Es kann ebenso eine Einklemmschutzvorrichtung nach Fig. 9 vorgesehen sein, die eine feste Lagerstelle 26 und einen längenvariablen Schwenkhebel 24 (in der Ausgestaltung 70) vorsieht. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Teleskopstab 70, dessen Komponenten 78, 80 gegen die Kraft einer Feder 72 ineinander verschoben werden können. Je nach Anordnung der Komponenten 78, 80 kann der Teleskopstab als Zug- oder als Druckausführung ausgebildet sein. Die Vorspannkraft der Feder 72 kann mit Hilfe einer Verschraubung 74 reguliert werden. Bei einer vorgegebenen Kraft, die eine bestimmte Längenänderung des Teleskopstabs 70 zur Folge hat, wird ein Initiator 76 betätigt, der mit einer nicht dargestellten Steuereinrichtung verbunden ist, die u.a. den Fahrmotor 5 der Fahreinheit 1 steuert.
Die Einklemmschutzvorrichtung nach Fig. 9 arbeitet in analoger Weise.
Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Verschließen einer Schiebetür (3), insbesondere für Fahrzeuge, die eine Öffnung in einer Wandung (4) vershließt und im wesentlichen parallel zur Wandun (4) in mindestens einer an der Wandung (4) vorgesehenen Längsführung verschiebbar angeordnet ist, mit einer Fahreinheit (1), die die Verschiebebewegung vornimmt und die einen mit einem Elektromotor (5) versehenen Linearantrieb (8, 12) und eine Führungsvorrichtung (9, 11) aufweist, wobei ein linear ausgebildetes angetriebenes Element (12) des Linearantriebs (8, 12) und ein Element der Führungsvorrichtung (9, 11) einerseits an der Tür (3), und ein mit dem genannten linear ausgebildeten und türseitig befestigten angetriebenen Element (12) zusammenwirkendes antreibendes Element (8) des Linearantriebs (8, 12) und der Elektromotor (5) sowie das andere, mit dem türseitigen Führungselement (9) zusammenwirkende Element (11) der Führungsvorrichtung (9, 11) andererseits an einer Halterung (6) befestigt ist, die über eine mit der Wandung in Verbindung stehende Abstützanordnung (22, 23, 24, 25, 26; 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) abgestützt ist, und mit einer elektromotorisch angetriebenen Verriegelungseinheit (2), die die Schiebetür (3) in ihrer die Öffnung verschließenden Stellung unter Ausführung einer Bewegung senkrecht zur Wandung (4) ver- und entriegelt und mit einer Steuereinrichtung, die Mittel zur Positionserfassung umfaßt und die Fahr-(1) und Verriegelungseinheit (2) steuert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützanordnung (22, 23, 24, 25, 26; 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) mindestens einen einerseits mit der Halterung (6) in Verbindung stehenden und andererseits an einer mit der Wandung (4) in Verbindung stehenden Lagerstelle (23, 25; 16, 18) jeweils gelenkig gelagerten Schwenkhebel aufweist (24; 15), der eine Bewegung der alterung (6) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Wandung (4) in eine Schwenkbewegung oder in eine Verschiebe- und Schwenkbewegung überführt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinheit (2) ein vorzugsweise linear verschiebbares Verriegelungselement (35,21) und ein mit dem Verriegelungselement in Eingriff tretendes Eingriffelement (36,15) aufweist, wobei das Verriegelungselement und/oder das Eingriffelement derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Vorgang des Ineingrifftretens bzw. Außereingrifftretens eine Bewegung der Tür senkrecht zur Wandung initiiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fläche des Verriegelungselements (35,21) und/oder das Eingriffelements (35,15) schräg ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb mit Elektromotor und die Führungsvorrichtung sowie die Halterung der Fahreinheit zur Bildung einer vormontierbaren Einheit an einem vorzugsweise wannenförmigen Trägerteil angeordnet sind, das mit der Tür verbunden wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb eine mit der Tür (3) verbundene Zahnstange (12) und ein von dem an der Halterung (6) befestigten Elektromotor (5) angetriebenes Ritzel (8) und die Führungsvorrichtung eine Linearführungsschiene (9) und einen die Linearführungsschiene mindestens teilweise umgreifenden Läuferwagen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel der Abstützvorrichtung als in einer Führungshülse (17) verschiebbar angeordnete Schubstange (15) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Führungshülse (17) drehbar bzw. schwenkbar an der Lagerstelle (19) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel als Stab (24) ausgebildet ist, der einerseits vorzugsweise über ein Kugelgelenk (25) an der Lagerstelle (26) und andererseits vorzugsweise über ein Kugelgelenk (23) an einem fest mit der Halterung (6) verbundenen weiteren Hebel (22) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement zumindest teilweise als Zahnstange (34,51) ausgebildet ist, die von einem mit dem Elektromotor in Verbindung stehenden Ritzel (33,52) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (15) gleichzeitig das Eingriffelement der Verriegelungseinheit (2) bildet, wobei das Verriegelungselement einen Konus oder eine schräge Fläche aufweist, die auf dem Umfang der Schubstange (15) entlanggleitet.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (51) der Verriegelungseinheit (3) benachbart zu der Zahnstange (12) der Fahreinheit (1) an der Tür (3) derart angeordnet ist, daß für die Fahreinheit (1) und für die Verriegelungseinheit (2) nur ein Elektromotor mit Ritzel (52) vorgesehen ist und das Ritzel (52) nacheinander erst mit der einen Zahnstange und dann mit der anderen Zahnstange in Eingriff tritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einklemmschutzvorrichtung (40) mit der Steuereinrichtung verbunden ist, die bei Aufbringen einer vorgegebenen Kraft auf die Tür (3) entgegengesetzt zur Verschiebebewegung den Elektromotor der Fahreinheit (1) abschaltet oder seine Drehrichtung umschaltet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerstelle (26,19) des Schwenkhebels (24,15,14) gegen eine definierte, veränderlich einstellbare Vorspannkraft verschiebbar gelagert ist und daß eine mit der Steuereinrichtung verbundene Schalteinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die abhängig vom Verschiebeweg ein Signal für die Ansteuerung des Elektromotors abgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 und Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannkraft durch eine in dem Verschiebeweg der Lagerstelle angeordnete Feder (46) geliefert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu Beginn und am Ende der Verschiebebewegung der Schiebetür (3) von der Offenstellung in die Schließstellung die Schalteinrichtung (25,26) außer Kraft gesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (24) so ausgeführt ist (70), daß er gegen eine definierte, veränderlich einstellbare Vorspannkraft verlängert bzw. verkürzt wird und daß eine mit der Steuereinrichtung verbundene Schalteinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die abhängig von der Längenänderung ein Signal für die Ansteuerung des Elektromotors abgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 und Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannkraft durch eine im Schwenkhebel integrierte Feder (72) geliefert wird.
