  • Such a parking garage is known from DE 43 40 617 A1.
  • Parking garage are the storage system with its one above the other Storage levels and the transport facilities upstream of so-called entry points, where the parking garage users park their cars on a pallet and then leave the entrance area.
  • the car is then from Transport devices with the pallet on one assigned to the entry point Buffer space pushed and transported from there to the vertical conveyor which is then transported to the storage levels.
  • Transport devices with the pallet on one assigned to the entry point Buffer space pushed and transported from there to the vertical conveyor which is then transported to the storage levels.
  • the required buffer space as an interface between Entry point and transport device requires additional floor space.
  • additional means of transport for the transfer from the buffer space to the storage system required.
  • the storage system is arranged one above the other Storage levels, transport facilities for the transport of cars on one Load carriers and with a transfer device for cars to the transport facilities educated.
  • To take over cars is the parking garage with vertical conveyor trained in which charge carriers are arranged.
  • Every load carrier for the cars trained with complex conveyor technology for taking over and delivering the cars is.
  • EP 462 125 B1 describes a storage system for any goods to be stored Rolling pallets are stored in a shelf warehouse. For quick inventory turnover To make it possible in the warehouse are also separate transport devices for the roll pallets with the goods for the horizontal and the vertical transport provided. The separation is, here by handing over the Roll pallet at a transfer point for transport from the vertical conveyor to the Horizontal conveyor reached. The transfer point is the interface between the two Transport directions provided. The positive effect is already being used, that the high sortability of the storage system by separating the transport directions leads to short storage and retrieval times. This well-known storage system was adopted virtually unchanged in DE 93 05 367 U1 and for a parking garage used.
  • Another parking garage is known from EP-A-351 374.

  • the transfer of the load carrier by car to a horizontal conveyor enables cars to be stored in storage channels in the entry and exit levels.
  • the control system of the parking garage comprises a car guidance system and a person guidance system for variable access to the parking garage at any transfer device for cars to the storage system.
  • a particular advantage of the embodiment according to the invention lies in the fact that the transfer devices can be optionally set by the control system for entry or exit operation.
  • the transfer device can also be driven through independently of entry and exit operation in forward travel.
  • This version it is also possible to provide in a storage level, for example workshops or washing systems, which require the transfer of the car to a horizontal conveyor in this storage level.
  • the transport directions are separated in the storage area.
  • the vertical conveyors transport the car on the load carrier to a specified storage level and set it down at a transfer point where the load carrier including the car is taken over by a horizontal conveyor. This transfer point forms the interface between horizontal and vertical transport, which ensures the high sortability within the parking garage.
  • a roller pallet is provided as the load carrier, which is formed with coupling elements, so that the roller pallets form a pallet train coupled to one another within the storage channels.
  • only the vertical and horizontal conveyors have to be designed with means for handling the pallets, such that the roit pallets are coupled in the storage channels and are properly handed over at the interface, and in such a way that the roller pallets are supplied and disposed of at the transfer device or the transport device for vertical transport can take place.
