Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de tampon à butées pour supporter élastiquement un premier composant sur un deuxième composant, notamment une partie de carrosserie de type capot ou volet, sur une région fixe de la caisse d'un véhicule, avec un agencement de tampon sur l'un des deux composants, prévu pour s'ajuster automatiquement à une fente entre les deux composants par déplacement axial d'une tête de tampon, une précontrainte entre les deux composants étant ajustée après l'ajustement automatique à la fente, caractérisé en ce que pour l'ajustement de la précontrainte, on insère une partie de butée (6, 33) pour la tête de tampon (5), avec une épaisseur et/ou une élasticité choisies en fonction de la valeur de précontrainte souhaitée, entre la tête de tampon (5) et l'autre composant (8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on fixe comme partie de butée un disque (6) sur l'autre composant (8).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un disque en forme de bouchon ou de champignon (6) est fixé au moyen d'un rivet borgne (7) sur l'autre composant (8).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de butée (33) est fixée du côté frontal sur la tête de tampon (31).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de butée (33) est enclipsée sur la tête de tampon (31).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de tampon (4) est fixé de manière desserrable à l'un des composants (1) avant l'ajustement automatique à la fente au moyen d'une fixation de type fermeture à baïonnette (16, 17 ; 18, 19).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que pour la fixation dans l'un des composants (1), une ouverture d'insertion (3) pour le dispositif de tampon (4) est réalisée avec une structure à trous, qui présente au moins deux paires de saillies radiales identiques opposées (16, 17), les saillies (16, 17) de différentes paires ayant des étendues périphériques différentes, et en ce que des saillies d'encliquetage radiales (18, 19) de même configuration et dimensions sont créées sur le dispositif de tampon (4), dont les saillies d'encliquetage (18) de plus grande étendue périphérique portent sur leurs surfaces tournées, après le passage à travers l'ouverture d'insertion, (3) vers cette ouverture, des profilés obliques (23) au moins d'un côté dans la direction périphérique, avec lesquels elles coïncident après le pivotement du dispositif de tampon (4) dans les saillies à structures à trous (17) de plus petite étendue périphérique.
