Abstract

Ein Strangführungssegment in einer Brammen- oder Dünnbrammenstranggießanlage besteht aus einer Vielzahl von Strangführungsrollen (5), die zusammenwirkende Rollenpaare bilden und die jeweils in einander gegenüberliegenden Rollenträgern (4) gelagert sind, wobei jeweils nebeneinander angeordnete Rollenträger (4) in einem Außenbogensegmentrahmen (1) und in einem gegebenenfalls relativ zu diesem verlagerbare Innenbogensegmentrahmen (2) abgestützt sind, wobei mindestens eine Strangführungsrolle (5a, 5b) eines Rollenpaares mit einem Drehantrieb (9a, 9b) verbunden ist und der eine Strangführungsrolle (5a) dieses Rollenpaares tragende verlagerbare Rollenträger (7) über eine Verstelleinrichtung (10) mit dem Innenbogensegmentrahmen (2) verbunden und relativ zu diesem bewegbar angeordnet ist. Zur Symmetrierung des Anpressdruckes auf den Gießstrang und zur Reduktion der Investitions- und Betriebskosten wird vorgeschlagen, dass ausschließlich eine zentrisch am verlagerbaren Rollenträger (7) und am Innenbogensegmentrahmen (2) angreifende Verstelleinrichtung (10) angeordnet ist und Führungen (15a, 16a) am verlagerbaren Rollenträger (7) mit Gegenführungen (15b, 16b) am Innenbogensegmentrahmen (2) in Eingriff sind.
