Abstract

Ein Kassetten-Walzgerüst für ein Duo-Walzenpaar, bei dem die Lagereinbaustücke (2,3) in einer Kassette geführt sind, die aus zwei Ständerrahmen besteht. Die Ständerrahmen sind als oben offene U-Rahmen (1) ausgebildet und weisen an ihren, einander gegenüberliegenden U-Flanschenpaaren (1a,1b) Führungen (1d) für die Lagereinbaustücke (2) der unteren Walze auf. Eines der U-Flanschenpaare (1b) ist mit Verlängerungsansätzen (1c) ausgestattet, die Schwenklager (5) tragen, an die die Lagereinbaustücke (3) der oberen Walze (4) angelenkt sind. Die anderen, den Verlängerungsansätzen (1c) abgewandten Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke (3) sind über federelastische Lenkerstößel (7) mit den entsprechenden Seiten der Lagereinbaustücke (2) der unteren Walze verbunden. Anstellvorrichtung (11) sowie die Auflage- und Meßeinrichtungen (13) für das Kassetten-Walzgerüst sind in dem Traggerüst angeordnet.

A cassette roll stand for a pair of duo rolls, in which the bearing chocks (2, 3) are guided in a cassette that consists of two stand frames. The stand frames are designed as U-frames (1) which are open at the top and have guides (1d) for the bearing chocks (2) of the lower roller on their mutually opposite pairs of U-flanges (1a, 1b). One of the pairs of U flanges (1b) is equipped with extension lugs (1c) which carry pivot bearings (5) to which the bearing chocks (3) of the upper roller (4) are articulated. The other sides of the bearing chocks (3) facing away from the extension lugs (1c) are connected to the corresponding sides of the bearing chocks (2) of the lower roller via spring-elastic handlebar tappets (7). Adjusting device (11) and the support and measuring devices (13) for the cassette roll stand are arranged in the support stand.
