Claims (7)
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb für eine Drehsäule zur Bewegung eines Türflügels einer Innenschwenk- oder Außenschwingtür an einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere einem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, mit einem die Drehsäule über ein Getriebe antreibenden Elektromotor und einer Notentriegelungsvorrichtung zur Entkoppelung der Antriebsverbindung zwischen Elektromotor und Drehsäule, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe als Stirnradgetriebe (2) ausgebildet ist mit einem ersten Abtriebsritzel (2.2), welches in ein an der Drehsäule (DS1) angeordnetes Zahnsegment (3) eingreift, und einem Antriebszahnrad (2.1), in das ein vom Elektromotor (1) angetriebenes zweites Abtriebsritzel (1.2) eingreift, wobei die Entkoppelung durch Auseinanderrücken des zweien Abtriebsritzels (1.2) und des Antriebszahnrades (2.1) des Untersetzungsgetriebes (2) bewirkt wird, in dem der Motor (1) und das zweite Abtriebsritzel (1.2) auf einer Schwenkplatte (4) montiert sind, die mittels eines Entriegelungsmechanismus (6-9) aus einer Antriebsstellung in eine Entkoppelungsstellung schwenkbar ist.
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Abtriebsritzel (1.2) mit dem Elektromotor (1) über ein auf der Schwenkplatte (4) montiertes Schneckengetriebe (1.1) verbunden ist.
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entriegelungsmechanismus einen an einen Pneumatikkreis angeschlossenen, über einen Nothahn (NH) betätigbaren Pneumatikzylinder (6) aufweist, dessen Kolben über ein Hebelgestänge (8-9) mit einem Anlenkpunkt (4.3) der Schwenkplatte (4) verbunden ist, der einen vorgegebenen Abstand zum Drehpunkt (4.1) der Schwenkplatte (4) aufweist.
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pneumatikzylinder (6) in der Antriebstellung der Schwenkplatte (4) belüftet und in ihrer Entkoppelungsstellung entlüftet ist, wobei der Kolben des Pneumatikzylinders (6) durch die Kraft einer Feder (7) in Richtung (a) auf die eingefahrene Stellung im entlüfteten Zustand beaufschlagt ist.
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hebelgestänge als Kniehebelmechanik ausgebildet ist mit einem zweiarmigen Hebel (8), an dessen einem Hebelarm (8.1) die Kolbenstange (6.1) des Pneumatikzylinders (6) angreift, während der andere Hebelarm (8.2) über das Kniegelenk (9.1) mit einem Ende eines einarmigen Hebels (9) verbunden ist, dessen anderes Ende (9.2) gelenkig mit dem Anlenkpunkt (4.3) der Schwenkplatte (4) verbunden ist derart, daß beim Einfahren des Kolbens das Kniegelenk (9.1) eine Bewegung (b) entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens ausführt und über den einarmigen Hebel (9) ein Drehmoment auf die Schwenkplatte (4) ausgeübt wird.
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Kniehebelmechanik (8-9) im belüfteten Zustand des Pneumatikzylinders (6) mit ausgefahrener Kolbenstange (6.1) in einer durch einen Anschlag (10) festgelegten Übertotpunktlage befindet.
- Elektromechanischer Antrieb nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein durch die Kniehebelmechanik (8-9) betätigbarer elektrischer Kontrollschalter einen elektrischen Schaltkreis zur Erzeugung eines Entkoppelungs- und/oder Verriegelungssignals ansteuert.
