Claims (7)
- Kunststoffpalette, deren belastbare Bauteile im wesentlichen aus einem Palettendeck und aus Kufen bestehen, wobei die Kufen derart angeordnet sind, daß sie Einfahrkanäle für die Zinken des Hubgerüstes eines Gabelstaplers bilden, und die gegebenenfalls zur Verminderung der Durchbiegung mit Versteifungsprofilen ausrüstbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Palettendeck (11) und die Kufen (12) einstückig sind und das Palettendeck (11) an der oberen, den Kufen (12) abgewandt liegenden Ladefläche mit mehreren sich von einer kürzeren Querseite zur gegenüberliegenden Querseite erstreckenden, flächenbündigen Abdeckplatten (17) versehen ist, und daß unterhalb der Abdeckplatten (17) Halteelemente zur kraft- und/oder formschlüssigen Festlegung der Versteifungsprofile (15) vorgesehen sind.
- Kunststoffpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckplatten (17) aus zwei Lagen von unterschiedlichen, jedoch zur gleichen Materialart gehörenden Kunststoffen gebildet sind, und daß die oberen, den Kufen (12) abgewandt liegenden Lagen eine geringere Härte und einen höheren Reibungskoeffizienten haben als die unteren Lagen.
- Kunststoffpalette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckplatten durch Koextrusion hergestellt sind.
- Kunststoffpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einer Seite der Kunststoffpalette (10) lagegerecht zu den Halteelementen für die Versteifungsprofile (15) stehende Öffnungen zum Einstecken und zur Herausnahme der Versteifungsprofile (15) vorgesehen sind.
- Kunststoffpalette nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen als Gewindebohrungen zur Aufnahme eines Verschlußelementes ausgebildet sind.
- Kunststoffpalette nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen an der äußeren Seite eine Aussenkung aufweisen, in die ein Flansch des Verschlußelementes eingreift.
- Kunststoffpalette nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Flächen des Palettendeckes (10) glattflächig ausgebildet sind, und daß das Palettendeck (11) nach oben offene, durch Stege begrenzte Taschen aufweist.
