Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a Package or the like.
- "Direct Mailing" is used.
- enveloped pieces of this type bear on the outside Name and postal address visible or printed at any time of the addressee intended for reception and this information can also on the inside of the outside mentioned lying content, namely on one or more parts of content be printed.
- the outside can be covered by an envelope or an envelope and its separate content one or more letter pages, a card, a return envelope, an irregular or several millimeters thick object such as a gimmick or the like.
- the comparison mentioned is to match the personalizations on the envelope and contents of the package especially necessary if these shipping parts are on separate production or printing machines as endless webs be prefabricated.
- the shipping parts are on these machines in the longitudinal direction successively and in terms of the personalizations in the same order.
- the endless webs are back by compacting in separate memories, such as roles or Zigzag stack, transferred.
- the stores will then open another, separate machine and, if necessary, united to the finished package.
- the personalized one Endless web is then subtracted from the memory, then cut lengthways and then into individual sheets.
- the Sheets are then folded one or more times across, to fit in the envelope, which is shorter than its length.
- the folded sheets are folded in at the end of the folding Condition stacked on top of each other. They can already prefabricated and then on a separate machine personalized envelopes for personalization in the same order as the leaves in one of this separate stack are merged, the separate from the leaves is.
- the stacked magazines With another machine, for example a so-called Inserting machine, the stacked magazines then the related, namely immediately personalized, Envelopes and parts of content removed and merged.
- the two superimposed cover pages of the Envelope at its top edge across the width of the envelope its unsealed envelope opening is still accessible.
- the Cover sheets must be apart to widen the envelope opening to be pulled.
- the inserter or Insert the contents through the envelope opening between the cover pages.
- the envelope opening can be opened Flip a locking tab that is closed in its Secured position with the specified connection or is locked.
- the two can also Cover sheets with across the cover opening and between the Cover pages and at the ends of the cover opening subsequent side straps secured against each other be. So the envelope is not just at the opening away from the bottom edge, but also on one or both Side edges closed or limited with a fold.
- Reconciliation is not necessary if the envelope and content each package as a horizontal strip from the endless web manufactured and therefore first of all in one piece be personalized. After that, it can be used as content for the successive packages certain side strips one or more times with a plow folder Fold lines are folded in multiple layers, which are to the longitudinal direction lie parallel to the endless path. With cuts that run across The content strip will then lie in the longitudinal direction of the endless web divided into individual content sections, which in Follow each other and are narrower than the envelope. The width of the envelope is parallel to Longitudinal direction of the endless path. The one for making the envelope certain side or edge strips of the endless web connects directly to the content strip, namely expediently with the top edge of one of its cover sheets, especially with your back sheet.
- the folded content strip then becomes one to the longitudinal direction fold line parallel to the endless web on the inside of the associated cover page or on the one still in one single level spread envelope folded. Then the content strip is in this position by a cut parallel to the longitudinal direction of the endless web from Envelope strips separated. Thereupon the envelope strip together with the folded content strip by one Longitudinal direction of the continuous web parallel fold line double-layered folded. This will bring them across the envelope secured content completely between the folding strips to lie. These folding strips are used to manufacture the two covers of each envelope. Until then still connected in one piece in the longitudinal direction of the endless web Envelopes are then cut across this Longitudinal direction, namely producing the side edges of the Envelopes, separated from each other. This makes them separate and isolated packages.
- the invention has for its object a method, a Device to create a package through which Disadvantages of known training or the type described are avoided. Furthermore, advantages of the explained type be achieved. Furthermore, personalizations should be compared securely the shipping parts of each package one simple and high quality manufacture of such Ensure packages.
- the single envelope comes with a side tab arrangement or the like during a transport movement. produced. At least a content part or all content parts of the complete Contents of the individual shipping item will be at the latest then at least one of the two cover sheets on the inside of the associated single envelope arranged when the previously protruding cover sheets in the closed position be placed on top of each other.
- the individual content part can on this inside then be filed when the cover pages are spread out at the same level as a settlement or if the cover sheets against each other around a fold line are pivoted so that they are transverse or perpendicular to each other stand and therefore their insides a protruding angle limit.
- Immediately successive envelope blanks are appropriately separated from each other, i.e. isolated.
- the part of the content is, if necessary prefolded, suitably first the inside of the second cover sheet, which is preferably formed by the back sheet of the envelope, but can also be formed by the front sheet.
- the Spine forms the back of the finished envelope or Package and the front sheet forms its personalized Front.
- the first cover page is useful wider or larger than the second cover page.
- the first cover sheet has a transverse to the side flaps Opening flap.
- the locking tab becomes a lock of the envelope through its opening to the outside of the second cover sheet folded and directly on this fixed.
