Abstract
Das Walzgerüst (1) ist zum flexiblen Walzen von Bandmaterial (2) bestimmt. Die untere und die obere Arbeitswalze (3,4) des Walzgerüstes (1) sind in zwei unteren und zwei oberen angetriebenen Stützwalzen (5,6; 7,8) gelagert, die symmetrisch zur senkrechten Walzenachsenebene (9-9) der Arbeitswalzen (3,4) angeordnet und paarweise (5,6; 7,8) in unteren und oberen Stützwalzeneinbaustücken (10,11) in Lagereinheiten (10a, 10b, 11a, 11b) in Achsrichtung verschiebbar gelagert sind. Die vier Stützwalzen (5,6,7,8) sind zum Ausgleich der auftretenden Walzensatzdurchbiegung und zur Anpassung an die Bandbreite um gleiche und unterschiedliche Strecken unabhängig voneinander zur senkrechten Mittelebene des Walzgerüstes (1) gegensinnig axial verschiebbar. The lower and the upper work roll (3, 4) of the roll stand (1) are mounted in two lower and two upper driven support rolls (5, 6; 7, 8), which are symmetrical to the vertical roll axis plane (9-9) of the work rolls (3 , 4) and in pairs (5,6; 7,8) in lower and upper back-up roller chocks (10,11) in bearing units (10a, 10b, 11a, 11b) are slidably mounted in the axial direction. The four support rollers (5, 6, 7, 8) can be axially displaced in opposite directions to compensate for the bending of the roller sets and to adapt to the strip width by the same and different distances independently of one another to the vertical center plane of the roll stand (1).
