Claims (26)
- Türantrieb für eine Drehflügeltür vorzugsweise in einem Gebäudemit einem elektrischen Motor zum motorischen oder motorisch unterstützten Öffnen und/oder Schließen des Drehtürflügels, vorzugsweise Servotürschließer, welcher eine Schließerfeder zum selbsttätigen Schließen und einen elektrischen Motor zum Beaufschlagen der Schließerfeder, um den Drehtürflügel ohne oder mit reduziertem Öffnungswiderstand der Schließerfeder von Hand öffnen zu können, aufweistund mit einer ein elektrisches Signal abgebenden Schaltvorrichtung zur Betätigung des elektrischen Motors, vorzugsweise einem Schalter zum Einschalten des elektrischen Motors,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung (6) zur Betätigung des elektrischen Motors im Bereich eines Türgriffes (13) am Drehtürflügel (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schaltvorrichtung (6) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie von dem Türgriff (13) in Abhängigkeit von dessen Betätigung beaufschlagt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung (6) am Türflügel (1) fest oder am Türgriff (13) fest oder im Bereich eines am ortsfesten Tüprahmen angeordneten Schließblechs oder Schloßkastens fest angeordnet ist und die Betätigung der Schaltvorrichtung (6) durch eine Relativbewegung des Türgriffes (13) gegenüber dem Türflügel (1) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung (6) einen Sensor, z.B. Mikroschalter, Reedschalter, Funkeinrichtung oder dergleichen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung elektrisch leitende Bereiche aufweist, welche bei gegenseitiger Berührung abhängig von der Betätigung des Türgriffes (13) ein Steuersignal erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Drehtürflügel (1) einen Schloßbereich (5) mit Schloßfalle aufweist und der Türgriff (13) im Schloßbereich (5) angeordnet ist und/oder diesen durchgreift, wobei der Türgriff (13) die am Türflügel (1) angeordnete Schloßfalle (51) betätigt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schloßbereich (5) einen durch den Schloßbereich (5) hindurchgreifenden Drückerstab (17) aufweist und die Schaltvorrichtung (6) im Drehbereich des Drückerstabes (17) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie zum Schaltvorgang mit dem Drückerstab (17) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Türgriff (13) ein flügelfestes Beschlagteil (14), z.B. Lager, Führung, Rosette oder dgl. aufweist und die Schaltvorrichtung (6) an dem flügelfesten Beschlagteil (14) im Bereich einer Bewegungsachse des Türgriffes (13), z.B. Dreh- oder Schwenkachse, derart angeordnet ist, daß sie zum Schaltvorgang mit dem Türgriff (13) mittelbar oder unmittelbar zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung (6) auf dem Türblatt (1) oder einem mit dem Türblatt (1) verbundenen Teil (4) angeordnet ist und zum Schaltvorgang unmittelbar mit dem Türgriff (13) zusammenwirkt, oder umgekehrt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung (6) innerhalb des Türgriffes (13) angeordnet ist, wobei der Türgriff (13) vorzugsweise rohrförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen dem Türblatt (1) oder dem damit verbundenen Teil (4) und dem Türgriff (13) ein Zwischenglied angeordnet ist, welches eine Relativbewegung zwischen Türgriff (13) und Türblatt (1) ermöglicht und/oder begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Zwischenglied um einen flexiblen Elastikkörper (42), z.B. Gummi oder Elastomer, oder eine Feder, z.B. Druck- oder Tellerfeder (45), handelt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türgriff (13) drückbar, ziehbar, drehbar oder schwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch nach Anspruch 12 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltweg und/oder Schaltpunkt der Schaltvorrichtung (6) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der elektrische Motor am ortsfesten Türrahmen (2) oberhalb des Flügels (1) oder am Türflügel angeordnet ist, wobei der Motor mit seinem Abtriebsglied, vorzugsweise seiner Abtriebswelle (32) mit dem Flügel (1) bzw. dem ortsfesten Türrahmen (2) über ein kraftübertragendes Gestänge (33) verbunden ist, dessen freies Ende am Flügel (1) bzw. am ortsfesten Türrahmen (2) außerhalb der Drehachse des Flügels (1) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schaltvorrichtung mit dem Motor über ein elektrisches Kabel und/oder einen Schleifkontakt und/oder über Funk verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltvorrichtung einen Sender, vorzugsweise Funksender odgl. aufweist oder mit einem solchen Sender verbunden ist oder zusammenwirkt und daß ein Empfänger, vorzugsweise Funkempfänger, vorgesehen ist, der vorzugsweise mit dem Motor oder einer Steuerungsvorrichtung des Motors verbunden ist oder zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Sender im Flügel fest oder im Türrahmen fest angeordnet ist, z.B. im Bereich des Schloßkastens oder Schließbleches.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Sender im Bereich des Türgriffs, vorzugsweise im Türgriff fest angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Empfänger im Antrieb oder in unmittelbarer Nähe des Antriebs angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Sender und/oder der Empfänger von einem oder mehreren Akkumulatoren mit Energie versorgt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Akkumulator zur Versorgung des Senders im Blendrahmen fest oder im Flügel fest oder im Türgriff fest angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Akkumulator zur Versorgung des Senders im Bereich des Senders angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise als Baueinheit mit dem Sender.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Signal zur Ansteuerung als Impuls ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Signal zu Ansteuerung als Permanent-Signal ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Motor zum motorischen oder motorisch unterstützten Öffnen und/oder Schließen des Türflügels nur solange eingeschaltet ist, wie das Signal zur Ansteuerung anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Motor zum motorischen oder motorisch unterstützten Öffnen und/oder Schließen des Türflügels über einen Impuls, vorzugsweise ein Signal zur Ansteuerung, eingeschaltet wird und eingeschaltet bleibt, solange bis der Türflügel eine gesamte Öffnungsbewegung/Schließbewegung ausgeführt hat.
