Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Begrenzung der Kraft, die auf einen Betätigungsmechanismus (14) für eine Bindevorrichtung (2) und/oder eine Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (1) ausgeübt wird, wobei der Betätigungsmechanismus (14) aus einer drehbaren Achse (6) besteht, die mit dem entsprechenden bewegbaren Teil (15) der Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) derart gekoppelt ist, daß eine rotative Bewegung der Achse (6) in eine translatorische Bewegung des entsprechenden bewegbaren Teils (15) der Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) umgesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Betätigungsmechanismus (14) ein Kopplungsmechanismus (4) vorgesehen ist, der bei Überschreiten einer auf den Betätigungsmechanismus (14) ausgeübten, maximal zulässigen Kraft (F) zerstört wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus (14) für die Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) einen Hebel (5) aufweist, der mit der drehbaren Achse (6) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus (14) für die Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) einen Motor aufweist, der die drehbare Achse (6) antreibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopplungsmechanismus (4) aus einem Stift (8) besteht, der die Verbindung zwischen dem Motor bzw. dem Hebel (5) und der drehbaren Achse (6) herstellt und der bei Überschreiten einer maximalen zulässigen Kraft (F) bricht.
- Vorrichtung zur Begrenzung der Kraft, die auf einen Betätigungsmechanismus (14) für eine Bindevorrichtung (2) und/oder eine Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (1) ausgeübt wird, wobei der Betätigungsmechanismus (14) aus einer drehbaren Achse (6) besteht, die mit dem entsprechenden bewegbaren Teil (15) der Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) derart gekoppelt ist, daß eine rotative Bewegung der Achse (6) in eine translatorische Bewegung des entsprechenden bewegbaren Teils (15) der Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) umgesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Betätigungsmechanismus (14) ein Kopplungsmechanismus (4) vorgesehen ist, der aus folgenden Teilen besteht: einer Ausnehmung (10) im Endbereich der drehbaren Achse (6), in dem ein Motor bzw. ein Hebel (5) angreift; in dem Verbindungsstück zwischen Motor und drehbarer Achse (6) bzw. Hebel (5) und drehbarer Achse (6) ist ein Hohlraum (11) zur Aufnahme einer Feder (12) vorgesehen; die Kopplung zwischen drehbarer Achse (6) und Motor bzw. Hebel (5) wird über ein Kontaktelement (13) erzielt, das bei vorschriftsmäßiger Betätigung der Binde- und/oder Loch-/Stanzvorrichtung (2; 1) in die Ausnehmung (10) eingreift und bei Überschreiten der maximal zulässigen Kraft (F) auf den Betätigungsmechanismus (14) aus der Ausnehmung (10) herausspringt, so daß der Motor bzw. der Hebel (5) von der drehbaren Achse (6) entkoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Ausnehmung (10) um eine rillenförmige Vertiefung und bei dem Kontaktelement (13) um eine Kugel handelt.
