Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Tissue-Papierbahn, mit wenigstens einer eine Schuhpreßeinheit (2) und einen Trockenzylinder (3) umfassenden Presse zur Bildung eines verlängerten Preßspaltes (4). Davon ausgehend soll die Entwässerung intensiver und volumenschonender gestaltet werden. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß durch den Preßspalt (4) neben der Faserstoffbahn (1) zumindest ein wasserdurchlässiges und -aufnehmendes Band (5) geführt ist und das Band (5) vor dem Preßspalt (4) über wenigstens eine besaugte Vorrichtung (6) geführt wird. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Tissue-Papierbahn, mit wenigstens einer eine Schuhpreßeinheit und einen Trockenzylinder umfassenden Presse zur Bildung eines verlängerten Preßspaltes.
Eine derartige Maschine wird beispielsweise in der DE-OS 42 24 730 beschrieben. Dabei wird die Faserstoffbahn über zumindest einen weiteren vorgelagerten Preßspalt zur Entwässerung geführt, wobei die Faserstoffbahn zwischen beiden Preßspalten gemeinsam mit einem wasserundurchlässigen Band läuft.
Schuhpreßeinheiten bieten in diesem Zussammenhang den Vorteil einer effektiven und volumenschonenden Entwässerung, was insbesondere bei Tissue-Papieren von wesentlicher Bedeutung ist. Während der Grad der Entwässerung vom Preßimpuls als Integral des Preßdruckes über der Preßzeit abhängt, wird der Einfluß auf das Volumen vom Druckmaximum in der Preßzone bestimmt. Dabei erfolgt der Transport vom Formersieb der Maschine durch beide Preßstellen mit einem wasserundurchlässigen Band. Dieses Band verhindert zwar eine Rückbefeuchtung der Faserstoffbahn, kann jedoch wegen der fehlenden Wasseraufnahmefähigkeit keinen Beitrag zur Entwässerung in den Preßstellen leisten. Aus diesem Grund wird durch den vorgelagerten Preßspalt ein wasseraufnehmender Filz geführt. Dies bedeutet, daß die Entwässerung im wesentlichen in diesem Preßspalt stattfindet. Diese Maschinen sind daher nicht nur unbefriedigend hinsichtlich der Entwässerungsleistung sondern auch des Aufwandes.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine einfach aufgebaute Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Tissue-Papierbahn zu schaffen, die einfach aufgebaut ist und eine möglichst intensive und volumenschonende Entwässerung gewährleistet.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß durch den Preßspalt neben der Faserstoffbahn zumindest ein wasserdurchlässiges und -aufnehmendes Band in Form eines Siebes, Filzes o. ä. geführt ist und das Band vor dem Preßspalt über wenigstens eine besaugte Vorrichtung geführt wird.
Durch die Verwendung der besaugten Vorrichtung ist es möglich, ausreichend Wasser aus dem Band und gegebenenfalls sogar der Faserstoffbahn zu entfernen, so daß das Wasseraufnahmevermögen des Bandes ausreicht, um das im Preßspalt ausgepreßte Wasser aufzunehmen. Außerdem wird die Rückbefeuchtung der Faserstoffbahn vermindert.
Im Ergebnis entsteht eine einfach aufgebaute Maschine, die mit nur einem Preßspalt auskommen kann. Gleichzeitig ist es möglich, das Band im Formerteil zur Aufnahme der Faserstoffsuspension aus einem Stoffauflauf zu verwenden. Hierdurch entfällt die Notwendigkeit der Übergabe der Faserstoffbahn zwischen verschiedenen Bändern. Außerdem kann der Trockenzylinder als Tissue-Trockenzylinder eingesetzt werden, wobei die Faserstoffbahn nach erfolgter Trocknung vorzugsweise über einen Kreppschaber von dem Trockenzylinder abgeschabt wird.
Das Band sollte gemeinsam mit der Faserstoffbahn über die besaugte Vorrichtung geführt werden, wobei die Faserstoffbahn außen, d. h. auf der nicht-besaugten Seite des Bandes liegt. Als besaugte Vorrichtung eignet sich insbesondere eine besaugte Walze. Es ist jedoch beispielsweise auch der Einsatz von einem oder mehreren Saugkästen möglich.
Besaugte Walzen bestehen im allgemeinen aus einem perforierten Walzenmantel in dessen Inneren entweder durch direkten Anschluß an eine Vakuumquelle oder durch Besaugung des nicht-umschlungenen Bereiches der Walze ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird. Diese Walzen sind einfacher aufgebaut als die häufig in derartigen Maschinen zur Anwendung kommenden besaugten Preßwalzen, da diese stabiler konstruiert sein müssen und eventuell sogar Stützelemente besitzen.
