Description
The invention relates to a hoist for receiving, suspending and transporting a dinghy carried on a yacht, with an essentially horizontally projecting boom, which has a free end and a fastening end, a hoist rope with a load hook, the hoist rope coming from the attachment end of the boom to one on the Boom provided, or relative to the boom fixed fixed deflection guided and from this is deflected below, and at least one relative to the boom movably arranged, interacting with the hoist rope Deflection.
Üblicherweise werden zwei derartige Hebezeuge verwendet, um ein Beiboot sicher aufzunehmen.G 81 01 588.7 is a hoist of the type mentioned known. This has one for receiving a dinghy Boom on which a fixed deflection for a hoist rope is attached is. The deflection movable relative to the boom consists of a pulley. This is together with the load hook provided on the bottom block of a pulley. The the lifting rope coming from the fixed deflection wraps around the pulley the bottom block about 180 ° and is at one end on the boom attached. Thanks to the pulley principle used with two load-bearing rope cross sections on which the load of the dinghy hangs, the rope force in the hoist rope is halved, which must be used to lift the dinghy. With everyone Pulley saves energy at the expense of the way. The Length of the hoisting rope that is used to lift the dinghy must therefore be double in the subject of G 81 01 588.7 as large as the stroke caused. The arrangement is common chosen when the relatively heavy dinghy is manually operated should be raised. Usually two such hoists used to safely hold a dinghy.
To firmly attach the dinghy to the hoist for transport, it is firmly against the underside by means of the hoist rope the boom pulled and the hoisting rope with, for example a slip cleat.
A transport position close to the yacht is used for transport aimed for the dinghy. So this will be so as far as possible towards the yacht at the bottom of the boom established. The well-known hoist points to the bottom of the Cantilever additional flanges against which the dinghy is against moored with its side rims. In the embodiment of the item the G 81 01 588.7 is an inflatable boat. The dinghy is initially on a straight load path has been pulled up and is in the position shown in contact with the flanges. These have the inflatable boat little shifted towards the yacht in the final transport position, in which it set against the flanges of the boom is.
With the known hoist, a dinghy can only be held, when it is close to the yacht in the water and from that position can be lifted vertically. For a yacht whose Rear mirror is provided with a bathing platform, and that Dinghy taken in front of the bathing platform lying in the water must be, it is very bad. The boom is too short for this application.
Ein Hebezeug mit den Merkmalen des
Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 ist bekannt aus
G B 391161A hoist with the characteristics of the
The preamble of
An embodiment of the known hoist with a longer one Outrigger that would cantilever over a bathing platform a dinghy disadvantageously only at such a large distance to the yacht that the dinghy in front of the bathing platform to be transported floating over the water. It would be cannot be determined close enough to the yacht.
Other hoists are known, in which the dinghy initially raised on a vertical load path and then to Yacht is moved into the transport position. To drive in come, for example, telescopic boom or fixed trolley boom with a movable trolley Load hook for use. The solutions are mechanically special complex and expensive and prone to repair.
The invention has for its object a simple manufacturable and manageable safe lifting device for taking up, Launching and transporting one carried on a yacht To create dinghies with which one in front of a bathing platform dinghy lying in the water taken over them and in a transport position close to the yacht is movable.
The object is achieved in that on the free end of the boom a swivel is provided over which a pivoting arm hanging downwards is pivoted is that the movable deflection on the swivel arm arranged and together with this to the boom upwards is pivotable that that led down by the fixed deflection Lift rope is guided over the movable deflection and from this hangs vertically, and that the load hook one has a stop interacting with the movable deflection, the slipping of the load hook over the movable Redirection prevented.
This measure makes it very easy to handle and manufacture and safe hoist, in which the Load path on which the dinghy when taking out of the water and when moving into water is moved from a vertical Section and a circular section. The complete load path is advantageously by simple Obtaining or slackening of the hoisting rope almost automatically. No further drives are required to make the movements to control. The proposed hoist is because of the simple mechanics particularly safe, low-maintenance and simple manageable.
To a dinghy hanging from the hook on the load hook lift, the hoisting rope must be hauled in. The dinghy will be there initially on a vertical load path at the bathing platform lifted over out of the water until the load hook stops abuts the movable deflection of the swivel arm. By the swivel arm then becomes further hauling in of the hoist rope The boom is pivoted upwards until the dinghy touches the Boom creates. The load hook and the dinghy on a circular path across the bathing platform to the Yacht swung out.
