Ein oben drehender Turmdrehkran dieser Art, der den Forderungen einer schnellen und einfachen sowie wenig Platz benötigenden Montage und Demontage sowie einer Zerlegung in einfach zu transportierende Montage- und Transporteinheiten gerecht wird, ist aus der DE-PS 35 10 116 bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Turmdrehkran besteht jedoch eine wesentliche Montage- und Transporteinheit aus einem mit der Drehbühne verbundenem Schienenstück, auf das die Laufkatze und ein mit dem Festpunkt des Hubseils und der Umlenkrolle für das Katzfahrseil versehener Wagen verfahrbar sind, so daß diese zusammen mit der Drehbühne, dem Gegenausleger und der Abspannspitze eine straßentransportfähige Montageeinheit bilden. Diese Art der Zusammenfassung der Drehbühne mit dem Gegenausleger, der Abspannspitze, der Laufkatze und der Kopfstation zu einer Montage- und Transporteinheit hat sich bei kleineren Kränen sehr bewährt. Diese Art der Zusammenfassung ermöglicht einmal die Bildung einer Transporteinheit, die die für den Straßentransport und die Montage zulässigen Gewichte und Abmessungen nicht überschreitet. Weiterhin wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Zusammenfassung der Maschineneinheit mit der Laufkatze, dem Lasthaken und der Kopfstation eine Montageeinheit geschaffen, die bereits werksseitig vollständig verseilt und installiert ist, so daß nach oder bei der Montage aufwendige und umständliche Verseilungen und Installationsarbeiten entfallen. Da bei der erfindungsgemäßen Montage- und Transporteinheit die Hub- und Katzfahrseile bereits werksseitig vollständig eingeschert sind, können auch alle Endschalter und Sicherheitseinrichtungen, nämlich der Hubendschalter, der Windungsendschalter, die Katzfahrendschalter und die Überlastsicherungen werksseitig voreingestellt werden. Der aus einem Teleskopturm grundsätzlich bekannter Bauart bestehende Turm 1 ist auf einem Fundamentkreuz 2 oder einem als solchen bekannten Unterwagen abgestützt. Die Tragkonstruktion für die Katzfahrseilwinde 15 und die Hubwinde 16 besteht aus den beiden Trägern 17,18 des Obergurts 13 sowie den beiden Trägern des Untergurts 19, die mit ihren rückwärtigen Enden mit dem Tragrohr 20 verschweißt sind. Die vorderen Enden der Ober- und Untergurte 13,19 des Dreiecksverbundes sind mit einem Basisrahmen 21 verschweißt. Dieser weist an seinen oberen seitlichen Enden angeschweißte Bleche 23 auf, die Querbolzen 24 tragen, die in bajonettartige Aufnahmeschlitze der oberen Kupplungsbleche 11,12 der Stützen 7,8 einhängbar sind. Die hintere Haltestange 40 ist in dem Gelenk 46 an das Tragrohr 20 angelenkt. An das Tragrohr 20 ist eine weitere Gegenauslegerabspannstange 47 angelenkt, die mit dem Gegenausleger 30 im Bereich einer etwa durch den Schwerpunkt des Gegengewichts 48 verlaufenden Linie gelenkig verbunden ist. Die im Bereich des Gegengewichts 48 befindliche gelenkige Verbindung besteht aus einer durch den Gelenkbolzen 50 gelenkig mit dem Gegenausleger verbundenen Lasche 51, die zu Montagezwecken in der Weise durch einen Hilfsbolzen 52 mit den Lagerblechen kuppelbar ist, daß die Gegenauslegerabspannstange 47 in ihrer Montagestellung gehalten ist, so daß die Kupplung mit der gelenkigen Verbindung des Tragrohrs 20 nach dem Einheben des Gegenauslegers 30 ohne umständliche Manipulationen bewirkt werden kann.The boom is articulated to the coupling pieces 11, 12 of the supports 7, 8 and the guy stand 36 is articulated through the articulation bolts 35. Die Abspannstange wird sodann über eine hier nicht dargestellte Ausgleichs- bzw. Zwischenlasche mit der Tragkonstruktion der Maschineneinheit verbolzt. Anschließend wird das Hubseil etwas abgewickelt und nach dem Öffnen der Seilrollenlagerung in die Umlenkrolle 92 am hinteren Ende des Gegenauslegers 30 eingelegt.     characterized in that
    the assembly and transport unit comprises the supporting structure (17, 18, 19 and 21) for the winches (15 and 16), on which the rear side of the frame (60) of the trolley (100) is flange mounted, and the head station (76), which is provided with a holding device (75) mounted on the front side of the frame (60) of the trolley (100).
