Description

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The present invention relates to a formwork made up of multiple elements assembled for pouring concrete, generally a vertical or formwork formwork.

This involves pouring concrete between two forms, generally vertical, or formwork, which are the full height of a wall, which has been done for a long time with metal forms. However, in the present case, it is expedient to seek to carry out this operation with formwork made of relatively light elements in order to be able to be handled by a single man.

Etat de la technique antérieure et inconvénientsState of the prior art and drawbacks

Vertical formwork has been described in particular in French patents Nos. 1277437 of October 13, 1960 and 2149696 of August 18, 1971. They include vertical panels the full height of the wall and weighing several hundred kilos and are held in place by very strong support members strong but bulky and it is necessary to disassemble to avoid their deterioration during transfers or during handling on construction sites.

This material therefore requires large handling devices which exist in large sites, but which it would be too expensive to use for small sites of individual houses, for example.

In addition, metal formwork offers formwork difficulties and requires the use of formwork oils for demolding.

Furthermore, it is impossible to nail accessories to it, as can be done on plywood forms for example.

We have sought to overcome these differences by using panels of thermoplastic plastic material, as in patent DE-A No. 2012032. However, these panels must be manufactured by extrusion, which limits their dimension in the width direction and does not allow to incorporate reinforcements and assembly means only lengthwise.

It is these various drawbacks that the present invention proposes to eliminate.

Exposé de l'inventionStatement of the invention

The formwork of the invention comprises a combination of panels 1 to 14 of synthetic material and of an assembly and fixing system, the panels being composed of a hollow envelope of hard and flexible material with a formwork face 15, reinforcements, a rear face 21 to 26 and a filling of the rigid foam envelope 31 of synthetic material, characterized in that:
  • - the formwork face of the panels is made of elastomer,
  • - the rigid foam is also made of elastomer having the property of clinging firmly to the envelope,
  • the panels have edges having a reinforced rim 61 and attachment points 32, 33 for assembly and fixing means 48, and
  • - The formwork includes a reinforcement grid by metal profiles 34 placed at the joint between two panels, these panels 1 to 14 being held in place by a support frame 46, 47 in triangular lattice adapting, at the rear of the formwork, to the reinforcement grid sections 34, and by means of simultaneous assembly of the panels 1 to 14, of the reinforcement grid 34 and of the support frame 46, 47, each of the elements to be assembled having separately a size and a weight that makes them manipulated by one man.

It is understood that an important characteristic of the invention lies in the fact that the form face is made of elastomer behind which a filling of rigid foam of high density plastic material which fills the hollow of the panel is attached. The rear part of the latter is closed either by a metal wall or by a plastic wall, walls which are treated or designed to obtain perfect adhesion with the rigid foam of high density plastic.

According to a first embodiment, the edges have sockets whose axes are parallel to the medians of the panels and which are regularly spaced so as to be opposite one another in the assembly of said panels which are then separated by a grid of profiles T-shaped whose core slides between the panels and has holes opposite the corresponding sockets to allow the passage of assembly bolts.

According to a second embodiment, the edges are trimmed with metal strips perpendicular to the shuttering face, with holes facing the grooves of the panels allowing the introduction of the branches of an assembly clamp.

This assembly clamp has two branches terminated by claws intended to engage in the holes of the banks and held at their other ends by the heads of an axis, on the oblique bases symmetrical with respect to the median plane perpendicular to the axis of an eccentric cylinder comprising an operating lever, the position of the lever, of the axis and the inclination of the bases being such that:
  • - in a position of the lever, the branches are separated and the cylinder wall is as far away from the claws,
  • - while, in another position of the lever, diametrically opposite the first, the branches are brought closer to each other and the cylinder wall is brought closer to the claws to possibly tighten a frame of the support frame or a reinforcement grid profile.

