Claims (3)
- Kassettenwalzgerüst für ein Duo-Walzenpaar, dessen Lagereinbaustücke in einer, in ein Traggerüst ein- und aus diesem ausbringbaren, von zwei Ständerrahmen gebildeten Kassette geführt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ständerrahmen als oben offene U-Rahmen (1) ausgebildet, an ihren einander gegenüberliegenden U-Flanschenpaaren (1a, 1b) Führungen (1d) für die Lagereinbaustücke (2) der unteren Walze und eines der U-Flanschenpaare (1b) Verlängerungsansätze (1c) mit Schwenklagern (5) für die, diesen zugewandten Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke (3) der oberen Walze (4) aufweisen, und daß die anderen, den Verlängerungsansätzen (1c) abgewandten Seiten der Sagereinbaustücke über federelastische Lenkerstößel (7) mit den entsprechenden Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke (2) der unteren Walze verbunden und Anstellvorrichtung (11) sowie die Auflage- und Meßeinrichtungen (13) für das Kassettenwalzgerüst im Traggerüst angeordnet sind. - Kassettenwalzgerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Lagereinbaustücke (3) der oberen Walze (4) durch eine Schwenktraverse (6) miteinander verbunden in den Verlängerungsansätzen (1c) der U-Flanschen (1) lagern. - Kassettenwalzgerüst nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Traggerüst aus einer oberen Traverse (8) und einer unteren Traverse (9) besteht, die durch Zuganker (10) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei unter der oberen Traverse (8) eine, vorzugsweise hydraulische Anstelleinrichtung (11) und auf der unteren Traverse die Auflageelemente (12) für das Kassettenwalzgerüst und Druckmeßdosen (13) angeordnet sind.
