geführt, wobei jedoch nur das Band 5 gänzlich um die Formierwalze 11 verläuft.
In den Einlaufspalt zwischen dem Filz und dem Formiersieb 12 wird mittels eines
bekannten Stoffauflaufs 8 die Faserstoffsuspension eingebracht. Die sich
dabei bildende Faserstoffbahn 1 wird nach dem Umschlingungsbereich der
Formierwalze 11 gemeinsam mit dem Band 5 bis zu einem verlängerten Preßspalt
4 weitergeführt. Vor Erreichen des Preßspaltes 4 umschlingt das Band 5
jedoch noch eine besaugte Vorrichtung 6 in Form einer besaugten Walze. Diese
besaugte Walze entfernt einen wesentlichen Teil des Wassers aus dem
Band 5 und eventuell sogar etwas aus der außen-liegenden Faserstoffbahn 1.
Die Wasseraufnahmefähigkeit des Bandes 5 erhöht sich hierdurch erheblich, so
daß es im folgenden verlängerten Preßspalt 4, durch den es gemeinsam mit der
Faserstoffbahn 1 läuft, das ausgepreßte Wasser aufnehmen kann. Dies intensiviert
