Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Verschliessen bzw. Verriegeln einer Weichenzunge (20) mit einer Stockschiene (50), die ein Fussstück (21; 51), ein Kopfstück (22; 52) und einen dazwischen liegenden Steg (23; 53) aufweisen, mit einem mit der Weichenzunge (20) verbundenen Verschlusslager (40), das über eine Achse (12) mit einer Verschlussklinke (1) verbunden ist, die durch eine Verschlussstange (6) gegen einen mit der Stockschiene (50) verbundenen Verschlussträger (30) führbar und mit diesem verschliessbar ist, wobei Teile (43 bzw. 7 und 33) des Verschlusslagers (40) und des Verschlussträgers (30) in verschlossener Stellung unterhalb der Stockschiene (50) und der Weichenzunge (20) aufeinander treffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusslager (40) und der Verschlussträger (30) Auflageflächen (42; 32) aufweisen, auf denen die Weichenzunge (20) und die Stockschiene (50) durch kraft- und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung gehalten werden und dass das Verschlusslager (40) und der Verschlussträger (30) ein Kopfelement (41; 31) aufweisen, das mit dem Steg (23; 53) der Weichenzunge (20) bzw. der Stockschiene (50) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusslager (40) ein Fusselement (43) aufweist, das in verschlossener Stellung der Verschlussvorrichtung gegen das Fusselement (33) des Verschlussträgers (30) andrückt oder dass im Fusselement (43) des Verschlusslagers (40) wenigstens einen Justierbolzen (7a, 7b) vorgesehen ist, der derart einstellbar ist, dass sie bei verschlossener Stellung der Verschlussvorrichtung gegen das Fusselement (33) des Verschlussträgers (30) andrückt.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Justierbolzen (7a, 7b) zumindest annähernd konisch verlaufende Enden aufweist, die beim Verschliessvorgang gegen eine geneigte Fläche des Fusselementes (33) des Verschlussträgers (30) geführt werden.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf einer Auflagefläche (32; 42) positionierte Fuss (51; 21) der Stockschiene (50) bzw. der Weichenzunge (20) mit dem Verschlussträger (30) bzw. dem Verschlusslager (40) durch eine Schraube (8) verbunden ist oder dass der Verschlussträger (30) über dem montierten Schienenfuss (51) wenigstens eine geneigte Flanke (37) aufweist, entlang der ein Zylinder (14a, 14b) durch eine im Verschlussträger (30) gelagerte Schraube (13a, 13b) soweit verschiebbar ist, bis der Zylinder (14a, 14b) den Fuss (51) der Stockschiene (50) nach unten gegen die Auflagefläche (32) presst.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kopfelement (41; 31) des Verschlusslagers (40) und des Verschlussträgers (30) Stellschrauben (11; 16a, 16b, 16c) vorgesehen sind. die gegen den Steg (23: 53) der Weichenzunge (20) bzw. der Stockschiene (50) drehbar sind.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 5; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Verschlussträger (30) und/oder das Verschlusslager (40) eine Platte (38; 48) montierbar ist, die Öffnungen (160a, 160b, 160c bzw. 70a, 70b, 110) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme und zur Sicherung der Köpfe der Stellschrauben bzw. Justierbolzen (16a, 16b, 16c; 7a, 7b, 11) vorgesehen sind.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (53) der Stockschiene (50) wenigstens eine Bohrung (54) aufweist, durch die eine mit dem Verschlussträger (30) verbundene Schraube (9a; 9b) geführt ist, die in ein im Verschlussträger (30) vorgesehenes Gewinde oder in eine anschliessend an den Verschlussträger (30) vorgesehene Schraubenmutter (10; 10b) eingedreht ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussträger (30) wenigstens einen Flansch (39) aufweist, der durch eine Schraube (19) mit einer Eisenbahnschwelle, gegebenenfalls mit einer Hohlschwelle verbindbar ist.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schienenfuss (51) der Stockschiene (50) und der Schienenfuss (21) der Weichenzunge (20) auf zumindest annähernd derselben Höhe liegen und derart angeschnitten sind, dass die Weichenzunge (20) gegen die Stockschiene (50) führbar ist, bis der das Kopfstück (52) der Stockschiene (50) und das Kopfstück (22) der Weichenzunge (20) aufeinander treffen.
- Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weichenzunge (20) aus einer Stockschiene (50) gefertigt ist.
