Claims (18)
- Wand aus nebeneinander angeordneten Blechtafeln (5, 6) und einem Skelett oder Tragwerk (1) aus miteinander verbundenen Streben (3) oder Stützen (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Tafel (5, 6) Längskanten (9, 10) aufweist, die zu Strukturen (13, 14) zum Aufnehmen und Festlegen geformt sind, daß das Tragwerk (1) geradlinige Aufnahmekanäle (7) für die Kanten (9, 10) aufweist, die in vertikalem Abstand angeordnete, transversale Haltebereiche (8) mit Anlage der zwei Kanten aneinander unter der Wirkung von gegeneinander wirkenden, transversalen Schubmittel (11, 12) aufweist, und daß die Kanten (9, 10) an diesen gegeneinander wirkenden Schubmitteln (11, 12) durch die Strukturen (13, 14) zum Aufnehmen und Festlegen befestigt sind.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gegeneinander wirkenden Schubmittel (11, 12) Mittel mit elastischer Rückstellkraft zwischen einer zurückgezogenen unwirksamen Position und einer nicht zurückgezogenen wirksamen Position sind.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kante (9, 19) als Flansch (15) mit einer durch rechtwinkliges Biegen erhaltenen Stützebene (16) und einem anschließenden, ebenfalls durch rechtwinkliges Biegen erhaltenen Abbug (17) zum Festlegen gebildet ist.
- Wand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die entsprechenden, gegeneinander angeordneten Flansche (15) komplementäre Formen mit Ausnehmungen und Vorsprüngen für den einen und den anderen Flansch derart aufweisen, daß diese Formen sich ineinander fügen.
- Wand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubmittel (11, 12) Bolzen mit einander gegenüberliegenden, im wesentlichen quaderförmigen, beweglichen Schubstücken (18, 19) sind, die unter Wirkung einer Feder gegeneinander gleiten, deren eines Ende sich an einem Befestigungsschuh (27) abstützt und deren anderes Ende auf das entsprechende Schubstück wirkt.
- Wand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beweglichen Schubstücke im Innern der Streben (2, 3) angeordnet sind und entlang dreier benachbarter Seiten der Streben gleiten.
- Wand nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beweglichen Schubstücke (18, 19) eine Stirnseite mit wenigstens einer ebenen Fläche aufweisen.
- Wand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zum vertikalen Spannen der Blechtafeln (5, 6) vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zum Montieren und Festsetzen von Blechtafeln (5, 6) an einem Skelett oder Tragwerk (1) zum Aufbau von Wänden oder Verkleidungsteilen oder Abdeckungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längskanten (9, 10) einer jeden Blechtafel (5, 6) zu einem Aufnahmeprofil gebogen, daß während der Ausbildung des Skeletts oder Tragwerks (1) vertikale Aufnahmekanäle (7) für die Längskanten (9, 10) einer jeden Blechtafel (5, 6) ausgebildet, und daß an diesen Kanälen (7) zu beiden Seiten über die gesamte Länge der Tafel Haltebereiche mit vertikalem Abstand voneinander gebildet werden, an denen die beiden Flansche (15) zweier benachbarter Bleche (5, 6) durch Schubmittel (11, 12), die zwischen einer wirksamen Position und einer zurückgezogenen, unwirksamen Position, in welcher die Kanten nicht mehr in Wirkverbindung stehen, verschiebbar sind, seitlich gegeneinander festgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubmittel (11, 12) progressiv eingeschoben und elastisch in Richtung ihrer wirksamen Position belastet werden, und daß Mittel zum vertikalen Spannen der Bleche vorgesehen sind
- Behälter nach Art eines Silos oder Verkleidung oder Abdeckung, welche(r) von einer Folge von Blechtafeln, die von einem äußeren Skelett oder Tragwerk getragen sind, gebildet ist und eine von über Eckstützen miteinander verbundenen Wänden gebildete Mantelfläche, einen horizontalen oder geneigten Boden und gegebenenfalls eine obere Abdeckung aufweist, wobei jede die Mantelfläche, den Boden oder die Abdeckung bildende Wandung von nebeneinander angeordneten Blechtafeln (5, 6) gebildet ist, die das von miteinander verbundenen horizontalen Streben (2, 3) oder vertikalen Stützen (4) gebildete Skelett oder Tragwerk (1) verkleiden, nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander gegenüberliegenden Enden der Streben (2, 3) einen zur Bildung eines zurückgesetzten, geradlinigen Aufnahmekanals (7) hinreichenden Abstand voneinander aufweisen, daß jede Tafel (5, 6) nach Art von Strukturen (13, 14) zum Aufnehmen und Festlegen ausgebildete Längskanten (9, 10) aufweist, die sich Kante an Kante in die geradlinigen Aufnahmekanäle (7) einfügen, welche mit vertikal auf Abstand voneinander angeordneten, transversalen Haltebereichen (8) ausgestattet sind, die sich aus einer Anlage zweier einander gegenüberliegender Kanten unter der Wirkung von gegeneinander wirkenden Schubmitteln (11, 12) ergeben, und daß diese gegeneinander wirkenden Schubmittel bezüglich der Kanten (9, 10) der Blechtafeln, die an diesen gegeneinander wirkenden Schubmitteln durch ihre Strukturen (13, 14) zum Aufnehmen und Festlegen festgelegt sind, transversal angeordnet sind.