Als besonders vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn die Schuhpreßeinheit zumindest quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung mehrere Preßzonen aufweist, die unabhängig voneinander gesteuert werden können. Dies ermöglicht die Einstellung eines gewünschten Preßkraftprofils quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung unabhängig von der Durchbiegung des Trockenzylinders. Infolgedessen muß der Trockenzylinder auch nicht bombiert sein, was die Herstellung vereinfacht.
Die erhöhte Temperatur des Trockenzylinders sorgt außerdem dafür, daß die Viskosität des Wassers im Preßspalt verringert und damit die Entwässerung verbessert wird.
Nachfolgend soll die Erfindung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert werden. In der beigefügten Zeichnung zeigt die Figur eine schematische Teilansicht einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Tissue-Papierbahn. Dabei sind über einen Bereich einer sogenannten Formierwalze 11 gemeinsam ein endloses Band 5 in Form eines Filzes sowie ein weiteres, endloses Formiersieb 12 geführt, wobei jedoch nur das Band 5 gänzlich um die Formierwalze 11 verläuft. In den Einlaufspalt zwischen dem Filz und dem Formiersieb 12 wird mittels eines bekannten Stoffauflaufs 8 die Faserstoffsuspension eingebracht. Die sich dabei bildende Faserstoffbahn 1 wird nach dem Umschlingungsbereich der Formierwalze 11 gemeinsam mit dem Band 5 bis zu einem verlängerten Preßspalt 4 weitergeführt. Vor Erreichen des Preßspaltes 4 umschlingt das Band 5 jedoch noch eine besaugte Vorrichtung 6 in Form einer besaugten Walze. Diese besaugte Walze entfernt einen wesentlichen Teil des Wassers aus dem Band 5 und eventuell sogar etwas aus der außen-liegenden Faserstoffbahn 1. Die Wasseraufnahmefähigkeit des Bandes 5 erhöht sich hierdurch erheblich, so daß es im folgenden verlängerten Preßspalt 4, durch den es gemeinsam mit der Faserstoffbahn 1 läuft, das ausgepreßte Wasser aufnehmen kann. Dies intensiviert die Entwässetung derart, das man mit nur einem Preßspalt 4 auskommt.
Der verlängerte Preßspalt 4 wird von einem Trockenzylinder 3, der als Tissue-Trockenzylinder dient, sowie einer Schuhpreßeinheit 2 gebildet. Die Schuhpreßeinheit 2 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem flexiblen Walzenmantel sowie einer Preßvorrichtung 10, deren konkave Preßfläche von einem Anpreßschuh gebildet wird. Die Anpressung erfolgt dabei meist auf hydraulischem Weg und die Schmierung zwischen Walzenmantel und Anpreßschuh auf hydrostatische und/oder hydrodynamische Weise. Die Schuhpreßeinheit 2 weist quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung 7 mehrere unabhängig voneinander steuerbare Preßzonen auf. Hierdurch ist eine Anpassung an die Druchbiegung des Trockenzylinders 3 sowie die Einstellung eines gewünschten Preßdruckprofils quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung 7 möglich. Der verlängerte Preßspalt 4 erlaubt eine intensive und dennoch volumenschonende Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn 1.
Nach dem Preßspalt 4 läuft die Faserstoffbahn 1 am beheizten Trockenzylinder 3 entlang. Die Trocknung wird in diesem Umschlingungsbereich noch durch eine Trockenhaube 13, die heiße, trockene Luft auf die Faserstoffbahn 1 bläst und wieder absaugt, verstärkt.
Nach erfolgter Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn 1 wird die Faserstoffbahn 1 vom Trockenzylinder 3 über einen bekannten Kreppschaber 9 entfernt. Die gekreppte Faserstoffbahn 1 kann im Anschluß weiterbearbeitet und aufgewickelt werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Tissue-Papierbahn, mit wenigstens einer eine Schuhpreßeinheit (2) und einen Trockenzylinder (3) umfassenden Presse zur Bildung eines verlängerten Preßspaltes (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    durch den Preßspalt (4) neben der Faserstoffbahn (1) zumindest ein wasserdurchlässiges und -aufnehmendes Band (5) geführt ist und das Band (5) vor dem Preßspalt (4) über wenigstens eine besaugte Vorrichtung (6) geführt wird.
  2. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Band (5) gemeinsam mit der Faserstoffbahn (1) über die besaugte Vorrichtung (6) geführt wird, wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) außen liegt.
  3. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Schuhpreßeinheit (2) zumindest quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (7) mehrere Preßzonen aufweist, die unabhängig voneinander gesteuert werden können.
  4. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die besaugte Vorrichtung (6) eine besaugte Walze ist.
  5. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Band (5) im Formerteil zur Aufnahme der Faserstoffsuspension aus einem Stoffauflauf (8) dient.
  6. Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Trockenzylinder (3) als Tissue-Trockenzylinder dient, von dem die Faserstoffbahn (1) nach erfolgter Trocknung vorzugsweise mittels eines Kreppschabers (9) abgeschabt wird.
