Wie aus Fig. 1 zu ersehen, besteht das Kassettenwalzgerüst aus einem
Ständerrahmen-Paar, das aus oben offenen U-Rahmen 1 ausgebildet ist.
Von den einander gegenüberliegenden Flanschenpaaren 1a, 1b weist
das eine, hier 1b, Verlängerungsansätze 1c auf und beide Flanschenpaare
1a und 1b innenseitig Führungen 1d für das Lagereinbaustück
2 der, nicht dargestellten unteren Walzen des Duo-Walzenpaares. Die
den Verlängerungsansätzen 1c zugewandten Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke
3 sind mit Schwenklagern 5 an diesen angelenkt und untereinander
durch eine Traverse 6 verbunden. Die den Verlängerungsansätzen
5 abgewandten Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke 3 sind über einen Lenkerstößel
7 an die entsprechenden Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke 2 für
die untere Walze angelenkt. Dieser Lenkerstößel 7 besteht aus einem
federelastischen Werkstoff. Das Kassettenwalzgerüst ist, wie aus
Fig. 1 zu ersehen, in ein Traggerüst eingesetzt, das aus einer
oberen Traverse 8 und einer unteren Traverse 9 besteht, die durch
Zuganker 10 miteinander verbunden sind. Die obere Traverse 8 trägt
die Anstellvorrichtung 11, die die Einbaustücke 3 für die obere
Walze 4 beaufschlagt, und auf der unteren Traverse 9 sind die
Schienen 12 für das Ein- und Ausfahren des Kassettenwalzgerüstes

Claims (3)