  2. The slewing tower crane as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that in the case of a top slewing tower crane the base support frame (3) - able to be connected with the upper end of the tower and which via a live ring (4), provided with rotating means, is connected with the revolving platform - constitutes an assembly unit with the operator's cabin (33), which is pivoted on the revolving platform (5).
  3. The slewing tower crane as claimed in claim 1 or in claim 2, characterized in that on its side adjacent to the counter boom (30) the revolving platform (5) possesses lateral projecting support braces (7 and 8), with whose upper parts (11 and 12) the upper trusses (13) of the support structure bearing the winches (15 and 16) and the lower trusses (68) of the trolley boom (39) are able to be connected directly or indirectly.
  4. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 3, characterized in that the lower trusses (19) of the support structure (17, 18, 19 and 21) bearing the winches (15 and 16) are able to be pinned or bolted to the base frame (6) of the revolving platform (15).
  5. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 4, characterized in that the support structure (16, 17, 18 and 21) for the winches (15 and 16) comprises a triangular support frame with a transverse beam, able to be bolted to the revolving platform (5), of the base frame (21).
  6. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 5, characterized in that the counter boom (30) comprises a box girder, which is able to be bolted to the base frame (6) of the revolving platform (5) directly or with the aid of the lower transverse beam of the base frame (21) of the support structure (17, 18, 19 and 21) bearing the winches (15 and 16).
  7. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 6, characterized in that the counter boom (30) is able to be bolted to the rear end of the support structure (17, 18, 19 and 21) bearing the winches (15 and 16).
  8. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 7, characterized in that the counter boom guy rod (47 is pivoted on the counter boom (30) adjacent to the center of gravity of the rear ballast (48).
  9. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 8, characterized in that the counter boom guy link (47) is able to be locked by an assembly bolt (50) in its assembly position.
  10. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 6 or 8 or 9, characterized in that a counter boom guy link (47) is able to be bolted to the rearwardly projecting tip of the triangular support frame (13 and 21).
  11. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 10, characterized in that a rear holding rod (40) is pivotally joined the upper trestle (36) connected in a pivotal manner with the boom pivot point, and such holding rod (40) is secured by a swinging prop (43) arranged pivotally on the trestle (36) in the correct assembly angle setting thereof.
  12. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 11, characterized in that the trestle (36) is able to be supported on the upper guys or the lower guys (38) of the trolley boom (39).
  13. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 12, characterized in that wheels (66) on which the trolley (100) runs are bearinged on wheel carriers (65) which are bearinged in a pivotal fashion on the trolley frame (60) and are able to be bolted in their inwardly pivoted position to the latter.
  14. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 13, characterized in that head station (76) comprises a sleeve-like part with locking bolts, which is able to be slipped onto a holding device (75), which is connected with the trolley frame (60), for the formation of the assembly and transport unit and during assembly a pocket-shaped receiving part (82) is able to be inserted at the outer end of the trolley boom (39) and locked on the same.
  15. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 6 or 8 through 14, characterized in that one end of a gangway (85 or, respectively, 86) is connected with the triangular frame (13, 19 and 21) for the machine unit and the other end of the gangway (85 or, respectively, 86) is connected with the counter boom (30).
  16. The slewing tower crane as claimed in claim 15, characterized in that the gangway (88) located adjacent to the revolving platform (5) and leading to the operator's cabin (33) is able to be folded onto the gangway part (85) of the triangular frame of the counter boom.
  17. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 16, characterized in that the operator's cabin (33) is pivotally connected with a corner part of the support frame (6) of the revolving platform (5) and is able to be bolted to the same in an inwardly pivoted transport setting and an outwardly pivoted operational setting.
  18. The slewing tower crane as claimed in any one of the claims 1 through 17, characterized in that the counter weight slabs (56) are provided with lateral holding bolts (58), which bear against the oblique edges of sheet metal holders of a transverse girder (55) located at the rear end of the counter boom.
