Description

The invention relates to a crane with a telescopic tower attached to an uppercarriage or the rotating platform of a portal, the extendable part of which is articulated at its upper end to the inner support part of the jib, at the outer end of which the outer support part of the ejector is articulated, with an on Head end of the extendable part fastened counter jib, which carries a rope pulley at its free end, over which a rear guy rope runs from its attachment to the uppercarriage or on the rotating platform to a fixed point at the outer end of a boom support pivotally mounted at the head end of the extendable part, with two others Guy ropes attached to the anchor point of the ejector support, of which the other end of the first guy rope is attached to the outer area of the inner support member and the other end of the second guy rope is attached to the end of a central support, to which a third guy rope is attached, the other end of which is in the outer area of the outer Sluggish part of the boom is fastened, and with a rope fastened to the outer support part, which runs over an end roller of the central support and a deflection roller of the inner support part and further deflection rollers to an assembly thread, via which the outer support part pivot relative to the inner support part of the boom leaves.

In a crane with telescopic tower known from DE-OS 2 614 223, the lower chord of the inner support part of the boom is articulated on a head piece of the extendable part and a rope runs parallel to the lower chord, the ends of which are in this way on the head piece and at a distance from it Articulated connection of the inner and outer support parts are fastened to the inner end of the outer support part so that the lower flange and the side form a parallelogram with the support sections lying between the joints and fastening points of the rope. If the rear guy rope is now tensioned by extending the extendable part of the tower, the counter-jib is pivoted counterclockwise around its articulated connection with the head piece, whereby the jib support is also pivoted counterclockwise, so that it tightens the inner support part via the tightening first guy rope pivoted from its position parallel to the tower and the outer support part articulated to the inner support part, which is held in a horizontal position by the cable, maintains its horizontal position when pivoted.

In a crane with a telescopic tower known from DE-OS 2 914 265, after erecting the tower with the inner and outer support parts of the boom folded, the outer support part is first around the articulated connection in the area of the upper chords through the telescopic cable attached to it in its horizontal direction Lowered position so that the articulated connection in the area of the lower chords of both carrier parts can be made by means of bolts and the articulated connection in the area of the upper chords can be released. Between the outer support part and a rearward-projecting support of the extendable part of the tower, a rope running over a roll of the inner support part is tensioned, so that after releasing and relocating the telescopic cable, extending the extendable part and tensioning the rear guy rope, the inner support part its articulated connection at the upper end of the extendable part is pivoted counterclockwise. As a result of this pivoting, the rope strand between the rope pulley on the inner support part and the fastening point on the support projecting to the rear is shortened by the same amount by which the rope strand between the deflection roller and the front support part is lengthened, so that this extends relatively when the extendable part is extended the inner support part is pivoted clockwise until it is in alignment with the inner support part.

In a crane with telescopic tower known from DE-OS 2 831 286, a mounting rope is attached with its ends to the outer support part and the lower tower part and via deflection rollers at the upper end of the lower tower part, at the lower and upper ends of the extendable part, guided on the inner support part and at the upper end of the intermediate support, so that the inner and outer support parts are opened and closed in the manner of an accordion simultaneously with the extension and retraction of the extendable part.

In all cranes described above, when erecting after lowering the outer support part, a simultaneous pivoting of the inner and outer support parts into their aligned position, given on the basis of the cable geometry, takes place and when lowering in the reverse manner, so that difficulties can arise during assembly if there are obstacles are in the non-changeable swivel range of the support parts of the boom.

In a crane of the type specified at the beginning of DE-GMS 8 009 033, the above-described difficulties in assembly are avoided in that when the tower is upright with the parts pushed together, the outer support part, which is formed by a central support part, is attached to the still an end-side support part is articulated, can be lowered relative to the inner support part parallel to the tower into a horizontal position by the mounting thread, so that the inner and outer support parts can be pivotally bolted to one another in the region of their lower straps. If the extendable part of the telescopic tower is now extended, the inner support part is pivoted counterclockwise into its horizontal position by tightening the corresponding guy ropes. By appropriate actuation of the assembly screw can simultaneously with the extension of the extendable part of the tower or after extension, depending on the local conditions, the outer support member articulated in the inner support member can be pivoted relative to the inner support member regardless of its pivoting movement. This makes it possible to avoid obstacles when erecting or pivoting. During operation, there is the possibility of swiveling the outer support part up and locking the crane accordingly shortened boom to use. The outer boom section can also be pulled up during operation to drive over obstacles. Finally, the outer support part can also be pulled up in order to reach a wind-free position when there are obstacles when it is out of operation.

When assembling this known crane, it is necessary to place a counterweight on the rear end of the rotating platform as a counterweight for the boom. This requires special hoists that require additional investment.

In order to deposit the counter ballast on the rotating platform, it is known to provide a special swivel arm with its own ballasting auxiliary drive on the rotating platform or on the lower part of the tower. It is also known to lift the ballast with the aid of the lifting or assembly rope instead of the own ballasting auxiliary drive (DE-B 2 101 841). Finally, it is known to arrange a luffing crane at the rear end of the rotating platform, which is operated using the telescopic path of the tower or via a special guy block (DE-A 2 615 359). At a certain height, this luffing crane has an axis of rotation through which the swivel arm turns backwards, picks up the ballast and stands vertically. The rocker arm and ballast are lowered in the vertical position. Such a luffing crane enables the ballast to be picked up and set down without pivoting, so that ballasting is simplified. However, all of the ballasting devices described above have the disadvantage that they make the basic device more expensive due to the required additional devices.

The object of the invention is therefore to design the known crane of the type specified at the outset in such a way that it can ballast itself without complex additional devices.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the rope is guided over two deflecting rollers mounted coaxially at the rear end region of the counter jib rigidly connected to the extendable part and between them over the roller of a bottom block, which carries a ballast hook and can be moved to a stop, and in that the swivel mounted tower is equipped with a rocker drive.

In the crane according to the invention, in addition to the pivoting of the outer support part of the jib, the assembly winch and the associated rope are assigned a second function as ballasting device. The end of the rope is anchored to the tower or a support part of the boom, so that the ballasting hook can be brought over the ballast to be picked up by rocking the not yet telescoped tower. The bottom block can be raised and lowered and the ballast can be picked up by actuating the assembly winch. By rocking and swiveling the tower, the ballast can be brought into its correct position on the rotating platform and set down.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention have been described in the subclaims.

An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawings.
