Definitions
- the invention relates to a light perforated brick, in particular a thermal insulation brick made of clay or loamy, fired material to create monolithic Walls, the brick being continuous along its circumference trending exterior and bump walls, otherwise one regularly across its essentially rectangular horizontal Cross-section evenly distributed perforation in shape of channels that run vertically through the brick parallel to the outer and butt walls, are designed with parallel walls and from each other via connecting webs extending parallel to the outer and butt walls are separated with the parallel to the width of the connecting webs measured on the butt walls and the width of the channels measured in the same direction are so coordinated that their mutual Ratio is approximately between 1: 1.3 and 1: 1.8.
- This object is achieved in that the brick at least one vertical, connecting the outer walls and the compressive strength of the crossbar increasing the brick has, and that the crossbar at least partially in one of the diagonals deviating from the parallels to the bump walls Direction is arranged.
- the brick cross section oblique course of the Cross bar increases due to the compared to one direct connection of the two outer walls longer Crossing not only the brick mass, but also the compressive strength of the bricks in their load-bearing Direction.
- the real disadvantage of the big one Mass of a connecting bridge namely the higher one Thermal conductivity, but compensated for by the fact that for the heat conduction relevant web length increases and the Path of this crossbar is extended by the brick.
- the high number of rows of holes is only made possible by that the channel width to such a degree - namely only up to approx. 5 mm - is reduced, so far with the conventional Mouthpieces not reliable and permanent was producible. While so far you have limited yourself to this has to trap as much air in the brick as possible to achieve better thermal insulation present invention a detached from these ideas Way in that the channel widths are even opposite the web widths are reduced, i.e. less per channel Air is trapped. That the associated Increasing the number of rows of holes not only the number of holes per channel Air balances, but even in terms of quantity enlarged, can be read from the hole portion, which is now instead of about 50% between 55 and 60%.
- the brick obtained in this way due to its thin and channel widths are a delicate structure, but due to who evenly distributed over the brick cross-section Connecting webs is sufficiently stable in itself.
- the crosspiece expediently runs from here Middle of one outer wall starting from the brick through to the center of the opposite outer wall, whereby he parallel, for example, in the two edge areas can extend to the butt walls to outside on it the edge zone areas may be bent several times! towards the opposite outer wall to get lost.
- crossbar in the area his deviating from the parallels to the bulkheads Course in two to one between the two outer wall centers formed axis extending in mirror image Crossbar leg runs divided. This allows on the one hand increase stability, but on the other hand also the proportion of the crossbar improve the brick cross-section so that the Distribute heat flow to two crossbar legs and can be better contained.
- the Crossbars parallel to the outer and butt walls run, especially the perforation from parallel rows offset by half a hole pitch angular or slot-shaped channels, so that the No connecting bridges continuously through the brick represent continuous thermal bridge.
- the channels Adjacent to the cross bar are the connecting bars expediently partially formed by the crossbar, which can result in channel shapes that differ from deviates from a rectangular or slit-shaped contour.
- the wall thickness of the crossbar is expedient selected larger than the thickness of the connecting webs, to the sufficient compressive strength of the brick to ensure the crossbar.
- FIG. 1 shows the basic shape of a rectangular brick 1 shown, the two opposite outer walls 2 and 3 and two the two outer walls connecting bumpers 4 and 5, which are also opposite and against which are bump walls within a wall Connect appropriately trained additional bricks.
- the brick 1 contains rows parallel to the outer walls elongated rectangular channels 6, 7, the channels one row opposite the channels of an adjacent one Row staggered by half their length are.
- the individual channels are over Crosspieces 8 separated from each other, all of them run parallel to the outer or butt walls and so form the rectangular shapes of the channels.
- the butt wall 4 is provided with a tooth 9, to which the opposite bulkhead is a corresponding one Has recess 10. About these teeth or recesses neighboring bricks can be form-fitting anchor to each other.
- the brick shown in Figure 1 has a depth thus a distance between the two outer walls 3 and 2 by 36.5 cm and has 31 channel or Rows of holes.
- the connecting webs 8 are both in the outer walls in parallel directions as well the butt walls in parallel direction each 4 mm thick executed, while the outer walls 2, 3 a width of 7.3 mm, the bulkhead 4 a width of 5.0 mm and the Bump wall 5 have a width of 5.6 mm.
- FIG. is constructed like brick 1 and corresponding Outer walls 12, 13, butt walls 14, 15, channels 16, 17 and Has connecting webs 18 and also with a tooth 19 on the bulkhead 14 and a correspondingly adapted Recess 20 is provided on the butt wall 15.
- a crosspiece 22 extends in the middle of the outer wall 12 to the middle of the opposite outer wall 13. After about a sixth of the distance between the the two cross walls divides the crosspiece 22, which until then parallel to the butt walls 14 and 15, in two crossbar legs 23 and 22 on one of the Parallels to the direction deviating from the butt walls in each case to the middle of one of the two opposite Bumpers.
- the crosspiece 22 circumscribes in its divided Run a diamond, the side corners of each lie against a bump.
- channels 16 and 17 are as mentioned above have a rectangular cross-section, they are in the area in which the crossbar legs 23 and 24, the channels form limiting connecting webs, in one of a rectangular shape, for example a trapezoid or triangle.
- the design examples also show that the described Brick structure a particularly delicate Design allows the full load capacity of the Brick's thin walls and therefore a low one Mass enables what particularly favorable values regarding the thermal insulation results.
- the present invention offers Brick has the advantage of greatly improved thermal insulation thanks to a specially coordinated web width to channel width ratio compared to the conventional bricks is significantly reduced and thus to a significant increase in the number of rows of holes leads.
