Abstract

L'invention concerne une barre de retournement pouvant être sollicitée par de l'air de soufflage, sur laquelle aucune opération de modification ou de suspension ne devrait intervenir lorsque la bande de papier change de direction. A cet effet, la barre de retournement comporte un tube de guidage muni d'orifices d'évacuation d'air d'un côté, c.-à-d. sur le côté faisant face à la bande de papier, ledit tube étant monté aux deux extrémités, de façon solidaire du bâti latéral, dans des éléments de fixation. Au moins un élément de fixation comporte une rainure de guidage prévue pour une bande d'entrée et pouvant être sollicitée par de l'air de soufflage. Le tube de guidage peut être monté de manière à pouvoir tourner à 180° autour de son axe de rotation pour passer de manière facultative d'une position finale dans une seconde position finale.

Claims (11)

  1. Barre de retournement (1) fixée dans une fixation (7; 8), susceptible d'être exposée à de l'air de soufflage, pour assurer le renvoi d'une bande (29) sur un tube droit doté d'ouvertures de sortie d'air (2) dans une zone de guidage de bande, où dans l'enveloppe de la barre de retournement (1) est prévue au moins une rainure de guidage en forme d'hélice pour une bande d'introduction, caractérisée en ce que le tube (3) est susceptible d'être tourné autour de son axe longitudinal (5) et est susceptible d'être bloqué dans des positions finales (A; B) décalées l'une par rapport de 180°, et en ce qu'au moins une rainure de guidage (18; 34) présente d'autres ouvertures de sortie d'air (21 à 25), qui sont susceptibles d'être alimentées en air comprimé, indépendamment de la zone de guidage de bande de la barre de retournement (1).
  2. Barre de retournement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un tube de liaison (9), doté d'ouvertures de sortie d'air (11) situées en périphérie, est disposé rigidement entre les fixations (7; 8) et à l'intérieur du tube (3).
  3. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un raccordement (10), destiné à de l'air de soufflage basse pression, est disposé dans une fixation (7; 8).
  4. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une fixation (7; 8) du tube (3) présente une rainure de guidage (18) en forme d'hélice, avec des ouvertures de sortie d'air (21 à 25) disposées sur sa surface de fond (19), pour de l'air de soufflage haute pression.
  5. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque fixation (7; 8) présente une rainure de guidage (18) en forme d'hélice.
  6. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une deuxième rainure de guidage (34), disposée dans le sens de rotation inverse, par rapport à celui de la première rainure de guidage (18), est prévue au moins sur une fixation (7; 8).
  7. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une soupape à siège sphérique (33) est disposée sur chaque ouverture de sortie d'air (21 à 25).
  8. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la rainure de guidage (18; 34) en forme d'hélice effectue une rotation d'un demi-tour sur la périphérie de la fixation (7).
  9. Barre de retournement selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que chaque ouverture de sortie d'air (21 à 25) de la rainure de guidage (18; 34) est reliée à un perçage central (27) d'une fixation (7; 8).