- Side tabs for the mutual connection of the Cover sheets can also be provided or only on the back sheet be, the width of which is then expediently equal to that of the Front sheet is.
- the side flap or side flap arrangement can be cut to size of the envelope to only one cover sheet or both Connect cover sheets.
- the side flap closes over hers Conveniently, the folding zone directly on the first cover sheet.
- the side flap is already advantageous from the level of this associated cover sheet folded out, namely transversely or folded in parallel to this cover sheet, while the content part or full content against the Inside of this cover sheet.
- the individual Side edge of this content is therefore opposite the free, inward longitudinal edge of the associated side flap shifted inwards.
- the contents of this filing can do this Do not touch the side tab. Your long edge can be parallel to the associated fold.
- the side flap can also transverse to the associated cover sheet or in whose cut level lie, while the content part or full content against the inside of this cover page is created.
- the expansion of the shipping parts parallel to their side edges or the number of the same material web for the individual shipping item can separate shipping items any size can be chosen.
- these shipping parts adjoining in the longitudinal direction of the material web prefabricated and then separated by separation from each other and then merged into the finished package will.
- blanks and blanks contain shipping parts the material web is thus in the direction of the side edges all shipping parts of the packages are promoted.
- While a content part or several content parts with the envelope blank or directly connected to each other are, e.g. in one piece or by adhesion, they can be made to cross Fold lines lying in the first conveying direction are folded in this way be that the individual content part only two or three layers is.
- the part unit can in the first conveying direction moved and by folding parallel to this conveying direction be shortened.
- the content part also on the associated first or second or leading Cover page to be folded. Assigns this cover page Side flaps, so they are opened to the Put the content part past them on the cover sheet. Know the lagging cover page on side flaps so they can already collapsed.
- the leading side flaps Cover page will be useful during the continuation the first conveying movement on the folded content part folded inwards during the lagging cover sheet still captured in the folding device for the content part and so the part unit is secured in position during the run is.
- the glue or the like. for fastening the side straps applied and thereby a corresponding adhesion generated.
- This adhesiveness is not expedient the side flaps or on the leading cover sheet, but in correspondingly limited areas on the inside of the lagging cover sheet downstream of the folder generated. This allows the side tabs against the content part be pressed without the hold-down provided dirty with adhesive.
- the parts are expediently separated into a second conveying direction perpendicular to the first Direction of conveyance on a second conveying line likewise transported parallel to their layer level, namely now at right angles across the side edges of your shipping parts.
- the transition between the two transverse to each other Conveying movements are advantageously carried out continuously, by the individual subunit at the end of the first conveying movement fixed by stop against this conveying movement and already there or immediately afterwards, i.e. in the essentially without standstill, in the second conveying direction is moved on. This deflection of the conveying movement takes place immediately after the folding of the content section into a direction parallel to its folds.
- Lying folded Side tabs or the content part as close as possible to leading end of the subunit, so they act on Stop at the end of the first conveying movement like lateral, U-shaped Stiffening profiles against compression deformation.
- the Stop or conveying speed can be without the Risk of damage can be increased.
- the material part has corresponding markings and is double-layered. Its two layers each have a mark. The two layers are glued or the like. also securely connected to each other. This allows the layers well guided away from the ongoing cuts together, e.g. can only be extracted from one side.
- the package according to the invention has at least one Part of the content or as a complete, removable in the envelope arranged content a content arrangement.
- the order of contents also lies with the finished package inwards or to the side of the middle of the envelope width offset from the longitudinal edge of each side tab.
- This Longitudinal edge can namely the content even during the funding prevent it in the second conveying direction as a stop one side between the side flap and the cover sheet connected to this only via the fold slip, although this also by pushing open the package can be reached with this side edge.
- the side tab arrangement is advantageous during the first folded inward, then before the Cross separation of the subunits at least partially again opened outwards and finally after this cross separation folded back into its final position.
- the position clamping of the content part with the side flap can then be maintained from that moment until another part of the content is inserted or after that the Cover sheets transferred into the mutually overlapping closed position will.
- the device according to the invention has a conveyor track for the material or the material web in which the Material expedient during all of the above-mentioned edits essentially or continuously through processing stations is moved, which is the processing explained To run.
- the continuous movement can be up to to each and every one of these edits. Almost up to the separation or cross separation of the parts the material web is useful from one to one Store following inlet continuously and across its width evenly stretched longitudinally.
- the funding movement takes place in each case over the entire first conveyor line and over the entire second conveyor line continuously and can in the second Conveyor line as fast as in the first conveyor line or, on the other hand, be slightly faster.
- the material can also cross to Funding level can be redirected several times.
- the general funding levels the two conveyor lines are expediently parallel, especially horizontal. At these levels, the working column are essentially all processing stations.
