Description
- impression à un seul passage du papier sur un seul cylindre d'impression d'au moins deux zones non superposées en au moins deux couleurs différentes ce qui rend, d'une part, inutile le séchage intermédiaire entre les deux impressions et, d'autre part, on a une machine moins volumineuse puisqu'on utilise un seul cylindre d'impression, donc moins coûteuse;
- accessoirement il est plus aisé d'obtenir un bon registre entre les images imprimées en sérigraphie successivement au moyen du même cylindre d'impression.
Claims (13)
- Machine d'impression en sérigraphie comprenant pour l'impression d'au moins une première zone en une couleur déterminée, un cylindre d'impression (6) et un cylindre porte-tamis (7) et au moins un deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (8 ; 18 ; 28) coopérant avec le même cylindre (6) d'impression et muni de moyens (19 ; 29) pour l'impression d'au moins une deuxième zone en une couleur différente de celle de la première zone, caractérisée par le fait que la machine est agencée pour que ladite deuxième zone soit en dehors de la première zone, le deuxième cylindre porte-tamis comprenant au moins une partie en relief (19 ; 29) sur laquelle est disposé un tamis, ainsi le deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (8 ; 18 ; 28) n'entre pas en contact avec le cylindre d'impression (6) sur la ou les zones imprimées par le premier cylindre porte-tamis (7).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le premier cylindre porte-tamis (7) est équipé d'un tamis pour l'impression de plusieurs zones éloignées, que le deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (8; 18; 28) présente plusieurs parties en relief (19; 29) pour l'impression des zones non imprimées par le premier cylindre porte-tamis (7).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que les parties en relief du deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (18) sont des zones annulaires (19).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que les parties en relief du deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (28) sont des zones axiales (29).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que les cylindres porte-tamis (7; 8; 18; 28) sont munis à leur intérieur de moyens (11; 12; 13) pour pousser l'encre contre le côté intérieur du tamis.
- Machine selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens (12) pour pousser l'encre du deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (18) sont conçus de façon qu'ils engagent seulement les zones annulaires en relief (19) et sont de préférence formés par une racle (12) qui a la forme d'un peigne dont les dents (12a) rentrent dans les zones annulaires dudit cylindre porte-tamis (18).
- Machine selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens (13) pour pousser l'encre du deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (28) sont munis d'un mécanisme (25, 27) pour être déplacés radialement, de telle manière qu'ils suivent la configuration de la périphérie intérieur du cylindre porte-tamis (28).
- Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que ledit mécanisme comprend une came (27) conçue pour être entraínée en rotation en synchronisation avec le cylindre porte-tamis (28) agissant sur un levier (25) solidaire de la racle (13).
- Machine d'impression en sérigraphie comprenant, pour l'impression d'au moins une première zone en une couleur déterminée, un cylindre d'impression (6), un cylindre porte-tamis (7), et au moins un deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (8 ; 48) coopérant avec le même cylindre d'impression (6) et muni de moyens (51a) pour l'impression d'au moins une deuxième zone en une couleur différente de celle de la première zone, caractérisée par le fait que la machine est agencée pour que ladite deuxième zone soit en dehors de la première zone, le deuxième cylindre porte-tamis (48) comprenant un tamis (49) déformable élastiquement et des moyens (51) poussant radialement vers l'extérieur le tamis et l'encre uniquement le long des zones à imprimer pour mettre en contact le tamis (49) avec le cylindre d'impression (6), le long desdites zones, et que les moyens poussant radialement vers l'extérieur le tamis (49) sont une racle (51) en forme de peigne dont les dents (51a) correspondent aux zones à imprimer et le tamis est muni entre deux zones consécutives à imprimer d'au moins un anneau (55) empêchant la déformation du tamis et le contact avec le cylindre d'impression.
- Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que le tamis (49) comporte deux anneaux (55) délimitant chaque zone ne devant pas entrer en contact avec le cylindre d'impression.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits anneaux (55) sont disposés à l'extérieur du tamis (49).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend d'autres cylindres porte-tamis pour l'impression d'autres zones ne chevauchant pas les zones précédentes préalablement imprimées, chacune en une couleur différente, et que ces cylindres porte-tamis présentent des moyens disposés de sorte à imprimer des zones intercalées entre les zones déjà imprimées, la machine étant conçue pour que chacun des cylindres porte-tamis n'entre pas en contact avec le cylindre d'impression sur des zones préalablement imprimées.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée par le fait que ladite machine est une machine d'impression à la feuille comprenant un cylindre d'impression avec au moins une encoche (30) et que lesdits moyens pour pousser l'encre de chaque cylindre porte-tamis (7, 8, 18, 28, 48), notamment les racles, comprennent un mécanisme (17, 15; 23, 21; 27, 25; 50, 52), permettant de les éloigner du tamis lorsqu'une encoche passe dans la fente d'impression.