The movable deflection preferably has one on the Swivel arm on a rotating pulley, over which the hoist rope is led. The hoist rope can thus be used with little resistance redirect. The fixed redirection is also a matter of course advantageously provided with a rotating pulley. In this way, the efficiency of the Hoist.
An advantageous development of the hoist has one Swivel arm on which a pulley with several rope pulleys is provided. The hoisting rope is guided over all pulleys. The rope pulley of the movable, which is rotatably mounted on the swivel arm Deflection forms a fixed role of the pulley.
The use of the pulley principle in connection with the proposed construction does not ostensibly pursue that The goal is to reduce the rope force to pull in the hoist rope but rather the outreach of the boom with swivel arm enlarge. The embodiment described above without pulley, where the hoist rope has a single one at the bottom End of the swivel arm is rotatably mounted pulley, lets do not project the load hook as far as the jib cantilevered over the yacht. The reason for this is the relative great rope strength, both in the vertically hanging down Piece of the lifting rope as well as in the obliquely upwards Fixed deflection led piece of the lifting rope acts.
By reducing the rope force of the hoisting rope with the help a pulley system, for example, the load of the dinghy distributed over three rope cross sections, the rope force in the part of the hoist rope leading diagonally upwards towards the fixed deflection reduced to a third. The swivel arm is thereby pivoted towards the yacht with less force and thus the load hook continues to unload.
It is particularly favorable if the fixed deflection on the boom in the swung-up state of the swivel arm above the pulley of the movable deflection is arranged, because in this case it is from the fixed deflection to the movable one Rope is guided vertically and the rope in the Lifting rope acting force to hold the swung up Swivel arm is minimized.
Also in the training of the proposed hoist a block and tackle as soon as the load hook stops of the movable deflection, the rope force in the hoist rope be raised to swing the swivel arm upwards. The Pulley does not work after the load hook is struck more so that the rope force no longer corresponds to the number the pulley rope pulleys and at the expense of the one to be caught up Lifting rope is reduced.
The advantage of the proposed pulley solution is So the main thing is that it slants upwards to the Fixed deflection led rope during lifting respectively Lowering the dinghy on the vertical section of the Load path with a much lower force on the swivel arm pulls as in the first version without pulley. The As a result, the swivel arm pivots more vertically and increases the overhang of the Load hook.
The more pulleys the pulley has, the less the rope force in the hoist rope during lifting respectively Lowering the dinghy on the vertical section of the Load path and the closer the position of the swivel arm approaches the vertical.
The number of pulleys used for the pulley should not, however, be chosen too large since the profit is on Outreach decreases with increasing number of pulleys however, the length of the hoisting rope to be obtained according to the Number of pulleys multiplied. Have in practice Pulleys with two to three rollers proved to be useful.
A pulley with three pulleys and triple-reeved Rope has proven itself for a certain stroke triple cable length must be obtained.
Around the hoist rope when the swivel arm is swung upwards to relieve the dinghy even in the event of failure of the hoist rope in the transport position is to be secured a locking device for locking the swivel arm is provided. For the sake of simplicity, the locking device can have a bolt which is pivoted upwards of the swivel arm both the boom and the swivel arm at least partially penetrates such that the swivel arm can't swing down.
It is expedient to store and drive the Lift rope provided a rope drum. In a preferred one The rope drum can be driven by a motor. Of course can advantageously also be a manually operated Rope drum can be provided.
For the sake of simplicity, the rope drum has an electric one Gear motor on. This can be protected inside the Rope drum can be provided. Such a gear motor is very low maintenance, and there is only an electrical connection needed to operate the hoist.
Another advantageous embodiment results when the Boom at least in the area in which the swivel arm is pivotable above, a U-shaped profile open at the bottom has and the swivel arm in the swung up state has a height that is approximately the height of the legs of the U-shaped Profile. The swivel arm can preferably up to can be swiveled upwards into a position parallel to the boom be and in this position between the legs of the U-shaped Profiles disappear. The swivel arm simply points for this one between the pulley of the movable deflection and the swivel joint arranged between the pulley Rope pulley on. Because of the pulley, it turns Direction of rotation of the pulley and runs in the opposite direction Direction of rotation of the pulley of the fixed deflection. In this way is the lifting rope coming from the attachment end of the boom not over the top but over the bottom of the pulley the movable deflection led. This has the advantage that the movable deflection by means of the hoist rope far behind can be lifted up towards the boom.
Rope pulley by means of the lifting rope guided on its underside can be raised far up to the boom.

According to the drawing, the hoist 1 consists of one on one

In
Gewichtskraft des Beibootes B.In Figure 4 is the force plan for the construction according to Figure
