Claims (12)
- Maschinenschraubstock mit einem Grundkörper (9) und einem Schlitten (6), der über eine Schraubspindel (1) und einen Kraftverstärker angetrieben ist, wobei der Grundkörper und der die Schraubspindel in einer Bohrung aufnehmende Schlitten je einen Spannbacken (25, 26) tragen, der Schlitten in einer nach oben offenen Ausnehmung des Grundkörpers angeordnet und dort in Führungsschienen (18, 19) beweglich ist, wobei die Spindel (1) einen zylindrischen und einen ein Gewinde (4) aufweisenden Bereich (2, 3) besitzt und der Schlitten (6) an seinen Enden je einen ringförmigen, mit der Spindel (1) zusammenwirkenden Abstreifer (7,8) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische und der ein Gewinde aufweisende Bereich annähernd die gleiche Länge aufweist, welche auch mindestens annähernd der Länge der Schlittenbohrung (5) entspricht und der Grundkörper (9) mindestens eine seitliche, längliche Spanaustrittsöffnung (10) aufweist, die dem zylindrischen Bereich (2) der Spindel (1) zugeordnet ist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeder Seite (21, 22) des Grundkörpers (9) eine Spanaustrittsöffnung (10) angeordnet ist.
- Maschinenschraubstoack nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Boden des Grundkörpers eine Spanaustrittsöffnung angeordnet ist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden (14) des Grundkörpers (9) ein Späneabstreifer (11) angeordnet ist, der mit der Unterseite des Schlittens (6) zusammenwirkt und den Bereich der länglichen Spanaustrittsöffnungen (10) begrenzt.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Späneabstreifer (11) im Grundkörper (9) V-förmig gestaltet ist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der V-förmige Späneabstreifer (11) mit ebenen Flächen (12) an der Unterseite des Schlittens (6) zusammenwirkt.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Begrenzung (13) der länglichen, seitlichen Spanaustrittsöffnungen (10) im Wesentlichen in der Ebene der Bodenoberfläche (15) des Grundkörpers (9) angeordnet ist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste der Abstreifer (7), welcher mit dem zylindrischen Bereich (2) der Spindel (1) zusammenwirkt, eine Abstreiflippe (16) aufweist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite der Abstreifer (8) der Gewindeform der Spindel (1) angepaßt ist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite der Abstreifer unmittelbar an die Spindelmutter (17) angesetzt ist.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsschienen (18, 19) vorgesehen sind, die zwischen dem Grundkörper (9) und dem Schlitten (6) oberhalb der Mittelebene (20) der Spindel und die Spanaustrittsöffnungen (10) unterhalb dieser Mittelebene angeordnet sind.
- Maschinenschraubstock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Bereich (2) der Spindel (1) zwischen dem das Gewinde aufweisenden Bereich (3) und dem Spindelantrieb (23) angeordnet ist.
