Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Falten einer überbreiten Kopflasche an einem Zuschnitt für eine Hinged-Lid-Packung für Zigaretten, bei dem die Kopflasche an die Innenseite einer Klappdeckelvorderwand der Hinged-Lid-Packung angelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Breite der Klappdeckelvorderwand hinausragende Seitenbereiche der Kopflasche an vorgegebenen Knicklinien vorgebogen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Knicklinien der Seitenbereiche der Kopflasche vorgeschwächt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Falten der Kopflasche gleichzeitig ihre Seitenbereiche vorgebogen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopflasche beim Falten zwischen Seitenwangen eines Mundstücks hindurch bewegt wird, deren Abstand voneinander kleiner als die Breite der Kopflasche mit ihren Seitenbereichen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zuschnitt in eine Faltposition gefördert wird, daß die Kopflasche zur Innenfläche einer entlang einer Faltlinie an die Kopflasche angrenzenden Deckelvorderwand hin umgelegt wird, daß dabei die die Breite der Deckelvorderseite überrragenden Seitenbereiche der Kopflasche an vorgegebenen Knicklinien vorgebogen werden und daß der Zuschnitt zur Ausführung weiterer Falt- und Bearbeitungsvorgänge weiter gefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopflasche nach dem Falten gegen die Innenfläche der Deckelvorderwand gepreßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenbereiche der Kopflasche beim Pressen der Kopflasche gegen die Deckelvorderwand vorgebogen werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Falten einer überbreiten Kopflasche an einem Zuschnitt für eine Hinged-Lid-Packung für Zigaretten mit einer Faltstation, Fördermitteln zum arbeitsgerechten Positionieren aufeinanderfolgender Zuschnitte in der Faltstation und Faltmitteln zum Falten und Anlegen der Kopflasche an die Innenfläche einer entlang einer Faltlinie an die Kopflasche angrenzenden Deckelvorderwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (1) zum Vorbiegen von über die Breite der Klappdeckelvorderwand (6) hinausragenden Seitenbereichen (21) der Kopflasche (4) an vorgegebenen Knicklinien (23) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltstation (27) als Mittel zum Vorbiegen ein mit dem Faltmittel (32, 33) zusammenwirkendes Mundstück mit Seitenwangen (34) zugeordnet ist, deren Abstand voneinander kleiner als die Breite der Kopflasche (4) mit Seitenbereichen (21) ist und daß das Faltmittel ein die Kopflasche (4) durch das Mundstück (34) bewegendes und dabei die Seitenbereiche (21) umbiegendes Faltorgan (33) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Seitenwangen (34) des Mundstücks größer ist als die Breite der Klappdeckelvorderwand (6) und kleiner als die Gesamtbreite der Kopflasche (4) mit Seitenbereichen (21).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltstation (27) eine Preßstation (43) nachgeordnet ist, welche Preßmittel (44) mit Preßflächen (52, 53) zum Anpressen der umgefalteten Kopflasche (4) gegen die Innenfläche der Deckelvorderwand (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Preßmittel (44) ein Gesenk mit Obergesenk (46) und Untergesenk (47) vorgesehen ist, daß das Obergesenk (46) und/oder das Untergesenk (47) schräg zur Preßfläche (52 bzw. 53) konvergierende Seitenpreßflächen (54) zum gemeinsamen Umbiegen der Seitenbereiche (21) der Kopflasche (4) und äußerer Deckelseitenlappen (13) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltstation (27) und die Preßstation (43) einer die Zuschnitte (2) einzeln nacheinander quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung bewegenden Fördereinrichtung (24) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltstation (27) und die Preßstation (43) einer die Zuschnitte (2) um Zigarettenblöcke (3) herumfaltenden Packmaschine zugeordnet sind.
