Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Zylinderkopfhaube für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Haubenteil (2) und einer Dichtung (4) aus einem Elastomer (6), die eine Versteifung (8) enthält und zum Abdichten gegenüber einer Zylinderkopfoberfläche (12) dient, gekennzeichnet durchFormen des Haubenteils (2) aus Kunststoff,Aktivieren einer dem Haubenteil gegenüberstehenden Fläche (5) der Dichtung (4) durch Koronabehandlung,Aufbringen von Klebstoff (7) auf die aktivierte Fläche (5) der Dichtung und/oder auf eine Gegenfläche (16) des Haubenteils (2),Einbringen von Haubenteil (2) und Dichtung (4) in eine heizbare, vorgewärmte Klebevorrichtung,Halten der Klebevorrichtung in geschlossenem Zustand für eine vorgegebene Zeit auf einer vorgegebenen Temperatur undEntnehmen der fertigen Zylinderkopfhaube aus der Klebevorrichtung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch eine der Dichtung gegenüberstehende Fläche (16) des Haubenteils (2) durch eine Koronabehandlung aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koronabehandlung eine Hochfrequenzbehandlung ist.
- Zylinderkopfhaube für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Haubenteil (2) und einer Dichtung (4) aus einem Elastomer, die eine metallene Versteifung (8) enthält und zum Abdichten gegenüber dem Haubenteil (2) und einer Zylinderkopfoberfläche (12) dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Haubenteil (2) aus Kunststoff besteht undHaubenteil (2) und Dichtung (4) miteinander durch eine Koronabehandlung der dem Haubenteil gegenüberstehenden Fläche (5) der Dichtung (4) und Verklebung mittels Klebstoff (7) zu einer vorgefertigten Einheit verbunden sind.
- Zylinderkopfhaube nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versteifung (8) von einem in das Elastomer der Dichtung einvulkanisierten, geschlossenen Rahmen gebildet ist, an dem Befestigungsschrauben (22) zum lösbaren Verbinden der Zylinderkopfhaube (2, 4) mit dem Zylinderkopf (1) direkt angreifen.
- Zylinderkopfhaube nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (8) im wesentlichen C-förmigen Querschnitt hat.
- Zylinderkopfhaube nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (4) auf der dem Zylinderkopf (1) zugewandten Seite mindestens einen rippenartigen Vorsprung (10) aufweist, der in montiertem Zustand der Zylinderkopfhaube (2, 4) an der Zylinderkopfoberfläche (12) daran flachgedrückt ist.
