Claims (13)
- Anordnung in einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue-oder einer anderen, eine erste und eine zweite Seite aufweisenden Faserstoffbahn (1) mit einer Trockenpartie (2) mit einseitig die Faserstoffbahn (1) auf der ersten Seite trocknenden Trocknungseinheiten (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb oder nach der Trockenpartie (2) mindestens ein einziger, beheizter Trockenzylinder (7) angeordnet ist, der über einen Teil seines äußeren Umfangs durch mindestens eine einen Anpressdruck gegenüber dem Trockenzylinder (7) ausübende Druckhaube (8) abgedeckt ist und über den die Faserstoffbahn (1) zusammen mit mindestens einem Sieb (14) sowie mit einer undurchlässigen Bespannung (9) führbar ist, wobei die zweite Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) dem Trockenzylinder (7) zugewandt ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Trockenzylinder (7) mindestens ein Mittel zum Einstellen der auf die Faserstoffbahn (1) einwirkenden Temperatur und/oder des auf die Faserstoffbahn (1) einwirkenden Drucks vorhanden ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Mittel zum Einstellen der Temperatur auf den Trockenzylinder (7), die Faserstoffbahn (1) selbst, das mindestens eine Sieb (14), die undurchlässige Bespannung (9) oder auf das die Druckhaube (8) durchströmende Fluid einwirkt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Mittel zum Einstellen des Drucks auf die Anpressung des Trockenzylinders (7) gegen die Druckhaube (8) oder auf das die Druckhaube (8) durchströmende Fluid einwirkt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid Wasser oder Wasserdampf ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckhaube (8) aus einzelnen, sich jeweils in Bahnlaufrichtung und/oder quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckenden und nebeneinanderliegenden Elementen oder Zellen besteht, die jeweils einzelne Anschlüsse für die Zu-und/oder Abführung des Fluids haben. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Parameter, insbesondere Druck oder Temperatur, des Fluids als Stellgrößen je Element oder Zelle einzeln steuerbar oder regelbar sind. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Regelgrößen der Faserstoffbahn (1) deren Feuchte, Rauhigkeit, Festigkeit und Schrumpfungsverhalten regelbar sind. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstoffbahn (1) von dem mindestens einen, mit einer Druckhaube (8) ausgestatteten Trockenzylinder (7) zu einem benachbarten, zweiten Trockenzylinder (11) entweder im freien Zug oder mittels einer Siebsaugwalze (13) von einem über den ersten Trockenzylinder (7) geführten Sieb (14) auf ein zweites, über den zweiten Trockenzylinder (11) geführtes Sieb (15) überführbar ist. - Verfahren zum Trocknen einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) in einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem die Faserstoffbahn (1) zunächst durch eine Trockenpartie (2) mit einseitig die Faserstoffbahn (1) auf der ersten Seite trocknenden Trocknungseinheiten (3) geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstoffbahn (1) anschließend zusammen mit mindestens einem Sieb (14) sowie mit einer undurchlässigen Bespannung (9) über mindestens einen nach der Trockenpartie (2) angeordneten, beheizten und über einen Teil seines äußeren Umfangs durch mindestens eine einen Anpressdruck gegenüber dem Trockenzylinder (7) ausübende Druckhaube (8) abgedeckten Trockenzylinder (7) geführt wird, wobei die zweite Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) dem Trockenzylinder (7) zugewandt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckhaube (8, 12) mit einem zwischen 0,5 und 5 bar liegenden Druck gegen den Trockenzylinder (7, 11) drückt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampfdruck des Dampfes in dem Trockenzylinder (7, 11) zwischen 4 und 12 bar beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
die Faserstoffbahn (1) vor dem Hindurchlaufen zwischen dem mindestens einen Trockenzylinder (7, 11) und der Druckhaube (8, 12) einen Trockengehalt zwischen 60 und 95 %, vorzugsweise 80 %, aufweist.
