Claims (16)
- Dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture d'une porte coulissante (3), notamment pour des véhicules, qui ferme une ouverture dans une paroi (4) et qui est disposé de façon déplaçable sensiblement parallèlement à la paroi (4) dans au moins un guidage longitudinal prévu sur la paroi (4), comportant une unité de translation (1) qui assure le déplacement en translation et qui comporte un entraínement linéaire (8, 12) muni d'un moteur électrique (5) et un dispositif de guidage (9, 11), un élément entraíné (12) conçu de façon linéaire de l'entraínement linéaire (8, 12) et un élément du dispositif de guidage (9, 11) étant fixés d'une part sur la porte (3) et un élément d'entraínement (8) de l'entraínement linéaire (8, 12) coopérant avec l'élément entraíné (12) précité, conçu de façon linéaire et fixé côté porte, et le moteur électrique (5), ainsi que l'autre élément (11) du dispositif de guidage (9, 11), coopérant avec l'élément de guidage (9) côté porte étant fixés d'autre part sur une attache (6) qui est soutenue par l'intermédiaire d'un agencement de soutien (22, 23, 24, 25, 26 ; 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) qui est en liaison avec la paroi et avec une unité de verrouillage (2) entraínée par un moteur électrique qui verrouille et déverrouille la porte coulissante (3) dans sa position fermant l'ouverture, en exécutant un mouvement perpendiculaire à la paroi (4), et avec un dispositif de commande qui comporte des moyens pour la détection de position et qui commande l'unité de translation (1) et de verrouillage (2),
caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de soutien (22, 23, 24, 25, 26 ; 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) comporte au moins un levier de pivotement (24; 15) en liaison d'une part avec l'attache (6) et d'autre part disposé de façon articulée sur un point d'appui (23, 25 ; 16, 18) qui est en liaison avec la paroi (4), qui transforme un déplacement de l'attache (6), sensiblement perpendiculaire de la paroi (4), en un mouvement pivotant ou en un mouvement en translation et pivotant. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de verrouillage (2) comporte un élément de verrouillage (35, 21) déplaçable de préférence de façon linéaire et un élément d'engrènement (36, 15) qui s'engrène avec l'élément de verrouillage, l'élément de verrouillage et/ou l'élément d'engrènement étant conçu(s) de façon telle que le processus de mise en engrènement ou de mise hors d'engrènement initie un déplacement de la porte perpendiculaire de la paroi.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de l'élément de verrouillage (35, 21) et/ou de l'élément d'engrènement (35, 15) est/sont conçue(s) de façon inclinée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'entraínement linéaire avec le moteur électrique, ainsi que le dispositif de guidage et l'attache de l'unité de translation sont disposés sur un élément support de préférence en forme de cuve et relié avec la porte, pour former une unité pouvant être prémontée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraínement linéaire comporte une crémaillère (12) reliée à la porte (3) et un pignon (8) entraíné par le moteur électrique (5) fixé sur l'attache (6) et en ce que le dispositif de guidage comporte un rail de guidage linéaire (9) et un chariot rotorique entourant au moins partiellement le rail de guidage linéaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant du dispositif de soutien est conçu en tant que poussoir (15) disposé de façon déplaçable dans une douille de guidage (17), la douille de guidage (17) étant logée de façon rotative ou pivotante sur le point d'appui (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant est conçu en tant que barre (24) qui est fixée d'une part de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'une rotule (25) sur le point d'appui (26) et d'autre part de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'une rotule (23) sur un levier (22) supplémentaire fixement relié à l'attache (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage est conçu au moins partiellement en tant que crémaillère (34, 51) pouvant être entraínée par un pignon (33, 52) qui est en liaison avec le moteur électrique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (15) forme simultanément l'élément d'engrènement de l'unité de verrouillage (2), l'élément de verrouillage comportant un cône ou une surface inclinée qui glisse le long de la périphérie du poussoir (15).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la crémaillère (51) de l'unité de verrouillage (3) est disposée au voisinage de la crémaillère (12) de l'unité de translation (1) sur la porte (3) de façon à ce qu'un seul moteur électrique avec pignon (52) soit prévu pour l'unité de translation (1) et pour l'unité de verrouillage (2) et à ce que le pignon (52) s'engrène consécutivement d'abord avec l'une des crémaillères et ensuite avec l'autre crémaillère.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif anti-coinçage (40), qui lors de l'application d'une force prédéfinie sur la porte (3) met le moteur électrique de l'unité de translation (1) hors circuit à l'opposée du mouvement de translation ou qui permute son sens de rotation, est relié au dispositif de commande.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le point d'appui (26,19) du levier pivotant (24, 15, 14) est logé de façon déplacable à l'encontre d'une force de précontrainte définie, à réglage modifiable, et en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commutation relié au dispositif de commande qui, en fonction de la course de translation, délivre un signal pour l'activation du moteur électrique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la force de précontrainte est fournie par un ressort (46) disposé dans la course de translation du point d'appui.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au début et à la fin du mouvement de translation de la porte coulissante (3) de la position d'ouverture en position de fermeture, le dispositif de commutation (25, 26) est mis hors force.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le levier pivotant (24) est conçu de façon (70) à se raccourcir à l'encontre d'une force de précontrainte définie, à réglage modifiable, et en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commutation relié au dispositif de commande qui, en fonction de la modification de longueur, délivre un signal pour l'activation du moteur électrique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la force de précontrainte est fournie par un ressort (72) intégré dans le levier pivotant.
