Abstract
Description
Die bekannte Einrichtung besitzt neben ihrem Vorteil, wonach die Position der Schussfadenwächter in den beiden Anordnungsebenen entsprechend dem Längendehnungsverhalten der Schussfäden festlegbar ist, den Nachteil, dass jede Anordnungsebene jeweils einen Schussfadenwächter erfordert und dass wegen der im Vergleich zum Schussfadeneintragskanal des Webblattes ungünstigeren Luftströmungsverhältnisse des in der ersten Anordnungsebene liegenden Schussfadenführungskanals eine zusätzliche nicht dargestellte Düseneinrichtung zum Strecken des Schussfadens notwendig ist.

Zum Detektieren des inkorrekten Schussfadens ist für beide Fadenführungen 4 und 6 lediglich ein Schussfadenwächter 10 vorgesehen.
Gegenüber dem eingangs erwähnten Stand der Technik kann gemäß Figur 1 die anmeldungsgemäße Schussfadenstreck- und -detektiereinrichtung 1 in der ersten Anordnungsebene auf eine Fadenführung zwischen der ersten technischen Einheit 1a, also der Schussfadenstreckeinrichtung, und der zweiten technischen Einheit, also der Schussfadendetektiereinrichtung, verzichten.
Wenn in der ersten Anordnungsebene zwischen der ersten technischen Einheit 1a und der zweiten technischen Einheit 1b auf eine Fadenführung verzichtet wird, ist in weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung der Eingang 7a der Fadenführung 7 bikonisch ausgebildet. Der einzige, beide Anordnungsebenen in der technischen Einheit 1b überwachende Schussfadenwächter 10 kann ein allgemein bekannter Schussfadenwächter sein, so dass hierauf nicht näher eingegangen werden muss.
Die bikonische Gestaltung des Eingangs 7a der Fadenführung 7 ist hier deutlich sichtbar.
Die relative Verstellbarkeit der technischen Einheit 1b ist in Figur 1 mittels des Doppelpfeiles 12 angedeutet.

Claims (5)
- Schussfadenstreck- und -detektiereinrichtung für Düsenwebmaschinen, wobei die Schussfadenstreck- und -detektiereinrichtung (1) ausgangsseitig des Schussfadeneintragkanals (2a) eines Webblattes (2) angeordnet und zusammen mit dem Webblatt (2) auf der Blattleiste (3) der Webmaschine montiert ist und wobei die Einrichtung (1) umfasst:erste mit Mittel (5,5a;6,6a) zum wahlweisen Ablenken des Anfangsabschnittes (11a) eines in den Schussfadeneintragskanal (2a) des Webblattes (2) eingetragenen, korrekten Schussfadens (11) aus einer in einer ersten Anordnungsebene liegenden Fadenführung (4) in eine in eine zweite Anordnungsebene mündende Fadenführung (6) undzweite Mittel (7,7a,8,10) zum Führen und Detektieren eines in den Schussfadeneintragskanal (2a) des Webblattes (2) eingetragenen, inkorrekten Schussfadens (11),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie ersten Mittel (5,5a;6,6a) eine erste separate technische Einheit (1a) und die zweiten Mittel (7,7a,8,10) eine zweite separate technische Einheit (1b) bilden,die zweite technische Einheit (1b) relativ zur ersten technischen Einheit (1a) auf der Blattleiste (3) verschiebbar ist unddie technische Einheit (1b) in der ersten Anordnungsebene die Fadenführung (7) und in der zweiten Anordnungsebene die Fadenführung (8) besitzt und wobei die detektierenden Mittel (10) aus einem einzigen, beide Fadenführungen (7,8) überwachenden Schussfadenwächter bestehen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die den Schussfaden (11) umlenkende Fadenführung (6) der ersten technischen Einheit (1a) und die Fadenführung (8) der zweiten technischen Einheit (1b) durch eine teleskopierbare Fadenführung (9) miteinander verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingang (7a) der Fadenführung (7) bikonisch ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Ausgang (4a) der Fadenführung (4) und dem Eingang (7a) der Fadenführung (7) eine veränderbare Distanz besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eingetragene inkorrekte Schussfaden (11) die Distanz ungeführt überbrückt.
