Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Beleimen von Materialbahnen, Etiketten, Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen und zum Transportieren derselben, wobei die Materialbahn, die Etiketten oder Banderolen (10) durch einen Förderer an einem Leimaggregat bzw. an Leimdüsen (30, 31) zum Anbringen von Leim vorbeibewegbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Leimdüsen (30, 31) sind horizontal gerichtet zur Übertragung von Leimportionen in horizontaler Richtung auf die Materialbahn, Etiketten, Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen,b) der Förderer, insbesondere ein Saugband (15) bzw. ein Fördertrum (16) desselben verläuft in einer im wesentlichen aufrechten Förderebene,c) der Fördertrum (16) für die Materialbahn, die Etiketten oder Banderolen (10) ist mindestens in einem Bereich unterhalb der Leimdüsen (30, 31) in einer gegenüber einer (gedachten) vertikalen Förderebene geneigten Förderebene angeordnet, und zwar unter einem spitzen Neigungswinkel (33) zur vertikalen Förderebene,d) die Neigung des Fördertrums (16) ist zur Seite der Leimdüsen (30, 31) gerichtet, derart, dass sich während des Aufbringens von Leim auf die Materialbahn, auf ein Etikett oder eine Banderole (10) im Bereich der Leimdüsen (30, 31) mindestens ein Abschnitt der Materialbahn oder ein weiteres Etikett bzw. eine weitere Banderole (10) unterhalb der Leimdüsen (30, 31) befindet, derart, dass von den Leimdüsen (30, 31) herabfallender Leim von der sich darunter befindenden Materialbahn, dem Etikett oder der Banderole (10) aufgefangen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fördertrum (16) des Saugbands (15) auf ganzer Länge durch versetzt angeordnete obere und untere Umlenkwalzen (24, 25) geneigt ist, insbesondere mit einem Neigungswinkel (33) zwischen 5° und 10°, vorzugsweise von 6° bis 7°, gegenüber einer Vertikalebene.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Leim während kontinuierlichen Transports der Banderolen (10) durch das Saugband (15) in mehreren Portionen punktförmig auf die Banderolen (10) übertragbar ist und dass aufgrund entsprechender Relativstellung eine in Förderrichtung benachbarte, unterhalb der Leimdüsen (30, 31) angeordnete Banderole (10) während des gesamten Beleimungsvorgangs herabfallenden Leim aufzunehmen vermag.
