Claims (16)
- Gleisbremse, insbesondere Gefälleausgleichsbremse, zum Abbremsen von Schienenfahrzeugen mit zumindest einer innen an einer Fahrschiene angeordneten Kolbengleisbremse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbengleisbremse (4) zwischen einer aktiven und einer inaktiven Stellung um eine sich parallel zur Fahrschiene (1) erstreckende Achse (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist und daß ein Stelltrieb (8) zum Verschwenken der Kolbengleisbremse (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Gleisbremse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Halterung (9) für zumindest eine Kolbengleisbremse (4) vorgesehen ist und daß die Halterung (9) beidseitig Lagerzapfen (10, 11) aufweist, die in zugeordneten Lagern (14) auf benachbarten Gleisschwellen (3) abgestützt sind.
- Gleisbremse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerzapfen (10, 11) benachbarter Halterungen (9) miteinander kuppelbar sind.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lagerzapfen (11) der Halterung (9) stirnseitig eine Nut (12) und der andere Lagerzapfen (10) der Halterung (9) stirnseitig einen der Nut (12) angepaßten Keil (13) aufweist.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Lagerzapfen (10, 11) in axialer Richtung an Widerlagern (21) abgestützt sind, die am Schienensteg oder an einer Gleisschwelle (3) befestigbar sind.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (14) für die Lagerzapfen (10, 11) an Rippenplatten (15) angeordnet sind, die mit Schwellenschrauben (16) an den Gleisschwellen (3) befestigt sind und die auch Hakenschraubenbefestigungen (17) für die Fahrschiene (1) aufweisen.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippenplatten (15, 18) der zum Gleis gehörenden Fahrschienen (1, 2) durch Profil- oder Flacheisen (20) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stelltrieb (8) eine Stellstange (22) angeschlossen ist, auf der ein zwischen Federn (23) eingespanntes gegen die Wirkung der Federn (23) längs der Stellstange (22) verschiebbares Stellglied (24) geführt ist, das an der Halterung (9) mit Abstand zur Achse (7) angeordnet ist.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stelltrieb (8) im Bereich der Außenseite der Fahrschiene (1) angeordnet ist.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß verstellbare Endschalter zum Einstellen und Überwachen der aktiven und nicht aktiven Stellung der Kolbengleisbremse (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbengleisbremse (4) einen in der aktiven Stellung mit dem Fuß der Fahrschiene (1) zusammenwirkenden Anschlag (25) aufweist.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen benachbarten Gleisschwellen offene Kästen (26) zur schotterfreien Aufnahme der bewegten Teile angeordnet sind.
- Gleisbremse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbengleisbremsen 4 in den Halterungen 9 über höhenveränderliche und/oder auswechselbare Kragen 27 abgestützt sind.
- Gleisbremse nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich parallel zur Fahrschiene erstreckenden Achsen oder die Lagerbalken 7a gegenüber der Längsachse der Kolbengleisbremse 4 in Richtung Gleismitte versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Gleisbremse nach Anspruch 14, gekennzeichnet durch kurbelwellenartig ausgebildete Halterungen oder Tragbalken 9a, deren Lagerzapfen 7a zur Gleismitte hin abgekröpft sind.
- Gleisbremse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbengleisbremsen (4) auf Unterlagsplatten für die Schienenbefestigung schwenkbar gelagert und in den Endstellungen fixierbar sind.
