Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen nassen oder feuchten Gutes, insbesondere Holz, bestehend aus einem verschließbaren, von einem Trockenmittel, insbesondere Luft, durchströmten Behälter (18) für die Aufnahme des Gutes, dem in Strömungsrichtung eine Aufheizeinrichtung für das Trockenmittel vorgeschaltet und ein Kondensations-Wärmetauscher nachgeschaltet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Behälter (18) eine Vakuumpumpe (58) angeschlossen ist und daß der Trockenmittelkreislauf mit einem geschlossenen Kältemittelkreislauf (48) einer Kältemaschine gekoppelt ist, deren Verdampfer (46) als der Wärmetauscher (44) zum Kondensieren des feuchten Trockenmittels dient und über einen Verdichter (66) mit einem Kondensator (64) verbunden ist, der Teil der Aufheizeinrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmetauscher (44, 62) der Kältemaschine am Stirnende des Behälters (18) in einem Bereich (24) angeordnet sind, der zusammen mit einem Druckkanal (32a) und einem Sogkanal (32b) einen das zu trocknende Gut (10) einschließenden Windkanal (32) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verdichter (66) in dem Bereich (24) untergebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verdampfer (46) über einer Auffangwanne (52) für aus dem Trockenmittel kondensiertes Wasser angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangwanne (52) mit einem Sammelbehälter (56) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelbehälter (56) außerhalb des Behälters (18) für die Aufnahme des zu trocknenden Gutes (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Auffangwanne (42) eine Tauchpumpe (90) zum Absaugen des kondensierten Wassers angeordnet ist, welche mit einer Ablaufleitung (92) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Kondensator (64) in Strömungsrichtung des Trockenmittels hintereinander wenigstens ein Gebläse (24) und eine Heizung (38) nachgeschaltet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Strömungsrichtung hinter der Heizung (38) in den Behälter (18) ein Sprührohr (40) zum Befeuchten des zu trocknenden Gutes (10) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Behälter (18) ein abgeschlossener Raum (16) für die Aufnahme des zu trocknenden Gutes (10) ausgebildet ist, dessen vertikale Begrenzungswände (28) Durchströmöffnungen (30) für das Trockenmittel aufweisen und mit den gegenüberliegenden Wänden des Behälters (18) den Windkanal (32) bilden, in dem das Gebläse (34) angeordnet ist.
