Claims (9)
- Schloss für Türen, Fenster oder funktionell ähnliche Vorrichtungen (2), bestehend aus einem mit dieser genannten Vorrichtung (2) fest verbindbaren Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) und einem mit dem zugehörigen Rahmenteil (1) fest verbindbaren Gegenstück (21), wobei in montiertem Zustand in geschlossenem Zustand eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) und dem Gegenstück (21) besteht, ausserdem in montiertem Zustand auf mindestens einer Seite der Türe, Fenster oder funktionell ähnliche Vorrichtung (2) ein Griff (3) vorhanden und mit dieser Vorrichtung (2) fest verbunden ist, weiter ein luftdichter, manuell zusammendrückbarer und dadurch in seinem Innenvolumen verkleinerbarer. Hohlkörper (4) vorhanden und mit dem Griff (3) verbindbar ist, mit welchem manuell ein Ueberdruck erzeugt werden kann, weiter der Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) einen Aktuator (30) zur Umwandlung eines Ueberdrucks in eine mechanische Bewegung von Teilen (12, 15) des Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) enthält und dieser Aktuator (30) mit dem Hohlkörper (4) mit mindestens einem Verbindungsschlauch (5) verbunden ist, wobei in montiertem Zustand durch diese Bewegung von Teilen (12, 15) des Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) die kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) und dem Gegenstück (21) aufgehoben wird, wodurch die Türe, Fenster oder funktionell ähnliche Vorrichtung (2) geöffnet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassMittel (23) zur Wiederbelüftung des pneumatischen Systems vorhanden sind, die nach jeder Betätigung des zusammendrückbaren Hohlkörpers (4) wirksam werden können,der Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) einen Verriegelungsbolzen (12) enthält,der Verriegelungsbolzen (12) mit einem beweglichen Teil (8) des Aktuators (30) kraftschlüssig verbunden ist,der Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) einen in einem gewissen Winkelbereich drehbar gelagerten Schwenkriegel (15) enthält,der Schwenkriegel (15) in montiertem Zustand bei geschlossener Türe, Fenster oder funktionell ähnlicher Vorrichtung (2) in kraftschlüssigem Kontakt mit dem Gegenstück (21) steht,der Schwenkriegel (15) eine Verriegelungsnute (17) und eine Arretierungsnute (18) enthält,das Gegenstück (21) in montiertem Zustand beim Oeffnen der Türe, dem Fenster oder der funktionell ähnlichen Vorrichtung (2) einen aus dem Schloss herausragenden Teil des Schwenkriegels (15) erfasst und so dreht, dass die Arretierungsnute (18) vor das eine Ende des Verriegelungsbolzens (12) zu stehen kommt,das Gegenstück (21) in montiertem Zustand beim Schliessen der Türe, dem Fenster oder der funktionell ähnlichen Vorrichtung (2) den aus dem Schloss herausragenden Teil des Schwenkriegels (15) erneut erfasst und so dreht, dass die Verriegelungsnute (17) vor den Verriegelungsbolzen (12) zu stehen kommt,eine Feder (20, 29) vorhanden ist, die in montiertem Zustand mit dem Verriegelungsbolzen (12) und der Türe, dem Fenster oder der funktionell ähnlichen Vorrichtung (2) in kraftschlüssigem Kontakt steht,die Feder (20, 29) in montiertem Zustand den Verriegelungsbolzen (12) bei geschlossener Türe, Fenster oder funktionell ähnlicher Vorrichtung (2) in die Verriegelungsnute (17) schiebt und den Schwenkriegel (15) dadurch in dieser Stellung kraftschlüssig fixiert,die Feder (20, 29) in montiertem Zustand den Verriegelungsbolzen (12) bei geöffneter Türe, Fenster oder funktionell ähnlicher Vorrichtung (2) in die Arretierungsnute (18) schiebt und den Schwenkriegel (15) dadurch in dieser Stellung mit einer leicht überwindbaren Kraft festhält,das eine Ende des Verriegelungsbolzens (12) Mittel (14) zur Reduzierung des Reibungswiderstands enthält,der Schwenkriegel (15) an seinem gegen das Gegenstück (21) gerichteten Teil Mittel (19) zur Reduzierung des Reibungswiderstands enthält.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (4) ein Elastomer enthält.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (4) gegeneinander abgedichtete, teleskopartig ineinander eingepasste Teile enthält.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (30) einen Druckzylinder (6), einen darin bewegbaren luftdichten Druckkolben (7) und eine damit verbundene ebenfalls bewegliche Kolbenstange (8) enthält.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (30) einen Faltenbalg enthält.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassmindestens ein Ventil (25, 28) vorhanden und über Schläuche (22) seriell einerseits mit dem mindestens einen Hohlkörper (4), andererseits mit dem Aktuator (30) luftdicht verbunden ist,auf jeweils mindestens einer Seite der Türe, dem Fenster oder der funktionell ähnlicher Vorrichtung (2) für jedes dieser Ventile (25, 28) je mechanische Mittel vorhanden und mit dem jeweiligen Ventil (25, 28) vebunden sind, mit welchen dieses Ventil (25, 28) geöffnet werden kann,jedes geöffnete dieser Ventile (25, 28) die Weiterleitung des Ueberdrucks in den Schläuchen (22) zum Aktuator (30) unterbricht.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasszwischen Aktuator (30) und Verriegelungsbolzen (12) eine mechanische Kraftübersetzung (9, 10, 11, 13) vorhanden ist, die ein Gelenk (9), eine in montiertem Zustand mit der Türe, dem Fenster oder der funktionell ähnlicher Vorrichtung (2) fest verbundene Führungsachse (10) und eine Uebertragungsstange (11) aufweist,der Verriegelungsbolzen (12) eine Ausnehmung (13) aufweist,die Uebertragungsstange (11) an ihrem einen Ende über das Gelenk (9) mit einem beweglichen Teil (8) des Aktuators (30) gelenkig verbunden ist,die Uebertragungsstange (11) um die Führungsachse (10) innerhalb eines gewissen Winkelbereichs drehbar gelagert ist,das andere Ende der Uebertragungsstange (11) in die Ausnehmung (13) des Verriegelungsbolzens (12) eingreift.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassFeuersicherungsmittel (27, 31) vorhanden sind,die Feuersicherungsmittel (27, 31) mit Teilen des Schliessmechanismus (6 - 20) verbunden sind,die Feuersicherungsmittel (27, 31) in montiertem Zustand im Falle eines Brandes eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Türe, Fenster oder funktionell ähnlicher Vorrichtung (2) und zugehörigen Rahmenteil (1) durch das Schloss verhindern.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Feuersicherungsmittel (27, 31) einen Federblock (27) enthalten,der Federblock (27) eine starke, vorgespannte Feder enthält,diese Feder in einem Material eingegossen ist, das bei erhöhter Temperatur leicht schmilzt,der Verriegelungsbolzen (12) einen vorstehenden Nokken (26) enthält,der Federblock (27) in der Türe, dem Fenster oder der funktionell änlichen Vorrichtung (2) so eingebaut ist, dass die Feder nach dem Schmelzen des Materials auf den Nocken (26) eine Kraft ausübt,diese Kraft ausreicht, um den Verriegelungsbolzen (12) gegen den Widerstand der Feder (20, 29) so zu bewegen, dass er den Schwenkriegel (15) freigibt.
