Abstract

Das mit der Zielsetzung eines vereinfachten Einbaus und Ausbaus der Walzen sowie einer Vereinfachung der Gerüstkonstruktion entwickelte Mehrwalzengerüst, insbesondere ein Sextowalzgerüst (1) ist mit einer oberen und einer unteren Arbeitswalze (2, 3) ausgerüstet, die in Einbaustücken (4, 5) gelagert sind, ferner mit einer oberen und einer unteren Zwischenwalze (6, 7), die in Einbaustücken (8, 9) lagern, sowie mit einer oberen und einer unteren Stützwalze (10, 11), deren Lager in einem oberen und einem unteren Einbaustück (12, 13) angeordnet sind. Das Sextowalzgerüst (1) weist ferner zwei in die Fenster (16) der beiden Walzenständer (14, 15) integrierte Funktionseinheiten mit je vier symmetrisch und parallel zur Walzenachsenebene (17-17) angeordneten, hydraulischen Stellzylindereinheiten (18, 18; 19, 19) auf, wobei jede Stellzylindereinheit (18, 19) aus einem oberen Stellzylinder (18a, 19a) mit einem oberen, auf das Einbaustück (12) der oberen Stützwalze (10) wirkenden Stellkolben (20a, 21a) und einem unteren Stellzylinder (18b, 19b) mit einem unteren, auf das Einbaustück (13) der unteren Stützwalze (11) wirkenden Stellkolben (20b, 21b) zum Ausbalancieren der Stützwalze (10) besteht und die beiden Stellzylinder (18a, 18b; 19a, 19b) jeder Stellzylindereinheit (18, 19) koaxial in einem gemeinsamen Zylindergehäuse (22, 23) eingebaut sind, das durch einen Boden (22a, 23a) in zwei Zylinderkammern (21b, 21c; 23b, 23c) aufgeteilt ist, sowie auf den Stellzylindern (18a, 18b; 19a, 19b) der Stellzylindereinheiten (18, 19) hydraulisch verschiebbare, doppeltwirkende, eine Biegung der Zwischenwalzen (6, 7) und der Arbeitswalzen (2, 3) bewirkende Stellhülsen (24a, 24b; 25a, 25b),die mittels Nasen (26) an den Einbaustücken (8, 9; 4, 5) der Zwischenwalzen (6, 7) und der Arbeitswalzen (2, 3) angreifen.
