Claims (5)
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Tissue-Papierbahn, mit wenigstens einer eine Schuhpresseinheit (2) und einen Trockenzylinder (3) umfassenden Presse zur Bildung eines verlängerten Pressspaltes (4), wobei durch den Pressspalt (4) neben der Faserstoffbahn (1) zumindest ein wasserdurchlässiges und -aufnehmendes Band (5) geführt ist, und wobei das Band (5) gemeinsam mit der Faserstoffbahn (4) über wenigstens eine besaugte Vorrichtung (6) geführt wird, wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) außen liegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besaugte Vorrichtung (6) ausreichend Wasser aus dem Band und gegebenenfalls der Faserstoffbahn entfernt, um ein für das im Pressspalt ausgepresste Wasser ausreichendes Wasseraufnahmevermögen des Bandes (5) zu schaffen. - Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schuhpresseinheit (2) zumindest quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (7) mehrere Presszonen aufweist, die unabhängig voneinander gesteuert werden können. - Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besaugte Vorrichtung (6) eine besaugte, der Schuhpresseinheit (2) unmittelbar vorgeordnete Walze ist. - Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (5) im Formerteil zur Aufnahme der Faserstoffsuspension aus einem Stoffauflauf (8) dient. - Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trockenzylinder (3) als Tissue-Trockenzylinder dient, von dem die Faserstoffbahn (1) nach erfolgter Trocknung vorzugsweise mittels eines Kreppschabers (9) abgeschabt wird.
