Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Maschine zum Bearbeiten von Kanthölzern für die Fertigung von zu Fensterrahmen zusammenfügbaren Holmen,
bei der oberhalb von zwei Längsführungen (1, 2) ein Querträger (3) angeordnet ist, unterhalb dessen sich zwei Arbeitsräume (20, 21), je einer für eine der beiden Längsführungen (1, 2), befinden, und innerhalb dieser Arbeitsräume (20, 21) oberhalb sowie seitlich neben den Längsführungen (1, 2) verfahrbare, spannehmende Bearbeitungsaggregate (4 - 6) angeordnet sind,
bei der weiter sich die Längsführungen (1, 2) mit im wesentlichen gleichlangen, an die größte Länge der zu bearbeitenden Kanthölzer (18) angepaßten Führungsabschnitten (9, 10; 11, 12) beidseits vom Querträger (3) weg erstrecken und auf jeder Längsführung (1, 2) als Werkstückträger ein Schlitten (14) zur Aufnahme je eines Kantholzes (18) mit seiner Längsrichtung parallel zu den Längsführungen (1, 2) gelagert ist, welcher die zu bearbeitenden Kanthölzer zu den Bearbeitungsaggregaten transportiert,
und bei der ferner zwei der benachbarten Führungsabschnitte (9, 11) der beiden Längsführungen (1, 2) an der einen Seite des Querträgers (3) einen Rüstplatz (13) bilden,
wobei zunächst der jeweilige im ersten Führungsabschnitt (9, 11) befindliche Schlitten (14) mit dem jeweils darauf aufgespannten Kantholz (18) bis zur Positionierung dessen ersten Stirnendes (23) im betreffenden Arbeitsraum (20, 21) verfahren und dieses erste Stirnende stationär bearbeitet wird, anschließend dieser Schlitten (14) bis zur Positionierung des zweiten Stirnendes (24) des Kantholzes (18) in diesem betrefffenden Arbeitsraum (20, 21) in den zweiten Führungsabschnitt (10, 12) verfahren und dieses zweite Stirnende (24) stationär bearbeitet wird, wonach der Schlitten (14) in den ersten Führungsabschnitt (9, 11) zurückgefahren und hierbei das Kantholz (18) längsseitig im Durchlauf bearbeitet wird und
wobei ferner die beiden Schlitten (14) zeitversetzte Arbeitszyklen haben. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schlitten (14) der Maschine mit Spannmitteln (16) versehen wird, mit denen das jeweilige Kantholz (18) an und/oder nahe dessen Unterseite gehalten wird, und daß an dem Querträger (3) und/oder an den Schlitten (14) der Maschine weitere Halte- oder Spannvorrichtungen (17, 19) angeordnet werden, die unter Freilassen der Bearbeitungsstellen beim jeweiligen Bearbeitungsvorgang an dem betreffenden Kantholz (18) angreifen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Schlitten (14) der Maschine schwenkbare Greifer (17) als weitere Spannvorrichtungen angeordnet werden, mit denen das Kantholz (18) an den Längsseiten und/oder der Oberseite erfaßt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Querträger (3) der Maschine eine Reihe von Druckrollen (19) als weitere Haltevorrichtungen angeordnet werden, welche das Kantholz (18) an der Oberseite beaufschlagen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rüstplatz (13) der Maschine seitlich an dem zumindest einen Führungsabschnitt (9, 11) ein damit paralleles sowie dazu quer verstellbares Anschlaglineal (22) angeordnet wird, das sich oberhalb der Auflageseite des Schlittens (14) befindet und daran das jeweilige Kantholz (18) zwecks Justage auf dem Schlitten (14) angelegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schlitten (14) der Maschine in zwei oder mehrere miteinander entsprechend der jeweiligen Kantholzlänge kuppelbare Wagen (15) gegliedert wird, von denen wenigstens einer mit einem Vorschubantrieb versehen oder kuppelbar ist, wobei das Verfahren der Schlitten (14) längs den Längsführungen (1, 2) in einer programmgesteuerten Maschinenachse erfolgt und das Ankuppeln bzw. Abkupplen der Wagen (15) zur Anpassung der Länge der Schlitten (14) an die jeweilige Kantholzlänge programmgesteuert vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jedem Schlitten (14) hintereinander sowie in Abstand voneinander zwei oder mehrere Kanthölzer (18) aufgespannt werden, wobei der Schlitten (14) so gesteuert wird, daß jedes dieser Kanthölzer (18) mit den jeweils beiden Stirnenden im betreffenden Arbeitsraum (20, 21) zur stationären Bearbeitung positioniert wird.