The manufacture of a panel according to the invention can for example be carried out as follows:
  • The rear face 21 to 26 is made of polyester reinforced with glass fibers. This face is obtained in a wooden or metal mold. In this operation, the reinforcements 17 to 20 and the attachment points 32, 33 are incorporated. The polycondensation is carried out at a temperature of the order of 60 ° C.

On the other hand, the shuttering face can be obtained, for example, by coating on a support having a flat and smooth surface with a film of polyurethane elastomer forming, after crosslinking, a layer having a hardness of about 90 shores and a density of 1.1-1.2. On this film, while it is still pasty, a layer of polyurethane in the liquid state forming foam is deposited. The rear face 21 to 26 previously manufactured is placed on this assembly, by turning it over. This face is pressed strongly on the flat surface by trapping the polyurethane which, by expansion, will fill the entire volume between the formwork face and the rear face.

The expansion of the foam requires approximately 10 min at room temperature.

According to another manufacturing method, the panel is obtained by injection into a mold of a mixture of polyols and diisocyanates suitable forming a polyurethane foam. One chooses formulations forming, in contact with the walls of the mold, a more or less thick skin depending on the temperature and the pressure. In this way, we obtain a panel made entirely of polyurethane.

Solution au problème, avantages et résultat industrielSolution to the problem, advantages and industrial result

Leur poids est en général inférieur à 45 kg.The formwork of the invention has the advantage of being composed of panels of reduced dimensions which are, for example, 2.70 m high and 0.675 m wide, which include a ribbing on their rear faces allowing them to be easily handled . Their weight is generally less than 45 kg.

Furthermore, the internal walls of the hollow envelope of hard and flexible material of the plastic panels are treated so as to ensure the attachment of the foam. This treatment is sometimes unnecessary when it is a formwork face which is only made of polyurethane elastomer.

The use of a formwork face made of polyurethane elastomer avoids the use of formwork oil, because this material is self-demouldable.

You can also nail accessories on this form face in the same way as you do on a plywood form face.

As for the reinforcement grid, it is composed of rectilinear elements that are easy to install. Finally, the triangular lattice support structure is made of tube and it is very light. The assembly is therefore easily assembled by hand by one or two men, without the need for lifting devices.

The invention will be better understood with the aid of the following description which gives some nonlimiting examples of practical embodiment and which are illustrated by the accompanying drawings.

Description de quelques modes de réalisationDescription of some embodiments

The panels 1 to 14 of the formwork of the invention each consist of a hollow casing of polyurethane elastomer, the rear face possibly being of polyester. Polyurethane has the advantage of resisting abrasion, tearing, chemicals, oxidation under bad weather and allowing easy formwork. The hollow envelope of the panel comprises a formwork face 15, which corresponds to the shape which one wishes to give to the wall and which is generally planar, a rear rib 16 of reinforcement of the formwork face 15, possibly reinforcements 17, 18 , 19, 20, generally made of steel, inserted into the edges of the panels, and a rear face 21, 22, 23, 24, 26 having recesses 27, some of which 28, 29, 40 have a width narrower at the edge than background. The rear face can be reinforced by a reinforcing strip 62 perpendicular to the recesses.

Ce remplissage de matière plastique est constitué avantageusement par une mousse rigide de polyuréthanne à haute densité de l'ordre de 200 kg/m3.The hollow envelope, constituted by the formwork face 15 of the edge reinforcements 17, 18 and the rear faces 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, is filled with a rigid foam of high density plastic material having the property to be compatible and to hang firmly on the envelope. This filling of plastic material advantageously consists of a rigid high density polyurethane foam of the order of 200 kg / m 3 .

The edges of the panels 1 to 14 have reinforced edges 61. They may be metal strips 17, 18 profiled which can deviate from each other (fig. 2) and have holes where the claws of the assembly pliers blage, as we will see later. The reinforced edges can also be reinforcements 19, 20 inserted inside the polyurethane foam 31 comprising sockets 32, 33 whose axes are parallel to the medians of the panels 9 and 10 and which are regularly spaced to lie opposite from each other in the assembly of said panels 9 and 10. It should be noted that, in this case, the shuttering faces 15 extend continuously towards the rear faces 22 which are constituted by plastic material in which is incorporated a glass mast.

