Claims (15)
- Machine de filage préparatoire munie d'un dispositif pour le remplacement automatique de bobines de banc (12) pleines par des canettes vides (13),
qui reposent sur des porte-bobines (40, 40') agencés en deux rangées longitudinales (I, II) sur un banc à broches (4), le dispositif comprenant un grand nombre de rails de guidage (5) placés pour l'essentiel transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la machine, respectivement affectés à un porte-bobine (40, 40') appartenant à chacune des deux rangées longitudinales (I, II),
et dans lesquels des trains de chariots en suspension (10), comportant des supports suspendus (15) en vue de retenir des bobines de banc (12) pleines et des canettes vides (13), sont déplaçables jusque dans la région sus-jacente au banc à broches (4) et jusque dans une zone de remplacement, caractérisée par le faitque les rails de guidage (5) sont disposés sur les côtés des plans verticaux (E1-E1) renfermant les deux porte-bobines (40, 40') auxquels lesdits rails de guidage (5) sont respectivement affectés ; etpar le fait que le banc à broches (4) peut coulisser latéralement de façon telle que les plans verticaux (E1-E1), renfermant les porte-bobines (40, 40'), coïncident avec les plans verticaux (E2-E2) passant par les rails de guidage (5) respectivement associés (figure 1). - Machine de filage préparatoire selon la revendication 1,

que les rails de guidage (5) sont disposés, de préférence, centralement entre les plans verticaux (E1-E1) renfermant les deux porte-bobines (40, 40'). - Machine de filage préparatoire munie d'un dispositif pour le remplacement automatique de bobines de banc (12) pleines par des canettes vides (13), qui reposent sur des porte-bobines (40, 40') agencés en deux rangées longitudinales (I, II) sur un banc à broches (4),
le dispositif comprenant un grand nombre de rails de guidage (5) placés pour l'essentiel transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la machine, respectivement affectés à un porte-bobine (40, 40') appartenant à chacune des deux rangées longitudinales (I, II),
et dans lesquels des trains de chariots en suspension (10), comportant des supports suspendus (15) en vue de retenir des bobines de banc pleines et des canettes vides, sont déplaçables jusque dans la région sus-jacente au banc à broches (4) et jusque dans une zone de remplacement, caractérisée par la présence de moyens ;
par le fait que les rails de guidage (5' ; 5") peuvent être déplacés, en vue du processus de remplacement, jusque dans un plan horizontal passant au-dessous du bord inférieur des ailettes (22) (figure 2, figure 3). - Machine de filage préparatoire selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée par le fait
que les rails de guidage (5') se dressent, au cours du processus de remplacement, dans les plans verticaux (E1-E1) qui renferment les deux porte-bobines (40, 40') auxquels lesdits rails de guidage sont respectivement affectés (figure 2). - Machine de filage préparatoire selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée par le faitque les rails de guidage (5") sont disposés, au cours du processus de remplacement, sur les côtés des plans verticaux (E1-E1) renfermant les deux porte-bobines (40, 40') auxquels lesdits rails de guidage sont respectivement affectés ; etpar le fait que le banc à broches (4) peut coulisser latéralement de façon telle que les plans verticaux (E1-E1), renfermant les porte-bobines (40, 40') auxquels les rails de guidage sont respectivement affectés, coïncident avec les plans verticaux (E2-E2) passant par les rails de guidage respectivement associés. - Machine de filage préparatoire selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée par le fait
que les trains de chariots en suspension (10) sont déplaçables, avec flexibilité latérale, dans des rails de guidage (5, 5', 5") coudés. - Machine de filage préparatoire selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,
