Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Beleimen von Materialbahnen, Etiketten, Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen durch Aufsprühen von Leim mittels Leimaggregat bzw. mittels Leimdüsen (30, 31) während des Transports der Materialbahn, Etiketten, Banderolen (10) etc. entlang einer Bewegungsbahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsbahn der Materialbahn, Etiketten, Banderolen (10) etc. so gestaltet ist, daß sich während des Aufbringens von Leim auf die Materialbahn, Etiketten oder Banderolen (10) wenigstens ein Abschnitt der Materialbahn oder wenigstens ein weiteres Etikett, eine Banderole (10) oder dergleichen unterhalb des Leimaggregats bzw. unterhalb der Leimdüsen (30, 31) desselben befindet zum Auffangen von herabfallendem Leim.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn, die Etiketten, Banderolen (10) etc. entlang einer im wesentlichen aufrechten, leicht geneigten Bewegungsbahn transportiert werden, derart, daß ein bereits beleimter Abschnitt der Materialbahn bzw. eine bereits beleimte Banderole (10) oder dergleichen sich während der Beleimung eines nachfolgenden Abschnitts der Materialbahn oder einer nachfolgenden Banderole (10) unterhalb des Leimaggregats bzw. der Leimdüse (30, 31) befindet.
- Vorrichtung zum Beleimen von Material bahnen, Etiketten, Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen und zum Transportieren derselben, wobei die Materialbahn, die Etiketten oder Banderolen (10) an einem Leimaggregat bzw. an Leimdüsen (30, 31) zum Aufbringen von Leim vorbeibewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn, die Etiketten, Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen durch einen Förderer, insbesondere durch ein Saugband (15) mit Fördertrum (16), an dem Leimaggregat (29) mit Leimdüsen (30, 31) vorbeibewegbar sind und daß aufgrund der Ausgestaltung des Förderers bzw. der Bewegungsbahn desselben die Materialbahn, die Etiketten, Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen unterhalb des Leimaggregats (29) bzw. unterhalb der Leimdüsen (30, 31) transportierbar sind, wenn die Leimdüsen (30, 31) Leim auf einen (anderen) Bereich der Materialbahn bzw. auf ein anderes Etikett, eine andere Banderole (10) oder dergleichen überträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Förderer bzw. das Saugband (15) mit aufrechtem, leicht geneigtem Fördertrum (16) für die Banderolen (10) oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist, wobei die Neigung des Fördertrums (16) so gewählt ist, daß sich während des Aufbringens von Leim auf eine Banderole (10) oder dergleichen mindestens eine weitere Banderole (10) unterhalb der Leimdüse (30, 31) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fördertrum (16) des Saugbands (15) durch versetzt angeordnete (obere und untere) Umlenkwalzen (24, 25) geneigt ist, insbesondere mit einem Neigungswinkel (33) zwischen 5° und 10°, vorzugsweise 6° bis 7°.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Leim während kontinuierlichen Transports der Banderolen (10) durch den Förderer in mehreren Portionen auf diese übertragbar ist und daß aufgrund entsprechender Relativstellung während der gesamten Dauer der Leimübertragung eine benachbarte Banderole (10) unterhalb der feststehenden Leimdüse (30, 31) transportierbar ist.