- Behälter oder Verkleidung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Struktur der Abdeckung von einem Rahmenwerk (39) aus oberen Streben (40) und oberen Traversen (41) gebildet ist, die eine horizontale Armierung bilden, an deren Unterseite die Blechtafeln an ihren abgebogenen Längskanten mittels der für die Wände der Mantelfläche vorgesehenen Bolzen nebeneinander festgelegt sind, wobei das Rahmenwerk (39) mit dem oberen Teil der Wände (34, 35) der Mantelfläche derart verbunden ist, daß die Oberkanten (42) jeder Wand der Mantelfläche von der Folge der Oberseiten der horizontalen Profile und von den Enden der Stützen des Skeletts, die zwischen sich die Aufnahmekanäle begrenzen, gebildet ist und die Oberkanten (42) der Längswände der Mantelfläche durch ein liegend angeordnetes Flachrohrprofil (43), das zugleich eine zugehörige mechanische, einwandfreie Randeinfassung darstellt, geschlossen sind, wobei dieses Randeinfassungsprofil (43) mit den oberen benachbarten Streben (40) der Abdeckung (38) verbunden ist.
- Behälter oder Verkleidung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstelle zum Festlegen zweier aufeinander folgender Wände der Mantelfläche am Umfang einer Eckstütze (36) angeordnet ist, die an jeder ihrer die Innenseite bildenden Seitenflächen von vertikalen, rohrartigen Halteprofilen (44, 45) flankiert ist, deren Länge -bei liegender Anordnung- kleiner als die Seiten der Eckstütze (36) ist, so daß jeweils ein zum Halten und Festlegen der Längskante (9, 10) einer jeden äußeren Blechtafel der Seitenwand geeigneter Zwischenraum (46) ausgespart ist.
- Behälter oder Verkleidung nach Anspruch 11 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden eine horizontale Wand (47) ist, die mit den seitlichen Wänden durch eine untere Randeinfassung (49) -auf identische Weise wie die Verbindung mit den Eckstützen (36)- unter Klemmen der Unterkante der an die Längskante (9, 10) der den Boden bildenden Tafel angrenzenden vertikalen Tafel gegen das Randeinfassungsprofil verbunden ist, wobei entsprechend der Verbindung mit den Eckstützen (36) ein rohrartiges Profil (45) einen Zwischenraum (46) ausspart.
- Behälter oder Verkleidung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden eine geneigte Wand (48) ist, die mit den seitlichen Wänden durch eine untere Randeinfassung (49) verbunden ist, welche aus zwei ein auf dem Kopf stehendes L bildenden Profilen (50, 51) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Wand (48) des geneigten Bodens schräg an dem vertikalen Profil (51) der unteren Randeinfassung (49) mittels eines an der Randeinfassung (49) der Wand des Bodens endständig angefügten Trägers (52) nach Art eines offenen Winkelprofils festgelegt ist und die Blechtafeln der angrenzenden seitlichen Wandung und der geneigten Wandung (48) des Bodens an ihren Enden einander abdichtend in Kontakt stehen.
- Behälter oder Verkleidung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aus- oder Versteifung in Form eines Metallfutters (60) in einen Hohlraum eingebracht ist, der von den Längskanten (57, 58) zweier nebeneinander angeordneter Blechtafeln (55,56) gebildet ist, die durch ein Traktionsmittel (61) in Form von Schraubenspindeln unter Spannung gesetzt sind, welche jeweils eine zwei Balken (63, 64) einer Längsstrebe oberhalb einer transversalen Trennwand (54) in Abständen miteinander verbindende Brücke (62) durchsetzen, daß das untere Ende jeder Schraubenspindel am oberen Ende jedes Metallfutters (60) befestigt ist, und daß auf der Schraubenspindel eine Scheibenmutter (65) sitzt, die sich auf der Oberseite der von der Schraubenspindel durchsetzten Brücke (62) stützt, um eine durch die Position der Mutter regulierbare vertikale Kraft zur Verspannung zu erzeugen, die an die angrenzende Blechtafel übertragen wird, an der jedes Metallfutter (60) mittels zwei Bolzen oder Schrauben (56, 67) mit Senkkopf befestigt ist.
- Verfahren zum Montieren und Festsetzen der Mantelfläche eines Behälters, z.B. eines Silos, oder einer Verkleidung an einem Skelett oder Tragwerk (1) von Blechtafeln (5, 6) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längskanten (9, 10) einer jeden Blechtafel (5, 6) zu einem Aufnahmeprofil gebogen, daß während der Ausbildung des Skeletts oder Tragwerks (1) vertikale Aufnahmekanäle (7) für die Längskanten (9, 10) einer jeden Blechtafel (5, 6) zurückgesetzt ausgebildet, und daß an diesen Kanälen (7) zu beiden Seiten über die gesamte Länge der Tafel Haltebereiche mit vertikalem Abstand gebildet werden, an denen die beiden Flansche (15) zweier benachbarter Bleche (5, 6) durch Schubmittel (11, 12), die zwischen einer wirksamen Position und einer zurückgezogenen unwirksamen Position, in welcher die Kanten nicht mehr in Wirkverbindung stehen, verschiebbar sind, seitlich gegeneinander festgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubmittel (11, 12) progressiv eingeschoben und elastisch in Richtung ihrer wirksamen Position belastet werden, und daß Mittel zum vertikalen Spannen der Bleche vorgesehen sind.
