Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biegevorrichtung für Vier- oder Mehrwalzengerüste mit Arbeitswalzen, Stützwalzen und gegebenenfalls zwischen Arbeitswalzen und Stützwalzen angeordneten Zwischenwalzen, bei denen beidseitig an jedem Lagereinbaustück der Walzen Biegeblöcke angreifen, die in den Fenstern des Walzgerüstes vertikal geführt sind, wobei die sich jeweils vertikal gegenüberliegenden Biegeblöcke eines Walzenpaares über Kolben-Zylindereinheiten aufeinander zu- und voneinander weg bewegbar sind. Dabei greift an jedem Lagereinbaustück (5,6) beidseitig je ein zweiter vertikal verschiebbar geführter Biegeblock (16,17) an, der unabhängig von dem ersten Biegeblock (8,9) über eine sich am Walzenständer (7) abstützende Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (18) bewegbar ist.
