Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen aus Zuschnitten aus insbesondere dünnem Karton oder ähnlichem Verpackungsmaterial, wobei innerhalb der Packung Vorsprünge, insbesondere Stützvorsprünge (17), angeordnet sind und die Vorsprünge mindestens teilweise am ebenen bzw. vorzugsweise weitgehend ungefalteten Zuschnitt verformt werden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Vorsprünge zur Abstützung eines Packungsinhalts, nämlich eines Zigarettenblocks (18), werden durch Faltstege (19) bzw. durch Faltlappen (45, 46) im Bereich einer Bodenwand (16) der Packung gebildet,b) die ungefalteten, ebenen Zuschnitte werden im Bereich einer Zuschnittbahn (25) hinsichtlich der Faltstege (19) bzw. Faltlappen (45, 46) mindestens teilweise gefaltet, insbesondere vorgefaltet, zur Brechung von Faltlinien,c) die Faltstege (19) kehren im Anschluss an die Vorfaltung zur weiteren Verarbeitung in die ebene Ursprungsform des Zuschnitts zurück,d) nach dem Zurückkehren des Zuschnitts in die ebene Ursprungsform wird der Zuschnitt in üblicher Weise verarbeitet, nämlich gefaltet und befüllt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Verarbeiten der Zuschnitte in üblicher Weise, nämlich vor dem Falten und Befüllen derselben, einzelne Faltlappen (45, 46) im Bereich der Zuschnittbahn (25) in die packungsgemäße Faltstellung gefaltet werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen aus Zuschnitten aus dünnem Karton oder ähnlichem Verpackungsmaterial, vorzugsweise von Packungen des Typs Klappschachtel, wobei die herzustellenden Packungen Vorsprünge insbesondere Stützvorsprünge (17) aufweisen, mit einer Zuschnittbahn (25) zum Transport der ebenen, weitgehend ungefalteten Zuschnitte in Richtung eines Faltrevolvers (28) mit Taschen (29) zur Aufnahme der Zuschnitte und zum Patten derselben, wobei im Bereich der Zuschnittbahn (25) Falt- bzw. Formorgane ortsfest positioniert sind zur wenigstens teitweisen Faltung bzw. Verformung der Vorsprünge während des Transports der Zuschnitte entlang der Zuschnittbahn (25), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) durch die Fält- bzw. Formorgane sind durch Stanzungen begrenzte Faltstege (19) und/oder Faltlappen (45, 46) der Zuschnitte als Vorsprünge zur Abstützung eines Packungsinhalts nämlich eines Zigarettenblocks (18) mindestens teilweise faltbar, insbesondere vorfaltbar, zur Brechung von Faltlinien,b) der Zuschnittbahn (25) sind Führungsorgane, insbesondere Unterführung (26) und/oder Oberführung (27), zugeordnet zur Rückbewegung der teilweise gefalteten Faltstege (19) in die ebene Ursprungsform des Zuschnitts.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb und/oder oberhalb der Zuschnittbahn (25) bewegbare, insbesondere drehende Faltorgane angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise Falträder (32, 51) bzw. Drehkörper (58) mit am Außenumfang angeordneten bzw. vorstehenden Faltwerkzeugen, insbesondere Faltvorsprüngen (34, 52) oder Faltstäben (57), die im Bereich der Bewegungsbahn der Faltstege (19) bzw. Faltlappen (45, 46) wirken und von unten oder oben unter Verformung der Faltstege (19) bzw. Faltlappen (45, 46) auf diese einwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der zu den Faltwerkzeugen (32, 51, 58) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bewegungsbahn der Zuschnitte Gegenwerkzeuge angeordnet sind, insbesondere ortsfeste bzw. feststehende Niederhalter, wie Gegenräder (33), Faltleisten (59).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung an die Faltwerkzeuge (51) anschließende weitere Faltorgane zur Vervollständigung der Verformung oder Faltung der Faltstege (19) oder Faltlappen (45, 46) angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise auf der zu den Faltwerkzeugen (51) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bewegungsbahn der Zuschnitte.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren, zusätzlichen Faltorgane feststehend angeordnet sind, insbesondere als feststehende Faltleisten bzw. Faltschuhe (54), die die Faltung der Faltstege (19) oder Faltlappen (45, 46) aufgrund Relativbewegung der transportierten Zuschnitte bewirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Vervollständigung von vorgefalteten Faltstegen (19) oder Faltlappen (45, 46) weitere Faltorgane den Zuschnitten zugeordnet sind, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Übergabe der Zuschnitte an den Faltrevolver (28), insbesondere relativ zu den Zuschnitten bewegbare Faltfinger (42).
