2 in the from the movable deflection 13 to Fixed deflection 10 guided rope piece only 1/3 of that through the Mass m of dinghy B caused weight. In each of the three vertically downward hanging rope pieces of the Pulley 19 also acts the rope force Fs2. All three Hoist pieces of the pulley hold the whole together Weight of dinghy B.
- Fig. 4 is at an angle to the fixed deflection 10
- Lift rope piece entered the rope force Fs2 and are the rope forces of the three vertical hoist pieces of the pulley 3 * FS2 summarized.
- These two can be a resultant Summarize force R2 on the swivel arm 12 draws.
- the resulting force R2 pulls in as in FIG. 4 recognize, almost in the vertical direction on the swivel arm 12. It is readily apparent that the pivot arm 12 is in use a block and tackle 19 has a smaller inclination having.
- the inclination decreases with increasing number of pulleys Pulley 19 from and approaches the vertical.
- a locking device 23 To lock the swivel arm 12 in the direction of the boom 3 upward swung position, is a locking device 23 provided. This consists in the exemplary embodiments shown from a bolt 24 which is pivoted upwards Condition of the swivel arm 12 both the boom 3 and the Swing arm 12 penetrates in recesses, so that the swivel arm 12 can not swing back down. The bolt 24 is for releasing the dinghy B at any time from the locking device 23 removable, so that the swivel arm 12 through Relaxation of the hoist rope 8 can be swung out.
- a motor drivable rope drum 25 with an electric gear motor 26 is provided.
- the boom has 3 in the area in which the swivel arm 12 upwards is pivotable, a downwardly open U-shaped profile 27 on.
- the swivel arm 12 with a box-shaped cross section has swung upward to a height h, which is about the Height of the legs of the U-shaped profile 27 corresponds.
- the Swivel arm 12 can be seen in FIG. 6 up to one Boom 3 parallel position swivels up and disappears in this position between the legs of the U-shaped Profiles 27.
- the swivel arm 12 simply has one between the pulley 13a of the movable Deflection 13 and the pivot 11 arranged, the pulley 19 intermediate pulley 28 on.
