Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Beschichten von Abstandhalterrahmen (2) für Isolierglasscheiben mit Klebe- bzw. Dichtmasse, wobei die Abstandhalterahmen (2) Sprossen besitzen und aus Hohlprofilleisten (5) mit einer Innenfläche (6), zwei Seitenflächen (4) und einer Außenfläche bestehen, mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung mit einer ein Förderband (1) aufweisenden Förderbahn, mit beidseits des Förderbandes (1) vorgesehenen Düsen zum Auftragen der Klebe- bzw. Dichtmasse auf die Seitenflächen (4) des Abstandhalterrahmens (2), mit einer oberhalb des Förderbandes (1) vorgesehenen Abstützung (3) für die vom Förderband (1) nach oben ragenden Teile des Abstandhalterrahmens (2) und mit Anpreßrollen (10), die den auf dem Förderband (1) aufliegenden Schenkel des Abstandhalterrahmens (2) gegen dieses pressen und die in Anlage an den auf dem Förderband (1) aufliegenden Schenkel und von diesem weg verschwenkbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßrollen (10) gestufte Rollen sind, deren Teil (11) mit kleinerem Durchmesser im Bereich des Außenrandes der Innenfläche (6) und deren senkrecht zur Drehachse (13) der jeweiligen Anpreßrolle (10) ausgerichtete Kreisringfläche (12) an Seitenflächen (4) des auf dem Förderband (1) aufliegenden Schenkels der den Abstandhalterrähmen (2) bildenden Hohlprofilleiste (5) anliegen, daß die Anpreßrollen (10, 20) in Richtung ihrer Achsen (13) verstellbar gehaltert sind und daß der Abstand der Anpreßrollen (10, 20) vom Förderband (1) veränderbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Anpreßrollen (10, 20) einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreisringflächen (12) die Seitenflächen (4) der Hohlprofilleiste (5) nur in ihrem der Innenfläche (6) benachbarten Bereich berühren.
