Claims (8)
- Verschluss für Türen, Hauben, Klappen od. dgl., insbesondere von Fahrzeugen, wie Kraftfahrzeugen,mit einem Schließzylinder (31), dessen Zylinderkern über einen ordnungsgemäßen Schlüssel aus einer Nullstellung in verschiedene Arbeitsstellungen verdrehbar ist,und mit einer Handhabe (10), die bei ihrer Betätigung (16) ein damit verbundenes Schloss öffnet, wenn der Schließzylinder (31) sich in einer bestimmten Arbeitsstellung befindet,
wobei die Handhabe (10) unter einer Rückstellkraft (111) steht, welche die Griffklappe aus ihrer Betätigungsposition (13') wieder in ihre Ausgangsposition (13) überführt,
gekennzeichnet durchein kraftbelastetes (110) Rastelement (102), welches zusammen mit einem profilierten Gegen-Rastelement (103) die Griffklappe in ihrer Ausgangsposition (13) fixiert
wobei die Kraflbelastung (110) des Rastelements (102) mit dem GegenRastelement (103) die auf die Handhabe (10) wirkende Rückstellkraft (111) erzeugt. - Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabe (10) als schwenkbare Griffklappe (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das GegenRastelement (103) aus einer Neigungsfläche (112) besteht, gegen welche die Kraftbelastung das Rastelement (102) drückt,
und dass die Neigungsfläche (112) in Richtung auf die Ausgangsposition (13) der Griffklappe geneigt verläuft und das Rastelement (102) bei der Betätigung (16) der Griffklappe auf der Neigungsfläche (112) entlang läuft. - Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigungsfläche (102) mit einer Stufenkante (103) endet, hinter welche das elastische Rastelement (103) schnappt und dadurch die Ausgangsposition (13) der Griffklappe bestimmt.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (102) aus einer federbelasteten (105) Kugel (104) besteht, die in der Griffklappe (13) bzw. im Gehäuse (11) der Griffklappe (13) integriert ist.
- Verschluss nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffklappe (13) ein elektrischer Schalter (94) zugeordnet ist,
der bei Betätigung (16) der Griffklappe (13) in der einen Arbeitsstellung des Schließzylinders (31) einen elektrischen Antrieb (95) für das zugehörige Schloss wirksam setzt. - Griffklappe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffklappe einen Zapfen aufweist, der einen Durchbruch in einem Klappengehäuse (11) durchsetzt, während der elektrische Schalter (94) außerhalb des Klappengehäuses (11) angeordnet ist.
- Verschluss nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktteile im elektrischen Schalter (94) geöffnet sind, wenn sich die Griffklappe (13) in ihrer federbelasteten Ausgangsposition (13) befindet,
und dass die Kontaktteile des elektrischen Schalters (94) in der Betätigungsposition (13') der Griffklappe geschlossen sind.
