Claims (13)

1. Schalung aus zusammengesetzten Elementen zum Giessen von Beton, mit Kunststoffwänden (1 bis 14) und einem System zum Zusammenfügen und Festhalten, wobei die Wände aus einer hohlen Hülle aus hartem und nachgiebigem Material mit einer schalenden Oberfläche (15), Verstärkungen, einer Hinterfläche (21 bis 26) und einer Hüllenfüllung aus starrem Kunststoffschaum (31) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- die schalende Oberfläche der Wände aus einem Elastomer besteht,
- der starre Schaum ebenfalls aus einem Elastomer besteht, welches zum festen Haften an der Hülle befähigt ist,
- die Wände Ränder mit einem verstärkten Vorsprung (61) aufweisen sowie Befestigungsstellen (32, 33) für Mittel zum Zusammenfügen und Festhalten (48),
ferner gekennzeichnet
- durch ein Verstärkungsgitter aus Metallprofilen (34), die an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen zwei Wänden angeordnet sind, wobei die Wände (1 bis 14) durch ein Fachwerk (46, 47) aus Dreieckelementen festgehalten werden, die auf der Schalungshinterseite mit den Metallprofilen (34) des Verstärkungsgitters zusammenwirken, und
- durch Mittel, um gleichzeitig die Wände (1 bis 14), das Verstärkungsgitter (34) und das Fachwerk (46,47) zusammenzufügen, wobei jedes der zusammenzufügenden Elemente eine solche Dimension und ein solches Gewicht besitzt, dass es durch eine einzige Bedienungsperson gehandhabt werden kann.
2. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterseite der hohlen Hülle aus Metall besteht.
3. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterseite der hohlen Hülle aus einem Polyurethanelastomer besteht.
4. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schalende Oberfläche aus einem Polyurethanelastomer besteht.
5. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterseite der hohlen Hülle aus verstärktem Polyester besteht.
6. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände (1 bis 14) eine schalende Oberfläche aus einem Elastomer aufweisen, das durch Glasfasern oder ein Metallgitter verstärkt ist.
7. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterseite Ausnehmungen (27 bis 30) aufweist.
8. Schalung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (29) der wände an den Rändern schmäler sind als in der Tiefe.
9. Schalung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (27 bis 30) durch ein senkrechtes Verstärkungsband (62) unterbrochen sind.
10. Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle ein hinteres Rippenwerk (16) zum Verstärken der schalenden Oberfläche aufweist.
11. Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder Hülsen (32, 33) aufweisen, deren Achsen parallel zu den Mittellinien der Wände (9, 10) sind und die in regelmässigen Abständen derart angeordnet sind, dass sie sich beim Zusammenfügen der Wände je einander gegenüber befinden, wobei die Wände dann durch ein Netzwerk von T-Profilen voneinander getrennt sind, deren Seele sich zwischen die Wände schiebt und gegenüber entsprechenden Hülsen Löcher (39) besitzt zum Durchschieben von Befestigungsbolzen.
12. Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder mit Metallbändern (17, 18) versehen sind, die senkrechtzurschalenden Oberfläche (15) verlaufen und Löcher gegenüber Nuten der Wände (1, 2) besitzen, um das Einführen der Arme (43,44) einer Befestigungszwinge (45) zu ermöglichen.
13. Schalung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwinge (45) zwei Arme (43, 44) mit Klauen (41, 42) an den Enden zum Einschieben in die Löcher der Ränder aufweist, und dass die anderen Enden der Arme durch die Köpfe (53, 54) einer Achse auf den schiefen Basen (55, 56) eines exzentrischen Zylinders (58) symmetrisch mit Bezug auf die senkrechte Mittelebene derAchse gehalten werden, wobei dieser Zylinder (58) einen Bedienungshebel (59) aufweist, dessen Stellung im Zusammenwirken mit der Achse und der Schiefe der Basen derart ist, dass
- in einer Stellung des Hebels (59) die Arme (43, 44) voneinander entfernt sind und die Wand des Zylinders (58) maximal von den Klauen (41, 42) entfernt ist,
- während in einer der ersten diametral entgegengesetzten Stellung des Hebels (59) die Arme (43, 44) gegeneinander genähert sind und die Wand des Zylinders (58) den Klauen (41, 42) genähert ist, um gegebenenfalls einen Beschlag (48) des Fachwerks (46) oder des Profils (34) des Verstärkungsgitters zuzudrücken.
