Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Wechseln von Rollen bei Papiermaschinen, insbesondere Tissuemaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über nahezu die gesamte Papierbahnbreite ein Kleber auf eine leere Hülse aufgetragen wird, die so vorbereitete Hülse danach auf die laufende Papierbahn aufgelegt und die Papierbahn in ihrer gesamten Breite von der im Betrieb befindlichen Rolle getrennt und sofort auf der leeren Hülse fixiert und weiter gewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn durch den Kleber mit einer hohen Anfangsklebkraft an die leere Hülse geklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebkraft nach einiger Zeit verschwindet, so daß sich das Papier später wieder leicht von der leeren Hülse lösen läßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsmenge des Klebers einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsvorrichtung für den Kleber nach jedem Klebevorgang in eine Parkposition gefahren wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsvorrichtung nach jedem Klebevorgang gereinigt, insbesondere gespült, wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Rollen bei einer Papiermaschine, insbesondere Tissuemaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kleberauftragsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die an einer Aufwickelvorrichtung zumindest über den Bereich der Papierbahn quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung verfahrbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kleberauftragsvorrichtung Anschlüsse für den Kleber, Steuerluft, Sprühluft und Spülmittel aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kleberauftragsvorrichtung in eine außerhalb der Maschine liegende Parkposition verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kleberauftragsvorrichtung eine Düse aufweist, die mit einer Nadel zur Regelung der Ausströmmenge des Klebers ausgestattet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse zur Einstellung der Klebermenge einen einstellbaren Anschlag für den Nadelhub aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kleberauftragsvorrichtung an einer quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung angeordneten Haltekonsole befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltekonsole in ihrem Abstand zur leeren Hülse einstellbar ist.