The formwork further comprises a reinforcing grid formed by profiles 34, 35, 36, 37. These metal profiles are placed at the joint between two panels 1 to 14. They generally have a T-section whose core 38 slides. between the panels and they have holes 39 opposite the corresponding sockets 32, 33 to allow the passage of assembly bolts.

If we refer to fig. 5, it can be seen that the assembly bolts 40 are suitably distributed at the joint of the panels 1 to 5.

If we refer to fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that the edges are lined with reinforcements or metal strips 17, 18, perpendicular to the formwork faces 15 and which have holes opposite the grooves 27 of the panels allowing the introduction of the claws 41, 42 of the branches 43, 44 of assembly pliers 45.

Les montants 48 s'appliquent contre des renforts 17, 18 ou des profilés tels que 34 grâce à l'action des pinces d'assemblage 45.A third element of the formwork system of the invention is constituted by the support structures 46, 47 in triangular lattice adapting to the rear of the formwork, and in particular to the profile 34 of the reinforcing grid. These support frames each consist of three uprights 48, 49, 50, the uprights 48 and 49 being connected by horizontal crosspieces such as 51, while the upright 50 is connected to the other uprights by oblique bars such as 52. The structure of the frames 46, 47 is very common in tubular metal construction. The base of the uprights 50 comprises vertical actuating cylinders 53, 54. The uprights 48 are applied against reinforcements 17, 18 or profiles such as 34 thanks to the action of the assembly clamps 45.

In practice, the weight of the panels 1 to 14, the profiles 34 to 37 and the frames 46, 47 does not separately exceed 45 kg and they can be handled easily by one man. An advantage of the grooves 29, which are wider at the bottom than at the edge, is that they facilitate the grip of the panel 12 by the person who wants to handle it.

In some cases, a groove with a T-shaped section 30 is provided, making it possible to drown the head of a bolt which serves to fix sections or uprights 48 and 49 of the frames 46 and 47.

However, most of the time, it will be advantageous to use the assembly clamp 45 which will now be described in more detail.

The clamp 45 comprises two branches 43, 44 each terminated by claws 41, 42 intended to engage in the holes of the edge reinforcements 17, 18. The branches 43, 44 are held, at their other end, by the heads 53 , 54 of an axis on the oblique bases symmetrically with respect to the median plane perpendicular to the axis 57 of an eccentric cylinder 58 comprising an operating lever 59. The lever 59 makes it possible to rotate the cylinder 58 around the axis 57 and, in this movement, if the branches 43, 44 are kept stationary, they carry out a successive movement away and closer. In the position of fig. 3 (lever 59 down), the branches 43, 44 are widely spaced.

In the position of fig. 2 (lever 59 upwards), branches 43,44 are brought together and the claws 41,42 come to grip the reinforcements 17,18.

2).In addition, the axis 57 is eccentric relative to the outer wall of the cylinder 58. This eccentricity is such that the wall of the cylinder is as far as possible from the claws 41, 42 (fig. 3) when the branches 43, 44 are separated , while the wall of the cylinder 58 is brought closer to the claws 41, 42 when the branches 43, 44 are brought closer (fig. 2).

Under these conditions, when the branches 43, 44 are brought together to wedge the claws 41, 42 in the corresponding holes of the reinforcements 17, 18, that an amount such as 48 of the frames 46, 47 has been wedged against the metal profiles 34 and that the assembly clip 45 is placed both against the edges of two panels such as 1 to 14 and the cylinder 58 against the upright 48, the operation of the lever 59 in the direction of the arrow 60 a the effect not only of bringing the two panels such as 1 and 2 together, but also of firmly applying the cylinder 58 against the upright 48 and the upright 48 against the panels 1 and 2 or at least the profile which is at their junction.
